This home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests and offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with flat screen TVs in each bedroom including a 65' flat screen TV in the living room. Minutes to High Point University, HP Furniture Market, High Point Country Club and the new Rockers Baseball Stadium.

About Our Home:
- 4 beds and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom downstairs offers a queen bed with ensuite full bath with shower and 2 large closets. Upstairs you will find another master bedroom with a king size bed and dedicated work desk and chair. Additionally, a third bedroom with a queen bed and fourth bedroom with 2 double beds are located upstairs along with a shared full bath. All rooms offer comfortable memory foam mattresses, Roku smart TVs, and ceiling fans.
-Downstairs offers an updated kitchen, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basic tools for cooking. We offer a single-serve Keurig, coffee pods, French Press, kettle and tea. Large dining area located just outside the kitchen with seating for 6 - great for family gatherings and dinners. Extra chairs and small table can be found in the closet downstairs to suite more guests.
-Spacious living area with a decorative fireplace and Smart TV. You will have the ability to login to your personal streaming accounts as well. Hardwood floors throughout and wonderful back patio with swing chair.
- Laundry room on the first floor next to the kitchen. Fully equipped with washer, dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron.

The house was clean and well kept. Easy to access with plenty of parking.

The home and neighborhood are pretty. The street is quiet and there are plenty of trees, which i like. The house is located around many stores and places to eat. Walmart and Food lion are less than 3 miles away. Krispy Kreme and Starbucks are up the street. I was pleasantly surprised because the house is on such a quiet street. I attended a convention at Lawrence Joel Coliseum, which is 30 mins away. For me, that wasnt too bad because it's mostly highway driving.
The house: beautiful, clean, stocked, and spacious. When we walked in, everyone was impressed. Even the children were impressed. All of the bedrooms have tvs and they are all nice sizes. The problem is the 🐜 s. First floor has an ant problem. The master bedroom had 🐜 🐜 crawling on the walls and in the bthrm sinks, and a few on the bed. There were spider webs in the corner of the ceiling where a lot of them were caught. The 2nd day, the spider had its meal. The ants caught in the webs were gone. But we saw a few 🐜 🐜 on the kitchen table. I dont believe it was because of cleanliness. Like I said, the house is clean. There are a lot of trees in the area and it rained hard that whole weekend. By the 3rd day there were no ants on the table and few in the room.
Management: did not respond to my complaints about the ants. Did not contact me about getting inside the house on the first day ( I didnt read the previous "key" email correctly). I did receive ONE response about the wifi. I would rent again though.

We had a party of 7 staying for our son's December graduation from HPU. This house worked perfectly for our family, and the location was perfect. Very close to campus, but in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been beautifully renovated with nicely appointed bedrooms and baths and new appliances. We could have used more seating in the main living area, but we would definitely stay here again!

Spent Labor Day weekend and had a blast. House is conveniently located to main street and campus (about a 2minute drive). Very clean and plenty of space and amenities. Would recommend to anyone for market or an HPU event.
Host was very accommodating and communicates well.

The home is in a great location and worked great for 6 guys to enjoy NCAA games in Greensboro, to watch games in the home, and to sit back and relax and catch up.
Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a place in the area.

A co-worker and I booked for 4 nights and had a great time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Big beautiful yard and places to sit and enjoy the sunshine after a long day of work. The neighborhood was extremely nice, safe and quiet. Publix and restaurants a very quick drive.
The house does back up to a major roadway and it is possible to hear cars. That doesn’t bother me at all but my co-worker was concerned. Turns out, it didnt bother him at all, either.

This home is beautifully renovated, clean, organized, thoughtfully stocked and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here while we were visiting for our daughters graduation. The space and the home was perfect. It was a total of eight of us, but could have comfortably slept a few more. Quiet neighborhood, great location and great place overall. We will definitely consider staying here again instead of a hotel.

Great stay!
The owner, Juliet, was a pleasure to work with. She is an excellent communicator and very responsive. The property is clean and the floor plan is wonderful. We were attending a graduation at HPU with family ranging in ages from 89-14 and it could not have been better. There were 6 of us and it was just right for us-enough room at the kitchen table and couch for 6. Rooms were good sizes and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated. I suggested they also add a toaster to amenities but otherwise, could not have asked for better. You'd be lucky to stay here.

Close to HPU
We brought some of our parents for a long weekend to visit our son at HPU. The house was a great home base for the weekend. It was just minutes from campus, spacious enough to accommodate a small gathering, yet with enough private areas to keep us from feeling on top of each other.
The house was very clean and updated. Everything needed was provided and then some. The bottles of water in the fridge and snacks on the counter made us feel welcome and assured us that we chose the right place to stay.
We'll definitely look here first the next time we visit HPU with friends or family.

Quick trip to HPU
We couldn't have been happier staying at the home on Sunset. The house was absolutely adorable and well-maintained, but it also boasts a great location; not too far from the school and near all the fun food places. Bonus, the beds were so comfortable! 100% would rent again.

Perfect Location for last minute stay
I needed to book Juliet's home last minute and she was very accommodating. Her whole was clean, kitchen organized so you knew exactly where everything was/goes, all the rooms had TVs and the location was 10 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be - from family, Wal-Mart and places to eat!

Excellent Stay
We spent the Christmas holiday on property. It was clean, well organized, and had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids. It’s in a great location, central or close to anything you might need while in High Point. We’ve stayed in a few rental properties before and this was one of my favorites so far!

We stayed here while visiting family in High Point. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We walked to some Breweries and it was close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time staying together as we moved an elderly relative into a new place. The home was super comfortable, and is impressive with thoughtful details (come on, cookies?)!

Perfect Accommodations
We absolutely enjoyed our time! The owners were the most welcoming hosts and have done a great job creating a comfortable rental. We were here for a 3-day weekend for a mini-family gathering and left with happy hearts. The place was spotless, beds comfortable, and the location was easily accessible. We even decided to visit Kersey Valley for an escape room adventure. Thank you for helping us create many wonderful memories.
