Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.

Our family of 11 stayed for two weeks at Villa Patronus. The accommodation was excellent, great space for all the family. Lots of towels for the bathrooms and plenty of poolside towels for outside.
The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pan and utensils.
The location was perfect for visits to Disney and Universal all parks were within 9 - 18 miles. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible with just a short drive of around 5 minutes.
We loved the pool, and the outdoor cinema was great for entertainment in the evening.
During our stay one of our air conditioning units stopped working. We emailed the property maintenance team and a member of staff came out immediately and fixed the problem. The support staff for the villa were excellent and extremely helpful.
If you are looking for a large house in the Windsor Hills area I would highly recommend Villa Patronus, we will definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful, clean and roomy for our family. The owners and property management were super nice and very responsive the entire stay. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous home! Plenty of room to move around. Conveniently located to the Disney and Universal properties. Gated and clean community. We felt very safe. Stayed with 6 adults and 5 children. Did not use all the amenities it had to offer as we were gone playing most of the time. Would definitely chose here again!

Property was in a great location! 5-10 minute drive to Disney and only 1/2 hour from Universal. Games room was a hit with the kids of all ages! We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and the kids used the pool most days. The Outdoor Projector was a bonus! Every room had a TV which was so awesome!

The house was accommodating and clean! A game room and our own private pool. The amenities within the community were also great. My 9 month old was on the trip and the house had a pack and play and high chair which was super convenient. Super close to Disney. We all had a wonderful time!! This home is STUNNING! From the themed bedrooms and the game room to the wonderful hot tub and pool, we had the most amazing stay. We enjoyed the home so much we never even ventured out to the resort amenities! Our only hiccup was the drop down projector outdoor entertainment center was in the process of being repaired and we were unable to use it, but the property mgt team contacted us and was so sweet and apologetic about it. Spent 6 days at Disney from this house. Great location. Grocery store and restaurants close. House was as it looks. Pool and heated hot tub were great way to unwind after long days. We never got the movie screen to work, remote did nothing, but I never called or asked as it was not needed. There is a smart tv out there, and that was good enough for all of us.

The house was huge, and location was perfect! Everything was close by. We had a group of 12 and never felt crowded. There were plenty of bedrooms and sitting areas. Checking in was a breeze, all info needed were included in the email. We had no issues during our stay. A few smalls things that did not interfere with our stay but wanted to point out. The trims around the house were dusty/ dirty. The bed in the main master bedroom was a little uncomfortable. More towels in the bathrooms would have been nice. Overall, beautiful nicely decorated home. We will stay here again when we return to the area!

We had some issues that came up around housekeeping and the kitchen pots/pan inventory but I went ahead and gave 5 stars under cleanliness and accuracy of online listing because everything was address very quickly. The property manager was great to work with before and during our stay ~ very responsive. The location of the property was perfect and convenient to EVERYTHING ~ grocery, shopping, parks, restaurants. The layout of the property was great for a large family and the pool area and game room were nice features. We would definitely stay at the property again.

The house was as described in the listing. Perfect for a family of all age’s convenient location to all the parks, shopping and grocery. The neighborhood has a great playground and water park area. The only thing I would suggest is the owner/agent should give details of the association rules for the gated community. The check-in paperwork prior to arrival is more than I have ever had to do for any other rental. There are many rules for the house and community which weren’t part of the initial rental listing. They are in place for your benefit but the process is lengthy.

We've stayed in this neighborhood before, but not this house. We would stay again! The pool and hot tub area were used often and we usually watched movies over the pool using the projector. Game room was widely used. Living area was comfortable and sat a lot. We did feel the kitchen was lacking a bit with utensils and some other items. Home was clean, plenty of space, and beds comfortable.

We visited the Orlando area for a Disney vacation with our three adult children and their significant others. The house was more than ample in space and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and unique The layout is incredible! The game room is a super spot to unwind. We played air hockey and pool and the boys loved the gaming area.

We did not have great success watching movies by the pool as the bandwidth wouldn't support streaming.
The house next door is undergoing a renovation, so expect a crew of 5-6 trucks on weekdays. We were gone most of the time, so no big deal, but it is tricky getting out of the driveway with the extra vehicles present.
The kitchen is stocked with basic items and not a lot of extras. If you were attempting to cook a large meal, you would need to bring a few pots/pans/accessories.

We stayed here with 4 families, and this house was perfect for multi-generational groups. The kids loved the Harry Potter reading nook and the game room! Our group of 12 never felt like we were on top of each other. It took longer than anticipated to get to Universal Studios, but the drive was worth it for the house. This house would be perfect for Disney - it's so close! My only other negative would be that a grill is not included; it's an extra charge. For the price of the house, I feel like this should be included. Overall it's a great house, and we would stay here again!

This house exceeded our expectations the moment we walked through the door. The check in process was easy and the people at the gate were helpful and very friendly. Once we walked into the home, it was clean. Directions for the operation of the home and equipment was laid out in a binder. The light switches were labeled. The pool area was clean and readily accessible. I loved the door alarm because it immediately notified us if the kids were outside and it was loud enough to be heard on the second floor. Some may think its annoying but "genius" with little kids around. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. All the bedrooms had tvs inside.

Property matches the pictures and is in a good location in windsor hills. You are close to everything. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Game room is a plus as it's airconditioned. Only negative feedback I would give is some of the remotes needed the batteries replaced, but that is very minor in my opinion. Also, for anyone booking due to the projector by the pool, it really is only usable at nighttime. The sun makes it too difficult to see the screen during the day, however at night it is very enjoyable.

Beautiful and Spacious Home
The house was beautiful. It is bright and spacious. The outdoor theater was fabulous so we spent most of our time in the pool watching movies. Please be careful in the LR next to the kitchen. I did cut my leg when I bumped into the coffee table. The protective glass hangs over the table just a little. I would definitely book this property again.

The property was great. My family, friends and I had a great time. The house decor was beautiful and I love the layout. Having two master bedrooms was a plus. The kids really enjoyed the game room. The pool area was awesome. Everything we use worked fine. We used some of the community amenities. We enjoyed playing basketball and using the arcade. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
We had 11 people in our group - grandparents, kids and spouses and grandchildren.
The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room. The pool was used everyday. After a hot day at Disney, the pool was a great cooling off spot.
We had to call maintenance twice because the upstairs A/C didn’t work. They responded very quickly and we never had to sleep without A/C.
We were disappointed that the development doesn’t recycle. We come from a state that is big into recycling. Since recycling is not available, I would suggest a bigger garbage can in the kitchen.
We would definitely stay here again.

Well-decorated house close to Disney parks
Location was very convenient to Disney parks, themed rooms were fun, private pool was enjoyable, house was clean and well-decorated. The less enjoyable aspects were the creaky floors upstairs that were loud throughout the house (kept waking everyone up), squeaky doors, movie screen that we didn’t know to bring DVDs to use with it, Xbox controller didn’t work. Overall it was a nice house and good experience.
