Perfect layout of home for multiple families to be together. Having pool and elevator were great assets along with proximity to the ocean.

The property was great. Smallish pool but heated which was great. Owner very responsive and helpful. Great house for large group. Everything in kitchen you could need. Easy walk to beach. Lovely neighborhood

Beautiful house that easily accommodated a group of 13 ladies. Very spacious and has all amenities needed. The pool was warm even though the day was a bit cold and windy. Host is very responsive and flexible. Location is great - a little over a block from the beach and 15 mins drive to AC where we went out for dinner and drinks. Uber ride back was so easy! Would love to stay here again.

The house was lovely and well appointed. The space worked great for our group and even though it rained a bit, sitting on the large covered front porches was still very nice. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would rent again!

My family had a great time. House was perfect, pool was great, close to the beach. It was nice we didn't have to bring our own beach chairs and a cart. We would stay here again.

This house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, nicely decorated. My family stayed here to celebrate my grandma's birthday and it was perfect because everyone had their own bedroom. It was also great for my grandma because there was an elevator in the house so she did not have to worry about taking the stairs. The host was great at communicating with us before check in, during our stay, and after check in. This was my families 2nd time staying in this house and I believe we will be back in the future!

The Host, Melissa and her office Manager Joe (of the Luxury Villa - Pool, Elevator) were the most gracious and accommodating hosts ever. Thank you Melissa for providing the most beautiful, elegantly decorated, comfortable, spa like space anyone could ever ask for. The property did not disappoint. It was just as presented on the website. The kitchen was immaculate and fully furnished, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, beautifully updated bathrooms, and two open area living spaces that provided breathtaking views of the balconies and pool. The elevator made it easier to travel from the first to the third floor. The women were blown away by being in such a luxurious, tranquility place right near the beach. The retreat like atmosphere allowed all of us the opportunity * to come together, * to rest and relax, and * to be restored physically, emotionally and spiritually. We checked in on Friday and upon arrival at the house we were pleased with what we saw. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.the house his well maintained and everything was organized. We were a party of 12 and there were a lot a space to accommodate everyone.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone of my friends and family .

What a gorgeous home! Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living rooms and so many bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with an oven I would die to have at home! Owner was very responsive & accommodating to our inquiries. I only wish it was summertime so we could enjoy the pool and the porches. Perfect!

We had a very nice experience at this Place - The weather dampened our Stay, and we were forced to spend more time inside the House = This Host has thought of every single thing that a Renter would need and has furnished the house very well. The layout is superb, furnishing very immaculate, and we would certainly look to Rebook - Thank You!! This was our Friends reunion and we shall cherish the memories for a long time to come.

We are 5 couples in our 70s that rent houses twice a year--this rates close to the highest of all the places we have stayed--everything from the bedding to the kitchen equipment was exceptional and the house was well appointed without being "overdone." That we had a good time despite three days of rain and wind (remnants of Hurricane Ian) is a testament to how comfortable we were. Thank you Marissa and Joseph!

We were in town for an event and stayed at this awesome house. Proximity to the quiet beach was wonderful.

We had a group of 8 down to AC for a 4 day golf trip. This was a perfect location. Quiet but close to all the action. 20 mins to all the best courses in the area. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Pool and deck were great for unwinding after "tough" days of golf and gambling :). Highly recommend.

We planned this vacation a year in advance since we had family traveling from across the country and our expectations were high. And even so, this property far exceeded them. We had been in contact with the property manager many times with questions, and she was always so quick to respond. The pictures were representative, but it was still even better in person. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe all the little touches like throw blankets on each bed and couch. This was also my first time at a New Jersey beach and it was such a great location. Very close to the beach and it was wonderful to have all the beach chairs that were provided. We had four children under 8. Which made having the private pool a really nice feature. I can definitely say we would love to vacation here again. And we would recommend the house to any family or friend gathering.

We had four generations under one roof and it was everything we could have asked for. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Perfect place for all.

This house is beyond amazing! It had everything our family members could wish for. Our group of 14 ranged in age from 14 to 80. We loved the backyard pool and the beach, which was very close and convenient. The elevator was a plus for our older members. We hope to return!

The house was absolutely beautiful. I celebrated my birthday here with my family and let me tell you something, the photos did this house no justice. You won't be disappointed. It has everything you could possibly need to make this choice your dream home away from home. Both clean and neat. Extremely big with a pool, comfortable beds, stocked with starter necessities and even cooking essentials. It had multiple balconys, two living room areas and an elevator. This has been the best vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Marissa was super. She was communicative. She had the pool up and running for us and even let us check in early and check out late. Thanks Marissa for your amazing hospitality. I would most certainly recommend this house. Its a 10/10
