Perfect stay at this house. Ben the host was available for anything we needed .

Location was perfect for our stay. Also plenty of room in the house being there was 8 of us . The fact there was 4 bathrooms was a bonus too. Even though we bought everything with us. I.e cleaning bits, cupboard bits , sauces , pickles etc the host had already filled cupboards with everything we needed .

Nothing really not to like . We picked this house as it met our needs . And it did

Really lovely property, close to Bakewell would definitely go again or recommend.

Large character property with lots of room for a family of 10. Two lovely sitting rooms to relax in. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable. This was a dog friendly property but spotlessly clean.

The only small issue was that the hot water ran out. We had allocated specific bathrooms to family groups so the hot water running out meant that some of us had to use the electric showers in each other bathrooms. Also had to boil water to have a shave so not ideal for a luxury property. The owner had advised this May happen so appreciated that.

A lovely short break with some old friends, Lyneood was perfect for our requirements and we will most likely come again.

very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet road very close to the town centre and all amenities.

Great stay.

Lovely spacious Victorian villa just minutes away from the town centre. Plenty of room for our three generation group, very clean and everything you need for a great stay. Host very helpful. Would recommend.

A fantastic weekend with family and friends in a beautiful house set at a great location.

The whole house was amazing! It was very well equipped throughout and the quality of the bedding and towels was very good. The garden was secure for the children and the dog.

Superb

Lynwood is a beautiful house, comfortable, warm, well equipped and in a perfect location. Really efficient log burner.

A couple of the showers weren't great, but overall no complaints.

Good for a big group

Really big place with plenty of space for a group. Ben (the host) was very informative and helpful. Lovely location right in Bakewell.

Slightly cold and draughty on arrival. No wood provided for fire.

Will deffinately be recommending to family and friends. A beautiful house, extremely clean and everything you need. I loved the fact there were supplies in case we ran short. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasurable. about it!

Superb Stylish Residence

In a quiet culdesac walking distance from 2 small supermarkets. A beautiful riverside park/recreation ground and numerous sports pitches are within 200 yards. This park is on the riverbank and a path leads into Bakewell Centre. There is a quicker way to the town centre that is only 5 minutes stroll. The property is luxuriously decorated and furnished to a high standard. The very best rental property we have ever stayed in. It is fitted with every piece of equipment you might need.
