LOUNGE ROOM - has views from every window of either the beach and/or the river. Also has an air-conditioner and very comfy lounge. The dining table extends to seats 8-10. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube and Stan
DESIGNER KITCHEN - everything that you could need for entertaining. Fully self contained with top end appliances. Abundance of amazing views with natural light and a great breeze
MAIN BEDROOM - has a King bed and 2 single trundles with views up and down the river
BEDROOM 2 - has a king bed and single pull out bed with an ensuite
BEDROOM 3 - has a king bed and single pull out bed with 2 way bathroom with separate bath and shower
TOILET/LAUNDRY - has a toilet and full laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board supplied
BALCONY - has a bbq and a coffee chair to watch the world go by
GARAGE - has a secure wide car space. The underground carpark is 1.7m high and therefore is ideal for smaller car and SUVs. There is visitor parking and street parking if necessary
COMPLEX - Indoor and Outdoor pool with spa. Full size tennis court and Sauna
The unit is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers.
I give my guests space but am available when needed
For the kids there is the Wax museum across the road and Slingshot and Adrenalin Park is within a short walk. Once they have had enough of that there is always the 2 pools for them to enjoy. You’re within walking distance to the beach, shops and all amenities. The beach is literally 300m walk away . . you don't even need to pack the car.
Surfers Paradise has everything to offer - theme parks including Sea World, Dream World, Wet & Wild and Warner Bros. Studios. Sensational wine bars, dining, entertainment and Casino with live shows. It also offers pure relaxation, exploring the Hinterland, water sports such as sailing, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing.
As much as we are in the Condor building, this is not a serviced apartment. This is a privately owned BnB. We pride ourselves on being personable and accommodating as much as possible.
There is a security camera over the entrance.
There is a fee if additional people are evident above the booked number. Please host your friends/events/gatherings elsewhere.
You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in.
A security bond of $550 is required prior to check in.

Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following.
• Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels
• There is a fee if additional people are evident above the booked number. Please host your friends/events/gatherings elsewhere.
• Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke downstairs
• Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it
• Remove your belongings prior to departure, includes food and garbage
• If keys are lost a fee of $500 will be charged for replacement
A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way.
