This listing is for our beautiful 2300 square foot home with 4 bedrooms & 2 baths (sleeps up to 10 people), located in the exclusive Broadmoor Hotel Resort neighborhood. Kick back & enjoy the scenery! Our home is surrounded by the unmatched beauty of the Colorado wilderness. Soak it all in from the spacious private patio, nestled in Cheyenne Canyon, while sitting in front of the outdoor fire pit. Sip your morning coffee in the warm Colorado sunshine from a private patio right off of the master suite. Our newly remodeled master bathroom has an exquisite soaking tub surrounded by windows, guarded by tall trees. Take a moment for yourself amidst the tranquility to bathe in bubbles & sunlight! Perfect for family vacations, graduations, business gatherings or even just a bit of peace and quiet. Our home is only a little more than a half mile walk to the famous Broadmoor Hotel/Resort, with it’s unique collection of shops and celebrated lounges and restaurants. Our unique property is located only half a mile from the many walking, running and biking trails in the Stratton Open Space Park. Our wish is that you enjoy this home as much as we do. The pictures led me to believe this was a nice home nestled in the woods with a stream running through it. The trees have all been cut down and the bridge crosses a path of rock and weeds. No water. The drive on Scott street is creepy. Most of the house is dated in the 1970s. My daughter was scared to sleep in her bedroom alone. Spiders crawling around.

My family and I had an amazing time. We enjoyed every morning drinking coffee with a sweet deer family. The cabin was so much more than we expected and we would love to come back when there is snow on the ground!

The house is a great combination of a suburban home with full amenities and a cabin in the woods. Management and owner were super easy to work with when we had a particular issue come up as well. Location is great, we went on long walks on trails right in the neighborhood. Not a true backyard but the kids enjoyed the deck and exploring the neighborhood.

This was a very comfortable roomy house for our family colorado springs getaway. My only criticism is that there were only three steak knives. Because we were coming from KC, Mo and knew we would get in about 7 ish, we brought a frozen flank steak that marinated all day in the cooler. It was great on the grill but we had to share the steak knives!

The property hosted my wife, brother, mother and father/mother-in-law. Everyone was able to have their own space and it never felt small. Everything provided on site worked great. Kristen, the property manager, was excellent and very communicative. All around a good lo action for us to have this family get together.

A great place for a getaway

We had our "Girls Weekend" and this property was just what we needed. A separate bedroom for each of us (4), plenty of room in the common area. The property was clean, linens and towels fresh. It was nice to have notes in certain places on how to use things and how to help keep the place as it should be. We all appreciated that the expectations were clear, and we didn't have a list of chores to complete upon checkout (which many other places do have). We would definitely stay there again.

Great and convenient house near the Broadmoor. Quiet residential neighborhood. Took my adult children plus partners to Colorado Springs and really enjoyed this home. Great grill and fire pit - cooked lots of our meals. Very convenient to Zoo, Garden of Gods and hiking trails. Also fairly close to groceries and other stores. Would stay here again! Property manager was very responsive and nice. Great time!

Be aware of Mother Nature's gifts In 4 days we saw: deer, wild turkey, bobcat & a bear The only criticism we had is the sign at front door "please remove shoes" only to be introduced to a badly stained white carpet in dining room ... suggestion: dining area durable cleanable surface

We felt right at home. Spacious, soft carpet or nice wood floors. It took a bit to figure out how to make everyone comfortable using the baseboard heat and fireplace in a fairly drafty house, but we got there. Teepee in the sunroom was fun for the littlest. Big TV and multiple couches for a good family movie night.

Wonderful property hidden away but surprisingly close to the Broadmoor where I was setting up for a conference. My family and I loved the layout of the house, the quietness of the porch, but especially the wildlife. Will definitely come back.

Perfect weekend getaway

Very comfortable home for a weekend in Colorado Springs. Plenty of room for our group of seven (4 adults; 3 children). We loved playing cards on the deck and sitting around the fireplace in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. We had 10 people (5 adults, 5 children) staying in the cabin and we all fit perfectly. There are a ton of amenities available throughout the home. Communication with the property manager and owners was outstanding and they answered all my questions, leading up to our stay, in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an awesome property and we look forward to staying here in the future.
