About this house rental
This cozy home is over 1300 sq. feet of comfortable living. Cozy on Carolina was our first home and we kept it due to all of our wonderful happy memories made there. This home is within 10 minutes of I-81, which is convenient to Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. It is surrounded by sidewalks and a nice neighborhood to walk. It has a fenced in backyard with patio furniture as well as a fire pit. It has just about anything you need to walk in and stay awhile. It is conveniently located to many things - grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. You would be located within 15-20 minutes of two state parks. It has 4 ball tournament fields anywhere from 5 minutes to twenty minutes away (Domtar, Brickyard, Winged Deer and White Top). Let us host you for your visit to Kingsport!

My daughter & I visited Kingsport to check out the location prior to her internship with Eastman Chemical in January The house was gorgeous& comfortable, convenient to Eastman and interstate. We visited Bay Mountain Park &historic nearby Bristol including Steel Creek Park. Owner was easy to communicate with & provided lots of information on attractions and hikes

Everything was easy from the booking, check in, and checking out process. The owner was super friendly and a jewel to work with. We were in town for a wedding and it was so nice to be able to actually have down time that wasn’t in a hotel. After being in the heat from an outdoor wedding coming back to the house was amazing. The AC was on point! We will definitely be staying here again.

Our two families stayed here for a weeklong family get together over the Fourth of July, and it was perfect! We could walk to a lovely park and playground, walk to Food city and pals, and even walk to the Fourth of July parade. The home has a lovely backyard and two full bathrooms, which was great for our two families staying together. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kingsport!

Our family of four made a weekend trip to Kingsport, TN. Cozy on Carolina was perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. My sister, brother and myself visited the area in mid-October to see relatives. This was our second visit, except it was for our brother's funeral. He died unexpectedly. Jackie, the host, was so gracious during our visit, offering her condolences and more. Just as before, the home was clean and perfect for us. The fenced yard was great for our pups. Jackie is a very responsive host.

The house is a charming, well kept, nicely appointed older home. Jackie has obviously taken into consideration the necessities travelers need and has provided them. The property is as described. The location is convenient to major roads as well as grocery stores and restaurants, but the area was quiet and seemed safe. The space was comfortable for our needs and Jackie was extremely responsive and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy on Carolina. The home has lots of old charm, which personally, I love. Beds were comfortable and the towels were very plush. We had everything we needed for meals, and the location was perfect for grabbing extra items from the store. The host is very responsive, probably the best I've ever encountered. We would definitely return.

Older home and neighborhood, but classic updates make it homey and nice. No complaints whatsoever. Definitely lives up to the "cozy" description. Great communication with owner as well. Will stay again next year. :)

Lovely older and well-established 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with complete and comfortable furnishing. Centrally located near downtown shopping and restaurants, yet not congested by town traffic. All needed cooking and eating equipment well appointed and organized. Television and Wifi are top-notch. Spacious private backyard with table, chairs, grill, and fire pit. Adequate off-street parking. Lots of owner-supplied necessities, and a grocery store is only a short block away. This is a cared-for and comfortable property. Jackie Seto is easy and pleasant to communicate with. We will stay here on our next visit to Kingsport!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Cozy on Carolina. The house was as described. Communication was great. While we were not able, we received a message we could check in early…always a plus! House is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. While the house does sleep 8, it seemed a little tight for our family of 7.

Bristol Race Trip
This location was about 15 miles from the Bristol Motor Speedway, which was the purpose of our trip. It was very easy to get to and from the track, in multiple available directions. This home offered all the amenities needed, with quick access to anything needed in the surrounding area. The Host is wonderful, and provided us with some great tips and recommendations.

Family Visit
We really enjoyed the house. The location was perfect to see our family. It was nice to have a space to visit in without having to go up to my father’s farm which can be a little out of the way. Your special touches was very welcoming.

Fantastic Getaway Spot
Chose a great property called Cozy on Carolina. Perfect location for us during our day excursions to nearby cities. Definitely a quiet neighborhood, exactly what we needed. Jacqueline was so accommodating and responsive with all the questions we had. Truly a great owner and even checked up on us throughout the week to see if we were doing ok! Close to groceries and necessities thank you again Jacqueline for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

Great place to stay!
We were down for a National softball tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is close to everything and so nice to come “home” after all day at field. The owners were great and checked on how our girls did along with anything we may need. When we are back in Kingsport/Johnson City we will definitely be renting Cozy on Carolina!!

Wonderful place
We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy on Carolina. We found ourselves in a predicament and needed a place to stay asap. I reached out to Jackie and she was so helpful and kind. She was able to get us into the house within a few hours. She was very helpful and accommodating . I feel the property was reasonably priced and close to town.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient
This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a tree lined neighborhood in Kingsport. We walked with grandkids to a great playground, (Andrew Johnson Playground) The kids enjoyed riding their bikes up & down the sidewalk. The host was very responsive to our questions. Its obvious they continue to update the property. Grocery store just down the road. Very happy with stay.
