This property is simply amazing. It's quiet, calm, and comfortable. The interior is so calm and peaceful, and easy to enjoy. The exterior spaces are great for entertaining or relaxing. The entire property is accessible with ramps to the firepit and outdoor patios, as well as a no-step shower and pull-bars by the toilets. The location is perfect if you want to be somewhere quiet and small, but close enough to normal conveniences in the surrounding area. Also an easy driving distance to San Luis Obispo and the coast. The hosts are wonderful. Very responsive and helpful, and also respectful of space and privacy. We were sad to go, and hope to stay here again!

Cutest property with thoughtful details. House is even better in person and bigger then we expected which was absolutely perfect. Was the perfect staycation with the girls. Quiet and secluded. Heated bathroom floor in the master was a wonderful surprise! I can’t say enough nice things! THANK YOU!

We wish we could give the Saloon six stars. This was one of our favorite stays. The hosts Tim and Dana have thought of everything to enhance your stay. The beautifully decorated residence looks like a model home inside. There are numerous outside seating areas to bask in the serenity.The place is immaculate. There are many comfy touches like high quality throws in every room. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked. The countryside location is fabulous and peaceful. We got a kick out of watching the neighborhood goats across the street play. Pismo Beach, hiking and wineries are 10 minutes away and we took advantage of it all. We hope to visit again. Thank you!

This property perfectly fit our needs. We had a group of 9 guys celebrating a bachelor party golf weekend and this location was perfect. We played Hunter Ranch and Monarch Dunes and this location was in between both. There was plenty of space to spread out and BBQ and everyone loved the hot tub after a long day on the course. We had a great weekend with family and longtime friends.

Very well thought out home with a very clean and modern interior. Slept 5 of us comfortably. Very well furnished with a well stocked and equipped kitchen. Very wheelchair friendly with bathroom designed to accommodate a wheelchair.

The house is truly lovely and spacious. Tim is a fantastic host- his recommendations for places to eat and things to do were spot on. One could feel happy doing as much-or as little- as one wanted. We loved every minute of it!

We were a mixed group of kids, teens and adults. Everyone was happy with the accommodations. There was something for all to do and plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen. Hosts were easy to talk to and very responsive. We will definitely go back!

If you like to cook, the beautiful kitchen is stocked with all the pots/pans/ coffee makers/tea kettle and serving ware you would need. They have a spice cabinet that would serve most needs. Dining table was large enough to accommodate all of us and serve from the table family style. It is very clean and comfortable. We loved the location with easy freeway access yet a country vibe. The house was a wonderful stay! Large seating areas for big groups and lots of places to sleep. We’d definitely come back to stay!

We had a great time at Tim and Dana's place in Santa Margarita. Our group was trying to stay as close to SLO as possible, and this house was an easy 10 minute drive away. The house is well kept up and was perfect for our group of 6. We enjoyed the backyard games and hot tub and would definitely stay here again!

This was honestly the best place we've ever rented short-term. It was so fully stocked, clean, comfortable, and provided us with everyone we needed to fully relax. We hope to come back soon! Cannot recommend this property enough!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the J Street Saloon. The location was quiet and felt very private. It was exactly in between the half of us traveling from Nor Cal and the other half from So Cal. The house itself was clean, modern and spacious. The property was quiet and felt very private. The outdoor arrangements; hot tub, fire pit, outdoor games were an added plus!

Extremely clean and organized space with comfortable furniture, cute decor, open floor plan and plenty of cozy beds. The kitchen is updated and stocked with everything you need, large refrigerator/freezer, lovely dining table, fresh flowers placed throughout was an amazing touch! Master bedroom was amazing and spacious, the master bathroom blew me away with open shower and heated floors! The washroom was stocked with towels for the hot tub and bathrooms, Hot tub was amazing! The little patio out back was great. We didn't use the grill but it was nice to know it is there. The gorgeous tree design gate was nice to have. Driveway is spacious and the games/fire pit were such great amenities. The owners were always quick to answer my questions and the provided information on the home was so appreciated. I didn't realize how close the owners property is to this VRBO but we did our best to respect the quiet hours. Overall incredible VRBO which blew all the quests away. Great location too! Watching the goats play with each other across the street was a hilarious treat.
