Unsatisfactory

Accommodation didn't meet our expectations. Location fine and staff friendly but room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke and also strong chemical air freshener bad for smell allergies. Also lots of disturbance through the night by people outside the room and close to thr parked vehicles.

The room is very clean. Furniture and towels are new. Nice staff.

Bathroom too small. There is a coffee table and small sofa but not enough when we are a family with 2 kids.

Great!

The room was clean, the staff was super kind, and although the motel isn’t located in the best part of Duncan, I felt completely safe on the nights I was there by myself as a female. Air conditioning worked well. The room was freshly painted and renovated all except the bathroom which was still in fine clean working order.

The location wasn’t killer. There’s a lot of interesting people downtown Duncan. The motel is definitely under renovation. The rooms are nice enough but the stairs getting up to the top floor were a bit worrisome.

Will not be back.

- Big living room.

- Time to renovate, or at least put some new paint for stained wall. - Floor wasn't clean at all, pet fur everywhere. - Very thin wall, can hear people walking, talking, shouting, car engine, and toilet flushing from other units. - Bed sheet wasn't clean, fine hair everywhere and a spider too. - People smoking cannabis in the common area.

Awesome shining gem AND best bang for your buck

Really awesome place, I live in town and I know the neighborhood is a bit seedy but the owner manages to keep a nice atmosphere. She's very welcoming and even gave me a wake up call , first when I was in the shower and then again she came back to make sure I didn't miss my bus!

I feel really bad cuz a blue pen exploded on a pillow. I had some cleaning supplies and I was gonna warm it up and scrub the stains out but I had to run to my bus before I had time to :( so really the only qualm was my own fault lol. Otherwise 10/10

Great value, would definitely stay there again.

Location was close to my event. Bed was super comfy, quiet location. Good spots close by to potty my dog. Lots of food options within walking distance or 2 min car ride. Manager was really nice.

Beautiful rooms, great hospitality.

The rooms have been redone and are quite beautiful. They have a boutique feel with comfortable beds and cozy aesthetic.

Location wasn’t ideal, however this isn’t the motels issue as most of the town off the highway is a bit rough.

A completely acceptable room for a late night stop and an early morning departure.

The location was excellent. The receptionist was friendly. The room was small but fine for a single night. Included wine glasses! An older motel that has been renovated.

There was a motion sensor light in the hallway. This was very nice when we came in and didn't have to look for a light switch, but in the middle of the night it shone into the bedroom when anyone went to the bathroom. Perhaps there was a on off switch but I didn't look for it.

Great little spot to stay when traveling.

Modern renovated rooms with extremely comfy beds, quality pillows and fresh linens. Options for lighting, bright room light or dim sleepy nightstand lights. USB and AC power plugs are abundant. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware in good repair. Friendly and helpful staff that are always there to assist in any way they can. All amenities are walking distance. Motel is off the main highway so it's very quiet at night.

The outside isn't super nice looking, but the owner is going to be tackling that project very soon.

The price is certainly right for this place. I wanted a clean, quiet room and I got it.

The rooms are beautiful, newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby on the bed. The shower had a nice water pressure. The room's temperature was warm with a silent heater that I could control the temperature of.

Not enough towels in the bathroom. The tub didn't have any rubber grip to stand on and I almost slipped when having my shower. There are many different lights but it's "all or nothing". In other words, they can't be turned off individually, aside from the tiny bedside reading lights. No dimmer switches for the lights and so the room was either very bright or dark.

Very good

Decor and renos. Customer service was excellent. Comfortable bed. Soaps were nice.

Could have uses a little table for eating meals at. Window in bathroom wouldn't stay open and had no fan. Couldn't adjust the temperature in room. Was a little too cold. Baseboard heater was on max but didn't heat the room enough because the ac kept blowing cool air and wouldn't turn off.
