Located on the historic Eagle Cliff property, this quaint and cozy cottage for two may still have its original name from 1930 but boasts every modern-day convenience travelers are looking for. A bright, welcoming, and contemporary interior warmly greets guests with a well-appointed kitchenette, queen bed, high-speed internet, flat screen TV, fresh linens, and essential bath items.
Enjoy morning coffee on the lovely, screened veranda, relax with a book on the porch swing, then head out for a full day of north shore activities. Evenings can be spent preparing dinner on the cottage’s personal grill, dining al fresco on the private, shaded picnic table, then unwinding by one of the common area’s stocked firepits while sharing a bottle of wine from a local winery.

The only good part of this property is location! It was clean BUT.... if you have back issues DON'T STAY HERE. The bed is HORRIBLE!!! also the shower is so tiny you can't move. I am 5'7 and 142 lbs.

Coffe maker had moldy coffee grinds, kitchen window cracked open, would not shut..alot of air comes through large openings in doors, inside table was really unstable, high table and chairs on porch were very dirty, a plant on porch floor was either knocked over or fell. Plant was put back in but dirt not cleaned up, hair dryer handle was sticky.

Met our needs for the week. Nice location to walk the strip. Music from bars on both sides goes late into the morning unfortunately. The a/c and fan did help with noise. Nice outside and porch area to gather. Thank you.

My husband and I booked this rental, and received a message that we would be staying in cottage 9 with a passcode. Upon arrival, we realized that there was luggage from other people. When I called, the woman on the phone was annoyed and told me that I went into the wrong cottage. My husband and I both told her how unsafe the situation was that we were able to access other peoples belongings. She got upset and told us to leave and she was refunding us. She never apologized for her mistake and left us stranded 2 hours from home without a place to stay. She then threatened to call the cops when I became upset and hung up on us. I use VRBO constantly and have never had such a horrible experience. Thank God that we went through VRBO or I don’t know if we would have received a refund.

Not quiet, the property is just “slapped together” to rent. Dirty front porch. Music blasting until 2-3 o’clock am. Not like the old B&B I used to love😞

Do not waste your money or time

Rented this for a weekend getaway with my husband. The pictures are from when the previous owners had the property and are not updated. It is not at ALL like what is listed! When we arrived we noticed an orange extension cord underground then running into the bottom of the building through the wall. We then entered the front door no blinds mismatched curtains on the windows. There was an air conditioner in the window blowing warm air with 2 inch gap around it where anything could come in. My husband went into the bathroom to use it and came out saying there were shims holding the toilet up and that when he tried to use it the whole thing shook. We then tried to connect to the WiFi to call our son because we had bad service and there was no WiFi that worked. I then called management she said she would send maintenance right down to fix the issues. After waiting over a half an hr we called her back she said she was having trouble getting in touch with maintenance. My husband text her asking if there were any other rentals we could move to because of all the issues. We got a return text from her stating we were issued a refund and to vacate the premises immediately! We had no phone reception to even find somewhere else to stay so drove the over 2 hrs back home. This place is so unprofessional and was a complete rip off! I lost money on the fishing charter we had booked and boarding my dog for the weekend not to mention the $124 in gas we wasted. Do not waste your money!

Property was very convenient to all attractions. Just want to point out that the shower in the bathroom is very small...i believe it was a shower moreso that is used in a camper. The only other issue was the mattress was super soft(but thats a personal preference)and the cottage leaned to where your feet were higher than your head when you laid in bed. It was very clean and well stocked. The firepit and seating was really nice. Screened in porch was great to sit in. Manager was super prompt with answering my questions and had a minor issue with the tv...he sent somebody very quickly to resolve the issue.

Cabin was clean. A little rustic. Liked the porch swing. First night was cold and rainy. The landscapers were cutting the grass when we arrived. Didn't blow off the walkway until the second day when they finished cutting because of the rain. Only ones on property. Would have liked to do a bonfire. Maybe next time.

Review is same for both cottages: The cottage is falling apart. Furnishings are junk, gaps in walls & baseboards with daylight showing through, air conditioner barely can keep up, bed is a guaranteed backache-and has no protective mattress cover-just a sheet over bare mattress, quilt is very obviously NOT washed between guests, toilet not bolted to the very soft and uneven floor has you swaying back and forth, shower so small you can scarcely move & the curtain wants to wrap around your legs the whole time. (Note: the cottage is right next to a late night bar with loud music and is not on the lake at all.) This cottage has the quality of an old, run down motel but the price of a high end hotel. Never again!

This little cottage was great for two of us. It was VERY clean and mostly updated. The kitchen is completely stocked, which was very nice. My only concern was one large front screen on the porch was missing- no mosquitos but lots of flies. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and it has a great TV with lots of channels. I would definitely stay here again.
