About this house rental
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a unique twist, you’ve just found it! It’s an “inn” with “intrigue”! We created this 3-level house to engage your mind and senses. Every floor has its own theme and multiple brainteasers incorporated in the decor. The welcome folder will guide you through the puzzles and there’s a fun reward at the end. Located in the heart of Laramie’s “Tree Area”, it's also close to the University of Wyoming and downtown. Book now to make some great memories!

We had a great stay here while we were in Laramie! Laramie’s hotel options leave a lot to be desired so we always end up in a VRBO. Our usual option was booked so we ended up finding the “puzzle house” and I am so glad we did! It was clean, comfortable and fun! Everything in this house was well appointed and thoughtful— from the extended cords to plug in phones on night stands, to the coffee and tea bar, to the spare makeup remover wipes and toothbrushes. We had so much fun with all of the puzzles, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We’ve stayed here many times. It almost feels like a second home. The puzzles are so clever and fun to solve. Very clean and well appointed. They’ve thought of everything. The only puzzle we have yet to solve is what haven’t they thought of!!

Wonderfully intriguing brain teasers to solve incorporated into the decor of this home. If not inclined to solve them, just enjoy this unique and charming house. Super comfortable beds, bathrooms on each level, great kitchen…we loved our stay here!

Nice welcoming feel with challenging puzzles on each floor. We felt like we were at home. Friendly and functional kitchen and dining area with a relaxing living room. Beautiful upstairs bedroom and bathroom and two bedrooms, one bathroom, and laundry downstairs.
Friendly hosts that reached out on check out today to make the road closures did not mess with our plans. Thank you for checking on us!

The Inntrigue Puzzle House has earned the well-deserved number one spot on our list of favorite VRBO properties we’ve stayed at from coast-to-coast and from the far north to deep south. Ultra clean and very comfortable are just the beginning. Our hosts demonstrated their incredible thoughtfulness, not just with the unique and interesting decor, or quality bedding, linens, and towels, or the well-stocked bath supplies and paper products, or kitchen life support (a wide selection of coffee and teas – and even a couple selections of gelato in the freezer!). But also with fascinating clues that had our young-adult daughter and teenage son roaming the house for hours. I could go on (and on, and on), but will end with this. The Inntrique is truly one-of-a-kind!

What a pleasure to stay here! Great location. Plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Wonderful, relaxing master suite hideaway on separate floor. The hosts are super easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Looking forward to staying here again later this fall.

Close to day trips to Saratoga Hot Springs and local hiking filled our days.

Perfect Sissies Getaway
We stayed at The INNtrigue, also known as The Puzzle House, in Laramie. We found it on VRBO and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for Sissies week. What fun to find a greeting for the three of us on the wall and part of the fun puzzles. The three bedrooms with very comfortable bed and linens that assured we slept like logs. The bathrooms had everything from thick, fluffy towels, to lovely toiletries. The kitchen came stocked with coffee, dishes, cooking stuff, everything we might need other than food and a chef. We even took advantage of the washer/dryer so little laundry to do when we got home. There were books and lots of games but the best part were the puzzles. There were several puzzles to figure out, one set for each floor, and a bonus puzzle that led to the box of props. The neighborhood was right by the college, filled with adorable houses and very quiet. This was the first time my sister and I were able to see each other since the pandemic and this choice was perfect. Lots of excellent restaurants, museums, and day trips to do when not making memories. I loved this house and loved staying here. Very clean, well appointed, and considerate and responsive owners.

Beautiful home!
This property is perfect for a family! With plenty of room to spread out. The master suite on the top floor is very special and tastefully done. I’ve stayed at a handful of vacation rentals but I must say this was the best experience so far! Five stars all around!!!
