Splendida!!

Questa villa è un gioiellino. A picco sul mare, offre una vista mozzafiato. Si trova in una posizione strategica e ha il parcheggio privato, apprezzatissimo poiché siamo arrivati in moto. La colazione molto varia e abbondante, dolce e salata. La camera minimal ma funzionale. Personale qualificato e super-accogliente. Consigliatissima!!

I just wish I could have stayed for longer...it was a wonderful welcome back to Italy and Santo Stef

Quiet room with on sweet bathroom..all so well managed and clean. Breakfast was a feast of choice, from delicious hams to varieties of cakes, creals, yoghurts and more! The terrace overlooking the sea rocks of Punta Nera and the harbour of Santo Stefano was a delight, the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in tranquility...with the sound of the waves and great service!

Lage zum Meer hin fantastisch; Verkehr eignet sich nicht, die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Die Lage über dem Meer und die Ruhe ist absolut topp

Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem ZImmer - kamen wahrscheinlich zu früh an und erhielten ein Zimmer, zwar mit Bad aber verschimmelt. Andere besser geeignetere Zimmer, waren offensichtlich nicht frei, wurden aber am selben Tag noch vergeben. Entscheidend war für uns aber, daß wir als Entdecker der Stadt zu Fuß unterwegs sein wollten, die Verkehrszustände jedoch nicht dafür sprachen.

Die Lage ist Traumhaft.

Sehr kleines und hellhöriges Zimmer. Die Möbel sind veraltet, es ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Muy buen hotel Excelente relación precio/calidad

La amabilidad de Gianni,siempre atento y con una sonrisa ,hasta nos calentó una comida una noche que nos quedamos en el hotel!! El desayuno muy bueno,excelente las medialunas,falta fruta fresca La ubicación es un poco lejana del centro,pero en 15 minutos se llega sin esfuerzo ( hay que bajar una escalera caracol un poco estrecha,y luego un túnel todo recto y sin subida para ir! No recomiendo para personas con dificultades en la marcha x la escalera) La limpieza es diaria y buena Las habitaciones con vista al mar son simples ,pero lindas ( habitación Delfino) En el balcón hay mesa y sillas para disfrutar de la vista ,por la noche se ve S Stefano iluminado Lo recomiendo

Bellissimo, ma un po’ troppo umido

Vista eccezionale. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile. Posizione “strategica”.

Purtroppo la vicinanza al mare porta umidità e l’odore forte in camera . Consiglio di trovare qualche rimedio per “asciugare” la camera . Aggiungere anche un mini frigo per migliorare il confort degli ispiti

Rumori che arrivano nella camera dagli ambienti comuni. La nostra camera era vicino alla sala colazioni. Forse al primo piano è meglio.

Breve ma ricco di bellezza

La posizione è ottima, la vista sul mare e su Porto Santo Stefano sono spettacolari. La colazione, dolce e salata, è abbondante e ottima. La camera ben riscaldata, cosa non scontata in una località visitata, principalmente, per un turismo estivo.

Spectacular views and wonderful service

Beautiful!! The room as very clean and the most spectacular view! It was so nice to listen to the waves as we fell asleep! The concierge was extremely friendly and pleasant and even recommended us a place to eat dinner that was very good! It was great to have access to the water as well as an easy spot to park our car. Breakfast was very good, too! Exceptional experience!!

We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated, the friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts.

The location is beautiful and right on the sea with private spots to access the water and relax. We really appreciated that there were screens on the windows as there were mosquitoes. But it was lovely to have the windows open to enjoy the breeze in the sea air.

The parking was a little tight, making getting in and out tricky. The room was a bit small and very simple, but also comfortable with a great view.

Sehr schöne Lage.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Doppelzimmer war schön und sauz.

Im Einzelzimmer hat es leider nach Schimmel gerochen und im Badezimmer war Schimmel.

Esperienza da consigliare

Sogggiornato per 6 notti in questa struttura a picco sul mare, gestori gentili, premurosi sempre disponibili, di giorno e di notte, non sembra di stare in un B&B ma in un hotel. Camera pulitissima con balcone vista mare mozzafiato. Parcheggio privato comodo anche se un po’ stretto. Colazione eccellente con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati. Per chi ama il mare e il relax è un’ esperienza da provare assolutamente.

Excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was amazing but what impressed me the most was the location. The view is stunning and the property has an easy access to a wonderful beach and a rocky shore. I will certainly be back.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to pick us up and drop off from the ferry (taxis are non existent) They sorted our ferry tickets to Giglio. Small hotel with amazing views.

In a word---wonderful!

It is a little hard to find but well worth the effort. Our visit fell on a bad weather day and we still had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful and cozy. The view was wonderful. The staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was delightful.

Topnotch management!

Giovanni, Marco, and Diego were always pleasant and polite. They were amazing to my 5 year old by greeting him, entertaining him with conversation or when feeding the seagulls. They were also very good with their English conversations with me and offered advice for exploring the area. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was tidied every day. The location was beautiful for sunsets, views, and I appreciated the private little beach and rock formations for climbing and lounging.

I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had all high quality items and perfect croissants. The location was idyllic--hidden away but close, with a feeling of privacy. It was lovely to have multiple accesses to the ocean rocks. The host spoke Italian and English, was gracious and offered a recommendation for dinner.

The turn off the main road is a bit dangerous (fast cars, curve, limited visibility). The room is just a tiny bit sparse, the mattress I tiny bit low and hard. But definitely got a decent night's sleep.

our amazing experience

It's hard to find enough words - we absolutely loved this place. Great people (Marco and Gianni), great breakfast, and the whole experience was quintessentially Italian. Fantastic views, fantastic location, and a cute little beach. The service was great, and the room was lovely and perfect for our short stay. This place is somewhere we would stay again if we return to Porto Santo Stefano in the summer.

We would stay here again.

The views from the villa were spectacular, day and night. The breakfast was really special with many different offerings. We were compelled to take pictures of it! It was above and beyond what we expected.

It was a little scary getting down that private road to the property since we had never been there before.
