Master bedroom with ensuite and panoramic views, second bedroom features a private court yard, third bedroom features outstanding mountain views. The shared bathroom has separate shower and bath. Fourth bedroom is downstairs and includes its own ensuite.
Open plan living area is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring Queenstown or simply soaking in the views, with comfortable sofas, roaring fire and a glass of your favourite pinot. Sit back and enjoy your choice of movies on sky TV or surround yourself with your favourite music. Separate chill out / study area should you need to work whilst on holiday : )
Garage with internal access and storage for your ski equipment, golf clubs, mountain bikes etc. Ample off street parking.

We expect the house to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure, any loss, breakages and damage will be charged accordingly.
Super king beds can be split into king singles for an additional fee upon request. $50 per room (this includes the extra linen and time to split beds and put back together.
