The condo was great except no linen for the pullout sofa. Our family enjoyed our time together at the condo. We have been staying at Whispering Pines for over 20 years. That being said, I have never seen the indoor pool area in the shape it was in. The hot tub was cold and obviously not cleaned in quite sometime. The bathrooms in the pool area were nasty and the sauna is now a storage closet. Very disappointing. The indoor pool area is one of the reasons we stay there in the winter months so the kids can play in the pool. We may have to consider another rental property in the future.

Had a wonderful weekend with family to celebrate Christmas. Would stay here again as it was spacious and even had a Christmas Tree that we could put our presents under and enjoy when opening presents!

Both pools and spa out of commission at least until Memorial Day weekend. We were not given option of cancelling and booking somewhere else. The Wi-Fi is PUBLIC and barely works, no password so everyone is on it and it simply doesn't work in the evenings. Kitchen supplies were meager, for example: one dish towel, one spatula for entire kitchen.
Very disappointed, will not come back to this complex.

This was the first trip with my sisters that we have taken together since our father passed away 12 years ago. We enjoyed our stay very much! We only have a few complaints... When we opened the roll of paper towels, they were molded on the bottom. Luckily, we brought our own pack of napkins. Also, the jets in one of the back bathroom tubs had black mildew in it.
The main issue was the TV cutting in and out. Every 30 seconds it would stop playing and pause for a minute or so, then play again, then stop again... etc. We called, but no one ever came to check out what the problem was. We did use Netflix and was successful in watching a movie or two without any issues. Just couldn't watch live TV. It was probably just a service issue, but still a weekend inconvenience.

We loved our stay in Condo 534 the last weekend of March. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from our patio was amazing. We had easy access to the condo even with heavy traffic. We will definitely stay here again and hopefully in this same unit. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay!

Fun Spring Break
Our family had an amazing time at this property! I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The condo was nicer and more spacious than we expected. We had 9 people (7 adults, 2 children), and it was perfect! The location is within walking distance to a lot of great places in Pigeon Forge, which was an added perk! We were also impressed that we couldn’t hear other people from the condos next door or from outside. Highly recommend this property!

Spring Break 2021
This condo was so well-appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The view from the back porch was a great place to enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Only downfall was not condo but our check-in was delayed until 5:00 instead of 4:00. It was a property management problem and not a condo problem.

Great location right in the parkway. Easy to get in and out. We were able to check in early. Our condo #534 was wonderful, a 4 bedroom, very spacious and clean. The only issue was the curry smell. Apparently the prior guests had cooked breakfast with curry and it took 2 days for the smell to go away. That’s not my favorite smell. The staff was very accommodating and got our room cleaned and notified us it was ready. This is my 2nd time to stay at Whispering Pines and we will be returning, tho maybe on the top floor. we were on the 3rd floor and could hear the doors slamming from the floor above

This unit was perfect for our group, lots of room to move around and kids loved it. Only thing I wish would change, the bedroom doors need locks on them, it didn't make sense to have a jucuzzi in the room and not be able to lock the door. Otherwise, was a very good experience.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my Father's 70th birthday! The kids enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pool. We cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen and grilled out in the pavilion. It is easily located to everything we wanted to do on the Parkway. Loved our whole weekend at Whispering Pines!

We had a wonderful stay at WP/534. It was so much more than we expected. It was so updated from the pictures online. We were so excited that the condo was decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree and other Christmas décor. It really made our Family Christmas special. The Condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely stay at WP/534 again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We have been staying at WP for years and always stay there when we can. We love staying at WP. As my Husband told the Lady at the desk when we checked out when she asked how our stay was and he told her the only bad thing about our stay was we had to check out and leave!!! We had a Wonderful stay.Thank you for making our Family Christmas a Great one!!!!

Had a great stay here again, the condo is really nice and was very clean. My only complaint is the wifi. I always have to work while I am away and I couldn't get my reports to run, even after getting up at 2 am hoping that the band width was better. That being said, they lived without them ok for a couple of days. I was told that it is a general issue throughout that area.

Our family of 7 adults and 2 children ages 6&9 very much enjoyed out stay. The condo gave us enough room to be comfortable and was well equipped the location was fantastic and close to all the attractions we were interested in. The only suggestion I could make would be add 3 stools to the kitchen overhand. This would have allowed us to all eat comfortably in the same area at one time. Would definitely come back.

Our stay at the Pines was so awesome, in fact it was more than I expected. The deco and design were what caught my eye when I was on line looking for a 4 bdrm 3 bth home away from home and surprisingly the condo was even more updated then the advertisement pic, very clean and comfy; it really impressed my 4 adult daughters from booking, arrival, stay and check out management was very welcoming. If anyone needs a home away from home in the Pigeon Forge area for a group of 7 to 8 adults; then I would definitely recommend Whispering Pines condo 534.
