VILLA DESCRIPTION
Blessed with a spellbinding vista of rice terraces, Villa KaRein is a dreamy hideaway with a rooftop yoga area, an alfresco dining pavilion and a fabulous 14m-long pool. Able to host up to 10 guests, the 1,733 sqm property is great for a large group of family and friends. The five-bedroom villa also enjoys proximity to popular beach clubs, cafés and restaurants in Canggu and Pererenan.

Think countryside chic, matched with modern minimalist style and wonderful wellness amenities. Bamboo structures and natural wood furnishings accent walled gardens that are teeming with tropical foliage by the timber pool deck. Pristine white walls and minimalist interiors let in plenty of light and fresh air, while traditional Indonesian handicraft imbues a Balinese touch.

Do sun salutations, while enjoying idyllic views of the rice fields. Then swim and soak in the 14m-long pool, swing on a hammock and relax at the open-concept lounge area. Plus, the talented private chef can serve you delicious meals under a canopy of dried rice stalks.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with its own ensuite bathroom and an outdoor shower area. Two bedrooms are located adjacent to the lounge area while three other bedrooms are individually housed in bungalows for extra privacy.

- The villa has one level with four pavillions.
- The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 are located in the main pavilion, adjacent to the lounge area.
- Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each occupy a standalone pavilion with a living area, adjacent to the villa's infinity pool.
- All five en-suite bedrooms offer views of the pool, garden, and rice fields.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 10 people.
- Extra bed is available atUSD 45 per person night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.

LIVING AREAS
The main communal space in an outdoor tropical living area with an open-concept lounge area; Comfortable platform sofa overlooking the rice fields, mosaic stools, and cushioned benches and a tea area with a four-seater table.

ENTERTAINMENT
High-speed WiFi throughout and three 42-inch flat-screen Smart Satellite televisions with local and international channels, including Netflix streaming. Surround-sound system in the living area (4 SONOS units), along with a selection of books and board games.

KITCHEN & DINING
- The kitchen is equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, freezer, minibar, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and wine glasses.
- The main dining area features an alfresco setup with a rectangular dining table that can seat 10 guests, and the kitchen counter offers seating for 6.
- Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

The villa has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Parking available for five scooters and two car parks.

FOR FAMILIES

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 am until 6:00 am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
