Like sitting on the dock on the bay... This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Located in Central Bodega Bay also know as Old Town, a quaint little fishing village. Enjoy spectacular sunsets to the harbor lights at night as they sparkle on the bay! Open floor plan with a big gourmet kitchen, beautiful countertops, backsplash, a gas cooktop stove and updated appliances. Adjacent is a large dining table to gather around for meals, playing games and good conversations. There's also a great room with HDTV and a gas fireplace. Outside, enjoy the large atrium and deck overlooking the bay, a picnic table with a firepit top, there's a charcoal Weber BBQ and a pretty succulent garden. Conveniently located in Pelican Plaza, you can walk to the grocery store & deli, Candy & Kites, The Boat House best place for fish n' chip, Bodega Bay Surf Shop, The Birds Cafe and Huria's woodfired Pizza all right next door!

Great house with tons of space. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. The ping pong table kept them busy. My bed was comfy (middle room). Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The sun room was fantastic, sit and have wine or coffee and feel the cool bay air in your face. There is a fire pit, a nice table with gas for warmth and ambience. The grocery store (you enter the gate thru their parking lot) has everything extra you could need or want. I would stay here again.

Perfect location - overlooking the bay. Short walk to the grocery store (although be prepared for sky high prices in a small resort town). Right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Clean, had all amenities and very clear instructions on what the hosts expected of check out. Great wifi!

We had so much fun! We celebrated getting together with family from Hawaii, California, and Vermont. And a birthday with wine tasting and watched The Birds!

Absolutely beautiful home. Very well cared for with comfortable beds and furnishings. Loved the proximity to the store and surf shop. Enjoyed coffee and a book in the sunroom every morning. Would rent again.

We loved the convenience of the surf shop, store and food places you could walk to. The view from the back is great. You do need to drive to the beach but try Salmon Creek Beach just up hwy 1. Our code to the front door wasn't updated but it got taken care of in short time. Enjoy all that Bodega Bay has to offer!

The house is very comfortable and easy to get to. I liked that there weren't TV's in the bedrooms but there were 2 large gathering areas with TV's. The sun room was a great place to hang out. Overall accommodations were great.

My family loved this property!! Clean , open and in a perfect location for our needs. There were 6 adults and we all felt comfortable with plenty of room. Whitney was great! Very responsive and she made everything very easy. We will definitely try to stay at her property again as it is close to family and it met all of our needs! Thank you Whitney!

We had a lot of fun cooking, walking with kids to the tidal area below the house, and visiting the school playground up the street. Also enjoyed food at a couple places in town, visited 4 beaches nearby, and sat a lot in the sunroom!

We had a lovely couple days at Whitney's place. There's lots of room for a group to spread out, with multiple gathering locations. We were there during some unusually cold weather and the sunroom wasn't comfortable for hanging out - we want to come back when it's warmer and enjoy the beautiful view!

This place is a dream. We stayed in the house with 5 adults and 4 kids (4-7 years old). The bunk house held the 4 kids perfectly and has a garage with a ping pong table just off of the room. The other rooms are very spacious and the primary is huge with a large bathroom and soaker tub. All rooms have very comfortable beds and high quality linens. The sun porch was the main attraction with its incredible view. The primary has an accordion sliding door that opens right on to the sun porch. The kids loved this for running laps through the house. The kitchen was the star of the show. My husband is a chef and commented that the appliances are restaurant kitchen grade. There is a large kitchen table that fit the 9 of us comfortably. We had fresh crab and used the two large lobster pots that are in the walk in pantry. The dual living rooms worked out perfectly for the kids to watch a movie while the parents played games (and drank wine!) in the kitchen/dining/LR space. The location can not be beat - right next to Pelican Plaza, where there is a great market/surf shop/pizza restaurant and only a 10 min drive to the beach. The owner has beach chairs and sand toys for use. Speaking of the owner, Whitney is so great! We all commented that we want to be friends with her. She is super responsive and thorough, we wanted for nothing. Long story short - we all want to stay here again, together and with our own families. Book your dates while you can before we take them all!

We all loved it. There were 10 family members over the course of the week. I loved that the front the house was so close to the store and tourist areas, yet, when I was sitting in the back, in the sun room, the view made it seem like we were in a remote area. The open floorplan allowed each guest to gather with the group or have space away from the group.. It was great. We will be back.

Got together with friends for a cookie baking weekend. The sunroom is as great as the picture shows. The living areas were nice and the bedrooms were just as advertised. 300 feet to a grocery store (which has really high prices so I would only go there for emergencies) and only 13 miles to a town with lots of groceries and drug stores if needed. It rained most the time we were there but the house was a great place to get stuck.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect and so convenient, the solarium was awesome, (especially for sunsets), and the king bed in the master was sooo comfortable!! No complaints, wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Thanks Whitney!

Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable. However here are some things that should have been taken care of: broken coffee pot, no placemats, no wine glasses, two cracked glass tumblers, light over sink out, only two dish towels, battery out in flashlight, man-door code wouldn’t work.

A group of Mom friends and our infants stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and convenient as it’s next door to a grocery store and across the street from the Birds Cafe. The house is even nicer in person than it was in the photos. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor firepit area with babies in tow, but it looked lovely. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom looking out to the Bay. Would definitely recommend and plan on returning myself one day!

We used this property for a small family get away to California. Great, quiet location. Close to many wineries but also water activities! The host was excellent with communication and made our trip warm and welcoming! We had a great time!

We loved our stay. The place was centrally located in Bodega and easily walkable to food/shops. I only wish we had better understood the lack of yard when we booked it because it would have been nice to have a place to let the kids run around. This was just our misunderstanding when we booked it.

What a cute hidden treasure overlooking Bodega Bay!! Very clean and spacious home with all the amenities needed for our stay. Comfy beds, clean and plentiful linens and great tv’s!! Loved the sunroom!! Great place to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Whitney was a great host and always communicated promptly. Would definitely recommend this property!!

The house is set in a corner of a small shopping center making it extremely convenient to walk to shops and the small deli/market. Overall the house was much larger than expected and very clean. The enclosed room was a wonderful place to both start and end your day. The instructions left by the owner were very helpful and it was easy to communicate questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend. It was perfect. Our venue was less then a quarter mile away. Felt very secure. Home is a great size. Close to lots of great seafood. Would love to come back in the future.
