this 140m² villa with 4 bedrooms, renovated in 2021, offers all the modern equipment and comfort to accommodate 8 people facing south opening onto a large terrace with a beautiful sea view

We spent a wonderful 14 days at Villa Ilios. The location and the view are stunning. The village of Les Issambres is just a few minutes away by car. You can get everything there for your daily needs. Baker, butcher, supermarket - all within easy reach. Monday is market day and it is definitely worth a visit. The house offers everything you need for a perfect holiday and is very well equipped and clean. The air conditioning in all rooms is very good. Nothing is missing. The kitchen invites you to cook and you can simply enjoy a glass of rosé on the terrace. The pool is fantastic. The property management by Jean-Francois is excellent and he is very helpful. The communication in advance was perfect. We can absolutely recommend Villa Ilios and we will definitely be back. Jean-Francois - thank you very much and see you again.

We had a loveley stay at this villa! Everything was great! Jean-François was very helpful and nice, and the whole family enjoyed the vacation. We were 6 adults and 2 kids, and the house had everything we could ask for. Lovely wiev, great pool and nice rooms made us feel right at home! Overall a great experience! 😎👍

Jean François was very friendly and accommodating and helped make our stay at this beautiful property most enjoyable. This villa is ideally situated in Les Issambres, close to St.Tropez and all of the wonderful attractions of the Côte d’Azur. The cleanliness and comfort of the property was exceptional. The views of the Med are memorable. The views from 3 bedrooms super. The property is a garden oasis. Many recliners and seating areas around the beautiful well maintained unheated pool. The kitchen and dining room have everything you need for large groups. While very hilly, the neighborhood is lovely for walking and if you don’t mind a steep walk, the town is about a 20 minute walk downhill and on the seafront with easy access to everything you need for groceries or eating out. After driving everywhere from St. Tropez to Menton, we saw nowhere else that compared and we would love to return. Merci beaucoups Jean-François et Martine!

Myself husband and 2 daughters plus partners and grandson stayed at this lovely villa. We were greeted by amiable Jean Francois who was most helpful. The villa was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The Bbq and pool area were excellent. We were mostly blessed with beautiful weather. The location was near to the top of the hill which meant we did use the hire car most of the time. But we had the beautiful view. When one of the rooms air conditioning was not working , Jean Francois was quick to organise a man to come and fix it. In all we all had an excellent holiday.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful house. The manager Jean-Francois and his wife was very nice and helpful with everything. For example, we have had a car accident and he help us with the gendarmerie - thank you also for that. We wish you the best and maybe, we will see us again. Best regards Thomas

The villa is really beautiful with lovely grounds and a super infinity pool. All members of our party enjoyed themselves from 6 years to 67! The views are spectacular and we never tired of sitting with a glass of wine, looking out over the sea. The area has great beaches and excellent restaurants. Ste. Maxime, a nearby town has good shopping, beaches and restaurants. Jean Francois was really helpful and explained everything to us on arrival. Thanks for being a lovely host and making us so welcome. We shall definitely return!

Superbes Ferienhaus in top Lage

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in top gepflegter Gartenanlage mit wahnsinns Aussicht 180 Grad aufs Meer. Ein Ferienhaus was bis ins Detail komplett eingerichtet ist, alle Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind sehr sauber und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Entgegen den üblichen französischen Betten sind alle Betten mit hochwertigsten Matratzen ausgestattet und ließen uns traumhaft schlafen. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls der benachbarte Hausverwalter, der einen sehr herzlich willkommen heißt, ausführlich einführt und bei allen Fragen immer zur Seite steht. Ein berühigendes Gefühl. In diesem Haus ist ein super Urlaub garantiert.

Die herzliche Begrüßung durch Jean Francois war der Start in einen perfekten Urlaub! Die Lage, Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hauses lässt rein gar nichts vermissen und das Grundstück mit dem Salzwasserpool und dem Meerblick ist einfach nur toll. Wir werden auf jeden Fall versuchen wiederzukommen!!!

La vue est sublime et la maison très bien aménagée et confortable. Malheureusement Wifi non disponible toute la semaine. La ligne n’avait jamais été activée par le propriétaire et en réalité était coupée avant l’arrivée à la maison. Donc une semaine de télétravail a 3 sur un seul forfait de 4G difficile et dommage

Jean François nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et est resté très disponible pendant tout le séjour. Sans surprise, la maison correspond bien à la description du site. Décoration sobre et moderne, pratique, bien équipée. Bonnes literies. Très propre. Calme. Nous avons apprécié cette magnifique vue mer avec les levers de soleil exceptionnels, les terrasses et la belle piscine à débordement.

Nous avons passée une semaine extraordinaire entre amis aux Issambres , le cadre est magnifique et avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de Mr Gerles . La villa est bien situé à proximité de tout , de la mer et commerces . Le seul point négatif si nous devions en donnée un , se serait de mettre un miroir ou on se voit entier, ainsi que tailler les buissons à coté de la piscine afin de pouvoir profiter d'avantage de cette magnifique vue sur la mer . Au plaisir de retourner dans cette villa pour de prochaine vacances . Je conseille fortement cette location !

Nous recommandons vivement

La vue sur la baie de St Tropez est juste à couper le souffle, impossible de s'en lasser. La maison est conviviale, on s'y sent immédiatement à l'aise. Les 4 chambres offrent une literie d'excellente qualité. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et ne manque de rien, la terrasse, un réel plaisir. La piscine à débordement est juste top et offre aussi par endroits, des vues imprenables sur la mer. On peut tout trouver (boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie, banque, petits commerces, Jetski, etc...) à San Peire, petit village portuaire se situant à 3 kms à peine de la villa. Alors, on garde toujours le meilleur pour la fin, je voudrais vous parler de l'hôte de ce petit paradis, Jean-François, souriant, avenant, toujours de bonne humeur et de bons conseils. N'hésitez pas à lui demander une bonne adresse. Je ne peux dès lors que vous conseiller cette adresse et espère y repasser très prochainement. Michaël
