Definitely, very, very comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced? YES, ABSOLUTELY!

The signs outside said "Now Open", maybe new in 2021? or recently refurbished? Anyway - my sister and I were in town for three nights for a family visit. From the first interaction checking in to checking out, service was first rate and friendly. The lobby and small dining area was spotless, comfy and well lit. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon one day, sausage another, rolls, muffins, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee and hot tea. Our room was very spacious, better lit than a lot of hotels, and the beds were super comfortable. I mean, reeaaally comfy and I'm a picky sleeper. The bathroom was well stocked with towels - not just the standard one set each. The water pressure for the shower was decent and the shower head was adjustable. for water output. They did have tiny shampoo/conditioner things, was glad I brought my own. We didn't turn on the tv even once so cannot comment on that. There were plenty of electrical outlets and usb outlets as well. On site I did see the workout room (did not use it). It's small but the equipment looked decent (not old or outdated). It's February and it was raining so we didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked nice. Plenty of parking - which was free! Jonesboro isn't a massive city, so this hotel location was fine. it's right off the highway but close enough to restaurants and shopping. Not walkable though.

Very skimpy size shampoo/conditioner/lotion items. Tiny. As in one use size and only one set in the room. (I'm sure they would have provided more upon request - we brought our own). The only thing I really didn't like was the sink in our bathroom. The drain was sluggish and the plug thing didn't budge. It wasn't a huge issue and we did report that on our way out. I also didn't like how the faucet was set back so far on the sink - you know, when you wash your face, you lean over with cupped hands to get water to splash on your face? The faucet location was such that if you're short ( I'm only 5'4"), it was difficult to reach the water. And water would then splash over the back of the sink. Small world issues though - we did not report that as it's a cosmetic thing.

Highly recommend the Comfort Inn! The property was very clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful!

Comfortable

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was also great and we slept well. We were on the bottom floor but it was very quiet. They had a filling breakfast with several choices. We would definitely stay here again.

The shower. We were put in a handicap room because the king rooms were oversold. I disliked the water pressure and I stayed cold during the shower. 😔

Really don’t have anything we didn’t like. We needed a place to crash and it met all our needs.

The staff was very friendly at check in. They said good morning when we came down for breakfast, They also said hello when they saw us in the hallways.

I would have like to see a few more things in the room like a shower cap and sewing kit.

I loved the staff, breakfast, pool, and really comfortable beds. I liked being close to the casino. The breakfast host was a delightful and fun lady.

It was a bummer losing electricity when you're trying to checkout. I left some expensive toiletries behind that were never recovered. The faucet leaked and the toilet kept running.

Overall met our needs

No cleaning smell. Clean lobby. Once we got batter for waffles, very nice ! New building but maintenance is starting to get sloppy

Breakfast only thing good was waffles. Potatoes dried out. Omelets not hot. Had to request more waffle mix and cups for coffee. Kitchen person had attitude about getting g more. Floor in elevator sticky, sink in room with soap scum, shower caulking dirty. House keeping lacking. House keeper had slippers on.

Good could've been great

The staff was cool and accommodating. As it was a surprise for my wife just because. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was good, needs more variety in my opinion fir the rate we paid. When I told the staff what I was doin they all thought it was sweet cause I made multiple trips to my car to get what I needed set up for my wife again just cause.

The water wasn't hot for shower got warm at best. The breakfast was ok could've been little more better more variety and longer hours on weekdays especially for the rate I paid fir my wife and I.
