There's never any shortage of water on always-constant-level Lake LBJ, where this lakeside getaway is all about wide-open space and lots and lots of waterfront. Sitting on two oversize lots, this home offers a luscious lawn, magnificent mature shade trees, and water as far as the eye can see.

Well maintained and comfortably furnished, this lake house boasts three large bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two separate common areas. Let the kids have their area to play as the adults relax and reenergize in their very own space. Inside or outside, Crestwood Acres puts no limit on fun or relaxation.

You'll have a safe and secure setup for all of your land vehicles and trailers, with ample parking and a two-car garage. There's also a huge, two-level boat dock and a covered electric boat lift that will accommodate one boat and two PWCs, providing both convenience and security. Be sure to take full advantage of the gorgeous Hill Country views and refreshing lake breezes on the upper deck and lounging area of the boathouse.

Whether your preference is fishing, boating, swimming, or relaxing, Crestwood Acres offers it all. So stop, relax, and take a deep breath. But we must warn you, it can be really addicting!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
