22 Church Street is a lovely mid-terrace cottage resting in the heart of Mevagissey, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms, including a double, a second-floor double and second-floor twin along with a bathroom and a shower room, sleeping up to six guests. There is also a kitchen and living/dining room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with decking, lawn and seating and a parking permit for the local car park for one car. 22 Church Street is a delightful, central holiday home in the pretty harbour village of Mevagissey.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Permit parking in local car park for one car, and within 20 metres is a metered car park where you can unload your car before parking up. Enclosed private garden with decking, lawn and seating. Dog-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 mile.

Nearby, The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a great attraction to visit, spotting the collection of sculptures within the foliage, with ferries from Mevagissey to Fowey running between Easter to September.
