We stayed here for a family weekend getaway, and it was a great home away from home. Everything was very clean, and the host was great with communication. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the rooms have fans, which is a big plus for me!! I'm so glad we opted for this instead of a hotel!

Check in was easy, host was prompt and was close to everything. The house was nice and cozy. Even it was close to the airport no problems sleeping. Beds are so comfortable. Definitely come back. Thank you Mike!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everyone really enjoyed the property, which was conveniently located near downtown. We had zero issues and our host was extremely communicative the entire time. Would definitely recommend!

Well going in I did not know what to expect sharing a home. That’s what it felt like. First the passcode with the house was incorrect we had to call him in the middle of the night. The next morning the lawn mower he’s using wakes me up because it was right next to the window, Im just saying he could of waited till after we left. Oh and when I wake up he sends me a message about reminding me about the. Check out time. It just seemed he did not want us there.

This place was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and it was close to the concert venue with plenty of food options close by. Mike was great and constantly checking with us to see if we needed anything but made sure to give us plenty of privacy. We even got into town a little early and he was happy to accommodate letting us check in. We would definitely stay again.

The house was a perfect location for airport travel and any other travel downtown. The house was super clean and comfortable with all the necessities. An unforeseen random plumbing event happened during the stay and the host had it taken care of super quick and kept us updated. Mike is the best host from all my rental stays. My very picky friend said this is our first pick when choosing places to stay in Austin and that says a lot.

Mike, the owner, actually greeted us upon our arrival. He made sure we got in okay and left us to our own. The property was clean and everything was great. We only stayed the night but we would have been comfortable there for an extended stay. The location was great for our needs. Recommend the property. :)

My husband and I, with our 17 yr old daughter, enjoyed Sven's castle for a one night stay. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the beds fairly comfortable. Location is close to the airport but very quiet. Easy to get to downtown Austin. Perfect for a short stay.

My husband and I were so pleased with our rental. The rental was very clean. The neighborhood is still well kept and quiet. I cannot say enough about the host. He was extremely considerate. Put all that together with the price, and you have the best deal in Austin.

My granddaughters and I totally enjoyed staying there. My granddaughter is planning on staying there in the future. We loved everything about it. It worked out perfectly. My granddaughters slept in the bunk beds & I slept in the other room. Thanks for everything.

Before, during and after.... Mike assisted in giving me information to help with my search for a home. I am in transition form GA to Texas and Mike offered great help. He was a host that everyone would desire when planning a peaceful & comfortable trip. The day I arrived, he made sure I had all the essentials needed & was always only a phone call away. I really appreciated that & did not feel alone in a state that I only researched & was visiting to make my final decision. Looking forward to staying there again !!!
