We enjoyed our stay a few weeks ago at this resort. The pools were nice, it was close to the beach, the balconies were great and the two rooms we rented were set up nicely for our group. The photos online were exactly how the rooms looked in person, which is a huge plus. I do have to note however that the rooms were not cleanest, but we brought this up to the resort and accommodations were made promptly. Also one member of the staff around the pool and at the gate for some of the days we were there was also not very kind. I want to stress that this was NOT all of the staff, just the one person. We got in trouble for trying to use the shower by the pool to wash sand off our feet after dark and also were almost not allowed back in for not knowing the code even though we had our parking passes and bracelets on. This being said, we did have a great time and I also appreciated the text messages and emails prior to, during, and after our stay giving us the needed information for our rooms. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation in this area. Side note - Shaggy's restaurant down the road in between Lucy's and The Reef was EXCELLENT!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, well decorated, and relaxing. Everyone from the resort were friendly and helpful. Hated to leave the balcony, but kids had to swim. :-)

The unit was great and comfortable. Fit our needs well. But we had to have the comforter cleaned and stitched. The carpet really needed a good cleaning. The throw rugs we washed because they looked dirty. Not much in the way of cooking pans (we went and bought some) and at times parking was an issue. I would stay there again for sure. Great location. All the staff were very helpful in anything we needed.

The only thing not as expected was the four lane highway between the condo and the beach. It wasn't difficult to cross the road so it wasn't a real problem. We took our entire family and had a wonderful time.

The condo itself was very nice but one pool was down so everyone was at the second pool. Unattended children running everywhere and adults smoking marijuana. Not what you expect for the price. The building is quite a ways away from shops, restaurants, etc.

The condo itself was okay. It was nice enough, just cheap materials used trying to make it look nice. As for the beachfront, if you're coming expecting ocean waves, you'd be better off going to a lake near you, there are no waves (you can take a boat to an island for $27 a head), the water is nasty, and there is black sand just beneath the white. Don't be fooled. We drove to Florida every day to go to the beach.

Everything about this condo is excellent! The only problem was we didn't get any parking passes for our guest but didnt know they can park on the third floor where their was no numbered spaces. Of course if you have seven adults staying their is going to be more than two cars!! But overall besides the parking, everything about the property was excellent!! I recommend to anyone!

All in all we had a great stay, with only two complaints. The first is that a three bed unit should be given three parking passes, but we were allowed only two, and had to pay another $100 to park in the lot next door. But I know it's crowded during Cruisin' the Coast so we dealt with that. The other issue is that our air went out the last day we were there. We called about it, and someone from maintenance called back and said someone would be there that night. They never came,and when we tried to call again we got no answer, so we slept in a hot condo that night. I did mention it at check-out but there was no mention of a partial refund, just an "I'll take care of it."

My overall stay was great, as it usually is at the Legacy Towers. However, the A/C in bedrooms 2 & 3 was not cooling well at all. Also, the TV in the bedroom with the (2)Queen Beds would not come on. We had to replace the batteries in the remotes for the main TV. Honestly, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I did fell bad that my guests were a little inconvenienced.

A group of 10 girls went down to Gulf Shores for a bachelorette party. The condo wasw absolutely perfect! Super big and clean. We couldn't get the sound on the TV while playing a DVD to work. The only criticisim that I have, we were only given 3 garbage bags for our 2 night stay. Any group of 10 will easily fill more than a garbage bag per day if you are cooking and eating in the condo. We had to purchase more bags downstairs.

A very nice view of the gulf. Good location, and the staff was very helpful.All though we found that a number of light bulbs were burned out and the globe on the light in the bed room with two beds was broken.the shower in the master bed room had hairs stuck to the wall. Overall the stay was great. Just needs a little more maintenance, and a little better cleaning is needed.

The condo was beautiful. So much more beautiful than the online pictures. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Location is close to stores for your everyday items. The on site staff was great. I called about the WiFi and someone showed up in less than 15 min. We will come back.

Cleanliness could be improved. Dirty drawers and sticky counter. TV channel selection pathetic. Weather was cold and impossible to heat two smaller bedrooms even with closing vents in main bedroom.

First, the condo was gorgeous! My problem was that after I paid Airbnb I was then informed of a property management contract around 10 pages that threatened to charge my card for every tiny thing. A/c left on wrong temp, furniture moved, every person entering the condo. It was beyond ridiculous. The stay was meant for my bff and I to relax and meditate so most didn’t apply except there was a balcony chair in a closet which legally couldn’t be moved. All the electronics including lamps were unplugged which you have to move furniture to plug them in. The showers are dreadful. I don’t know why I paid a cleaning fee Bc we had to dust nearly every surface as soon as we arrived. Additionally, the parking garage placed us on its second floor and it has no elevator. Only a scary stairwell which I refused to use. So every time we went to the car we had to walk out the building , across a walkway and two stories uphill. I found that ridiculous. Several of the screen balcony doors are missing full locks and can’t be locked. The contract made me nervous the entire stay. As for positive, the furniture is super comfortable. The kitchen is perfect. Every angle has a water view. The people in the building were super friendly and ordering food and Ubers were easy even with the gate. I would stay again only if the 10 page surprise contract weren’t involved. It’s a beautiful room but the property management contract should be stated before paying and shouldn’t be so strict. It really did ruin my ability to relax
