Die Lage des Hotels war super, es gab einen großen Balkon und das Zimmer was alles in allem gut.
Allgemein ließ die Gastfreundschaft des Personals und auch der Umgang sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Am 2ten Tag wurde uns von den Putzleuten die Fernbedienung mit dem Bett abgeräumt.
Dort war der Umgang an der Rezeption damit noch sehr angenehm und wenige Stunden später war eine neue auf dem Zimmer.
Am 4ten Tag der Reise hatten wir vergeblich versucht an der Poolbar Mittag zu essen. Nachdem die Kellnerin dort zwar die Nebentische bedient hat uns aber über eine halbe Stunde nicht einmal nach einer Bestellung gefragt hatte. Auch nachdem ich rein gegangen war und gefragt hatte ob denn jemand kommen könne.
Am Vorletzten Tag der Reise steckte eine Zimmerkarte eines "Guiseppe" in unserer Zimmertür nachdem wir 5 Stunden am Strand waren.
Nachdem sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt Wertgegenstände von weit über 5000 € im Zimmer befunden haben beschloss ich also erst einmal zu duschen und dann an die Rezeption zu gehen um in Erfahrung zu bringen wie lange denn unser Zimmer für jedermann zugänglich gewesen ist.
Daraufhin wurde ich erst einmal von einer blonden Dame an der Rezeption angemault wieso ich die Karte erst 20 Minuten nach auffinden gebracht habe.
Meine Frage wie lange denn unser Zimmer nun für jedermann offen stand wurde damit beantwortet dass sowieso Video Überwachung in den Gängen ist und die Haustechnik sowieso jederzeit in das Zimmer kommen darf.
Die Frage wurde ziemlich arrogant Ignoriert.
Zum Glück ist nichts gestohlen worden sonst hätte ich ohnehin rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet.
Desweiteren gab es in unserem Bad wohl einen Schaden weshalb sich jeden Tag eine kleine Menge Wasser gebildet hatte.

Breckfast was OK.
The Hotel using in his advetisement, that they have a heated pool. This is not thrue, the pool is not heated, but it is diry, they do not clean it for days.
We have chosen this hotel only because the pool is heated. We had cold days in our holiday period and we would be please to use the pool, but it was incredible cold. When we asked about pool heating, they told us, that they will ask the management to heat the pool, but nothing happened. I do not recommand this Hotel.

Great location next to the beach. 2 beach loungers are included in the price. Large and clean pool. Very friendly staff. Nice bar with delightful cocktails. Parking on-site. Room cleaning is great. Enough towels including the beach/pool towels. Spacy terrace.
The family room was a bit small for a family with a kid and a baby. The fridge is tiny and hardly produces any cold. We had no kettle in the room and the coffee machine only had 2 capsules for the whole time of stay. A bit too pricy. The WiFi connection was not stable. Also didn't find out why is it called a boutique hotel.

Breakfast is delicious, beds are comfortable but narrow, pool is nice, too bad the weather wasnt good to give it a try.
Confusion about parking spaces and the check in took quite a while. Bad organization at breakfast, we got our coffee when we already finished eating.

Breakfast is amazing, near the pool, with view on the sea coast. There is various options whether you like salty or sweet breakfast. Coffee machine with really great choice.
We were missing additional blankets, slippers and bathrobe in our room.

extremely warm staff, very helpful; also owner of hotel very well communicating with guests asking feed-back. Super breakfast , not only food but also visual presentation, good restaurant with short menu but well done. our room with balcony to the sea was excellent. sun-beds, chairs and table at the balcony - means up-standard.
on pre-last day our room was not cleaned, hope not savings but simple misunderstanding. In the bathroom there is not enough hanging, shelves and places to allocate all towels and cosmetics.

Baia del Mar is definitely an exceptional hotel. With its private beach, restaurant on premises, two pools and proximity to Caribe Bay it makes it a perfect choice for your stay in Lido di Jesolo. More importantly, the staff was very polite and accommodating. We checked in on the day of my daughter's birthday and the room was nicely decorated (thank you, Samuele).
I highly recommend this hotel!

It’s a small but cosy hotel, located at the beachfront. All facilities are in good condition, staff is very friendly and responsive. Every room has assigned bed-stones at the beach, which is very convenient.

We were travelling with 2 Kids - 6 years and 2 months old. And I should say it was a great experience. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Our room was ready in time, when we came. With a baby it's very important to have soundproof room and it met all our expectations - we didn't hear the neighbors and they were not disturbed by our little one. The room was cleaned every day - new towels, bedsheets. A highlight is also a balcony with a partial view of the sea. And it was awesome to have the climate control system in our room. The beach is literally in front of the hotel, which was great. And the pool we liked a lot too. Breakfast was amazing - very big variety of foods, even considering possible intolerances of guests (milk products, gluten etc.) On the other side of the street there is a shop, where we bought everything we need and the location is perfect, bc there are many Gelato places nearby and awesome restaurants. And a big luck was also having a parking place in a private underground parking of the hotel - our car never was too hot for us.
I must say that the size of the room is quite small. I wouldn't say that it disturbed us very much, but this was definitely a point. And the couch wasn't very comfortable to sleep on.

Clean bathroom - nice welcome at the reception - good location (close to restaurants and Venice)
Only 1 lift available in the hotel which made us walk the stairs to the 4th floor most of the time.
Even if we received a parking place in the garage (which was of course NOT free of charge), we were surprised to see it was occupied. We found our car full of dust second day because the garage looks had no windows or closed walls.
At the breakfast, each table was probably intended to be decorated with plates with different sorts of food, however, everything was not properly organised (some of the tables had these plates, some other ones not..). Also, if you arrive 40minutes before the breakfast closing time, you will not find oranges to prepare yourself a juice. We were also surprised not to find plates when arriving at the self-service breakfast buffet...General impression of the breakfast room = canteen :(

the hotel staff were fabulous - a credit to the hotel - so pleasant and wanted to make sure you had everything you needed. the rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day by lovely staff, the breakfast was excellent and plenty to choose from. the hotel had a fantastic location right on the beach with plenty of sun beds to use and two allocated to us. a lovely hotel we will return xx

Good location for a beach holiday, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
For a 4 star hotel it didn't offer what you would expect.
To begin with, the family (standard) rooms are very small. They are 14 m2 instead of the 19 m2 like it says on the website of Booking.com. The bathrooms are also very small, 3 m2 including shower. The shower is terribly small, only 70x80 cm, so you can barely move or pick up something up from the floor.
When we arrived the airco in our room wasn't working, it was about 28 degrees in the room. The receptionist would have a look at it he said, and when we came back in the evening he said he couldn't fix it, and then he started to tell a story about the night's being cool and the daytime not being very warm, so he advised me to open the window.... It turned out that the airco wasn't working at all in the whole hotel, and that the hotel manager probably was saving money by switchlng on the airco as late as possible in the year. In the reviews more people who stayed in May during previous years complain about the same problem.
But this absolutely is a 4 star hotel unworthy!
By the way, the safe deposit also was broken.

Hotel right on the beach, sea view from the balcony. This is an excellent hotel. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us happy. Breakfast was very italian and sufficient. The pool water is warm. Wifi works well inside the hotel only. Difficult to fault this hotel.

Staff are all amazing! From online communication to personal attention they are just fantastic and were really key in making this one of our most relaxing holidays. I didn't get all of their names but a special thank you to Samuele (reception), Andrea (sommelier and restaurant), Lisa (masseuse), their standards ans service are exceptional. All other staff were fantatsic too and hugely accommodating - the breakfast crew were brilliant with our little girl and our various requests (really good breakfast options, (full continental selection and hot like omelettes and crepes), reception staff helped with details on getting to and from Venice DIY and arranging taxis to and from the airport, the chamber maids who were so discrete we never saw them but somehow we came back to a spotlessly clean room everyday!
The outdoor heated pool is just beautiful and the view is right out onto the sand and the sea so you have direct access to the beach and the promenade. The shower pressure is strong and hot, the towels are large and soft, there are extra pillows and blankets, a hairdrier in the bathroom, good wardrobe space, a proper safe, plus great room service.
A minor point, and totally subjective as everyone has a different preference, but I found the pillows and mattress a little hard though I was getting used to it after a few days.
As regards the area in general, we went for 5 days in early May and it was just so peaceful, but I would imagine it can get much busy and noisier during high season.

Position of the hotel
We choosed this accomodation because of "heated pool"... The temperature was 20°. Wasnt possible to heat up to be warmer. Bedline was missed from the blanket. In summary, not recommended.

So, the hotel si located let say at the beach. One side of the hotel is on the main street and there you can hear some voices and noise in the morning... that is the price of the civilization. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, very clean, good food for the breakfast and what was the best in these days.. we could serve the food ourselves... nice pool they have and a step behind is a sea...
