Deja mucho que desear

Reglamento riguroso que nadie cumplía, los vecinos siempre tuvieron fiestas que impedían poder dormir, al reportarlo el anfitrión solo dijo ''Ese cuarto se vacía hoy'', posteriormente llegaron otros huéspedes igual de ruidosos. La regadera no servia, había goteras, camas muy duras, cero utensilios de limpieza, toallas insuficientes

Place sucks bad customer service. View is only thing good about the place.

The view was awesome

I didn’t like the staff they were rude. They woke me up at 7:00am with loud hammering and loud housekeepers gossiping. I slipped and fell coming out of jacuzzi. Tile floor when wet very slippery and no bathroom must go down 4 flight of stairs to ur room. Beds were so hard. Would not go back even if the paid me.

The location is great and the staff was professional and friendly. Rooms were clean.

Biggest down fall is there are no elevators on premises! Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was a pain hauling ice chest and so on. The floors are super slippery which caused me to fall! Beds are really hard and not comfortable.

Not what I was expecting...

The apartments seem pretty new, have nice furniture and are in good condition. Staff at the reception were always very nice and helpful.

Where to start? - My husband got bitten by bed bugs. We travel a lot and we've stayed in many places and this has never happened before. Unfortunately, we only noticed after leaving the property so the issue was not raised with H. - They advertised the room as having double beds, but it's not the case. It has one double bed but you can take another bed from underneath that bed. It's OK for kids but not comfortable for adults. To be fair with the hotel, the photos of the room do show that but we did not notice before arrival. - The pool on the common area is not taken care of. There's no place where to seat/rest. - The Jacuzzis offered by this H, on the terrace, were cold and seemed broken. - Towels provided were dirty and torned. - The location makes you think it's on the beach or close to it, it is, however there's no strand and only rocks. You have to walk through another hotel to get to a decent beach. The property has the potential to be a good accommodation if they address the issues mentioned above.

Good location on protected territory. Disinfection for room. Place for parking

Was very loud at evening. We could not sleep. Because of party under windows. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are cold in winter. Towels were with hairs. And didn’t smell nice.

No Hot water, bedrooms real small with full size beds, bathroom also real small, no water pressure, no TV channels or cable, only real old movies, dirt bedrooms sheets, no sea view from the condominium, no beach, I can't recommend it

Nice Condo

The location and the roof top facilities. The free parking garage and the staff was very accommodating and great. Also liked the fact that it was in a gated community.

The bathroom was to small and did not even have a troilite paper holder, no were to put your tooth brush nor soap. The bed was very hard and the first two nights was very nice and quite, but Saturday night was very noisy. There were a couple of families that came in at 2 a.m. with loud music blasting from their car and then they continue to party in there rooms, which were above my room. The pool area does not have any pool furniture. The walls are very thin, but beside that the staff and condo was very nice.

Best vacation ever

If you are looking for a family driven atmosphere, this is the place for you. The staff is extremely helpful, providing activities, dining, and shopping suggestions. They went out of their way to book my family and me three hour swimming, eating, and sight seeing boat trip. They also arranged for kayaks and wave runners to be delivered of shore of the property. The condominiums are clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Each bedroom accommodates four individuals, perfect for grandma and cousins having their own rooms, and there’s the sofa bed in the living room, as well. The air conditioned condominiums come with amazing views, wifi, tv, fully functioning kitchen, including dishes, pots, and pans, and plenty of storage space. The pool is about a three minute walk from the property (which is great if there’s an existing party, you won’t hear the noice). On the roof of the properties you’ll find more amazing views, two jacuzzis, two kitchens, grills, tables, and plenty of chairs.

The property is located at a driving distance from any convenience store or supermarket, so dads, be prepared to make daily morning drives for supplies, groceries, and other amenities. Access to the ocean for a quick swim will involve the use of heavy duty sandals, due to the rocky and moss covered ground.
