Goede prijs kwaliteit - aan te bevelen

Ik had een mooie rustige en heldere kamer, vernieuwde praktische badkamer, goed bed en matras, alles proper

Trapgang en hall is smal en hardhorig (hoewel ik geluk had, er was geen nachtlawaai). Lift is stilaan aan modernisering toe...

the view

i could not enter at first, the code was not correct of the main entrance. i had to call first as they did not even know which room i would get and i did not have a badge first to open the room. At the last moment the badge had to be taken from another key...if i did not call i would not been able to enter and nothing would be done...and that is strange if i booked i few days before, things should be arranged before the guest comes. also the wifi was not working properly as mentioned on the site of the hotel.

Worst hotel I ever stayed, everything was old, dirty, and smelly and nothing (e.g, soap or shampoo) was provided.

A bit dirty, no breakfast even paid for and hotel in bad condition.

Hotel had a good connection to the tram. The first room given was dirty, got a free upgrade fortunately - this room was acceptable but not very clean.

The whole hotel is dirty and not really in good shape. The breakfast did just not take place for two straight days without any information!

You don't want to stay here

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to put our bikes into a room, so we did not have to leave them on the street

The hotel is decrepit and really dirty. I doubt it would pass any health and safety control. There was mold on the toilet's ceiling, which was falling apart. Insects splattered all over the walls. The room smelled heavily like smoke. The fire alarm was broken, with some toilet paper stuck inside of it (not sure what happened there). The elevator was not working. We had to climb 3 floors of steep and narrow stairs with luggage . It looks cheap, but it is not: it is definitely too expensive for what it is.

Walking distance to Mortsel Gemeenteplein tram station and not too far from train station. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/out.

My stay was okay, considering value for money wise

4 pillows to be able to lie down comfy to watch videos on my smartphone, as the tv didn't work and .....

.... The remote of the tv was too filthy to touch, as was the toilet brush & holder 😑

The rooms were clean. The staff member was extremely nice! He was helpful.

It is an old hotel where renovation is needed. The price for a double room is high for what you get. It is old fashioned and outdated.

Great stay and good room

The room was quite big, I received the room for one night and had two separate beds. Also, there was a desk and seats and a TV. The room was quite good and clean.

The only thing was that in the morning there was no one at the reception to give the key to, most of the guests had left the keys on the desk of the office so I did the same.

Ok if you are there just for work

The bathroom and toilet were new and the shower got good pressure and hot water. The tv is a good plus and the bed is comfortable

The major problem was the smell of cigarettes . It was clearly on the walls, but it increases in certain moments leading you to believe there are smokers inside the building.
