“ Un antiguo hotel con alma joven”

Excelente lugar, obvio algunas limitaciones de infraestructura por ser una construcción de primeras épocas de la hotelería cartagenera. Calor humano y si te gustan los relatos al mejor estilo Caribe por favor habla con Don Wilfrido, uno de los veteranos conductores, creo que Garcia Márquez tomo lecciones con el.

Nada que lo descalifique para ser escogido.

Kamer met zeezicht is OK

De kamers met zicht op zee zijn zeer ruim. 2 badkamers, zeer ruim bed, mooi zicht op zonsondergang. Enkele gratis bedjes op het strand. In het midden van Bocagrande. Volop eettentjes in de nabijheid

Openingstijden zwembad onjuist, gaat pas 09:00u open. Zicht naar westen, zuiden en oosten beroerd. Staat van onderhoud vraagt om aandacht. Je ziet dat hang en sluitwerk minder word.

Mala calidad y mal servicio

El desayuno es lo único bueno.

La calidad, el estado de las habitaciones y el servicio del personal no corresponden para nada a lo esperado de un hotel 5 estrellas. La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba sucia y había una pequeña inundación debido a un problema con el aire acondicionado. Todas las habitaciones tienen un olor a humedad difícilmente tolerable. Las toallas huelen a sucio. La vista es espantosa ya que da en frente de una construcción abandonada. Las duchas están mal diseñadas, lo cual hace que el agua se salga e inunde todo el baño. Cuando quisimos irnos del hotel un día antes debido a la deplorable calidad del servicio en general nos dijeron que no era posible y que nos iban a cobrar toda la tarifa igual. La gerente propuso un cambio de habitación que nunca se realizó ya que nunca nos contactó de nuevo. Personal poco amigable, sobre todo los que manejan la recepción.

Für einen 12tägigen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel OK, aber länger muss nicht sein.

Guter Zimmerservice, es wurde sehr gut gereinigt. Die Lage war an einer Hauptstraße, das wusste man aber vorher. Der Straßenlärm wurde gut abgeschirmt. Das Zimmer war großzügig. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und landestypisch. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Der hoteleigene Pool auf dem Dach war spitze. Die im hoteleigenen Restaurant verzehrten Speisen waren gut und reichhaltig.

Wir hatten zweimal mit einer verstopften Toilette zu tun, was stets umgehend behoben worden ist. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer wurde ebenfalls angeboten. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Farbe, die im Bad von der Wand abblätterte sowie zerschlissene Vorhänge zeugen davon, ebenso wie lose Handtuchhalter oder der Fön, der sich beinahe von der Wand gelöst hatte. Das Frühstück, obwohl ausreichend, hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Immerhin rühmt sich das Hotel mit 5 (Landes-) Sternen, die auf internationaler Ebene nicht vergeben worden wären.

Excelente para correr la Media Maratón de Cartagena

El cambio de habitación a una de mejor confort sin costo adicional. Y me dieron Late Check-Out hasta las 2pm para entregar la habitación, lo que me permitió salir sin afanes y almorzar tranquilamente.

Tenían servicio de transporte de aeropuerto, y no vi tal información para tomarlo con el hotel.

Nice people, nice room, good rooftop pool

The suite was nice and comfi. The staff was nice especially the concierges were very helpful and kind.

MAL SERVICIO , MALA HIGIENE

La atención fataaaal , la comida muy deficiente relación precio , las instalaciones viejas , sucias les falta mantenimiento , NOS SALIMOS 2 NOCHES ANTES YA QUE ERQ UN ASCO., ENTRAMOS EN ATAQUES DE ALERGIA ya que el polvo no nos dejaba dormir, y olía muy a lugares encerrados , perdimos 2 noches de hotel y aun asi decidimos salirnos

Nice hotel in Cartagena

Nice Hotel in Bocagrande. Good breakfast. Clean and nice rooms.

Breakfast room very busy. I was there few years ago and the breakfast was in nice open aerea in the restaurant San Martin. Now it is in a room at the second floor. Coffee machine in the room but you have to pay for the coffee! No self service for the breakfast for hot food. Lines to be served. Self service should be restored.

Mantenimiento ventaneros habitación entraba ruido de la calle piso 16 mantenimiento reviso pero no dio solución hay que invertir en el mantenimiento

Las cama muy cómoda. Ducha con mucha potencia El restaurante muy bueno…mejor que casi cualquiera de precios muchos más caros y famosos en Cartagena. La hab con vista a la playa (aunque en obras) Personal amable

Había una gotera en el pasillo. Las ventanas no aíslan lo suficiente ni del ruido ni la humedad. Tenía una puerta que comunicaba con otra habitación que tampoco estaba muy aislada, así que se oía el ruido y voces de los vecinos. Un día salimos a las 6:30am del hotel y al volver a las 5pm no habían limpiado ni cambiado las toallas (que no se secan por la humedad) El desayuno muy normalito para el precio que cuesta la noche. La playa justo enfrente al hotel está en obras

We had an apartment style room (2 bedrooms with a living room), which was great for a family.

Staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The amenities were great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the balcony in our oceanview room. The breakfast buffet has different options. Overall great stay.

I liked beds and the staff are wonderful.

The wifi is terrible and the construction makes the beachfront too crowded. It’s not mentioned in the booking, of course. The gym is extremely limited.

Location was great! Balcony with an ocean view was great! Breakfast was pretty good too.

The location was nice. The hotel offered covid tests in your room. Breakfast was nice; omelette station, fresh fruit and juice. You are right off of the beach in the middle of the tourist area.

The gym was small and there were weights missing.
