We rented Brian’s house for a friends trip and it did not disappoint! The kids had a blast in the pool and on the swing set. The adults took to the lower level to enjoy the pool table and hot tub once the littles went to bed. It was the perfect set up for us and we hope to return soon! Thank you again Brian

Brian was so accommodating and helpful! You can tell that he has put his heart and soul into this house; not one detail was overlooked. We had one rainy day and there was plenty to do! In the end, the kids were exhausted and many memories were made: all the makings of a great vacation spot.

If you are considering this house don’t hesitate - book it! Brian was so friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The house was absolutely spotless and the design and views were amazing! Also, it was so well stocked with everything we needed. We had so much fun hanging out on the river tubing and fishing and it was fun watching the train go by! Our group is already planning when we can go back!

This house and the land are beautiful. Brian is a great host he showed us how everything worked and came to clean the pool everyday. He was available if and when we needed him. The house is huge and beautiful has everything we needed for 15 of us. The kids loved the pool and it was very easy to keep an eye on them without having to be with them. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Even the train wasn’t bothersome. We would definitely book this property again. It was not disappointing in any way.

This was an every two year getaway for our family- parents, 4 adult kids, 3 SOs and 5 grandchildren ranging from 3-12. This house was perfect- so much space inside and out. There was always someplace to go if someone needed quiet time. The house was well equipped so it was easy to prepare meals (2 ovens, 6 burners, commercial refrigerator, separate large freezer, table for 16, 2 dishwashers). There was also a separate kitchen downstairs. Brian, the host, was the best ever- he came over when he saw we had arrived (he lives next door) to explain how everything worked which was really helpful. He also came every morning between 7 and 8 to clean the pool. He checked on us when a freak wind and rain storm came through and knocked down trees and branches and he cleaned up the fallen debris very quickly. My oldest daughter said to make sure to mention he was the most attentive host ever. We very much enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the pool table and we bought an inflatable kayak to use on the river/lake. It is a little difficult to swim in the lake from the shore as you have to be very careful of rocks and debris in the water. Only thing I thought would be nice that we didn't have would be a couple of kayaks at the house so we didn't have to bring it. It also would be nice to have a listing of attractions within an hour of the property. The train tracks are right behind the house and some were loud-mostly on the weekend. Overall, not terrible. We highly recommend this house!

From booking to check out this property and it’s owner lived up to all of our expectations. We had a great week visiting Pequea and many surrounding towns - we picked up local produce every day and shopped small businesses frequently. If a bigger grocery was needed, it wasn’t a long drive and the scenery along the way made up for the time in the car!! The property itself was beautiful and very spacious. We had 6 adults and 6 kids under 8. We fit with ease and Brian, the property owner, was very gracious and accommodating to our every need (wasn’t much needed as the house was well stocked and clean). The walk thru with Brian upon arrival was very helpful!! The train was one thing our crew was most curious about and honestly was something we all looked forward to seeing each day. It was fascinating. One night there were hundreds of tractors on board - it was unreal!! The fridge space, separate freezer, ice machine and commercial stove/oven/griddle were clutch - great for a big crew! We never needed take out or to go out for dinner - we shared many a meals around the HUGE dining room table where we talked about day - it was amazing! Waters Edge has a lot of offer and we throughly enjoyed making memories.

Our family, coming from four different states, had a wonderful time connecting in the great Water's Edge home. Brian was super helpful. The house and all its amenities were amazing. We will be back next summer!

The perfect setting and accommodations for our group of 11! Kayaking, fishing, pool, hot tub and all the extras you could need! We enjoyed the trains too!

My extended family and I came from 2 different states to reunite and make some memories. We were able to do just that. This home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is HUGE and being able to all sit together to eat was a big plus. There’s so much to do that you would have an amazing vacation even without going anywhere. However, it is in a great location and isn’t too far from Hershey or Lancaster. The owner, Brian, was very helpful before and during our trip! You couldn’t ask for anyone nicer or more helpful. I was concerned about the train, but it wasn’t loud or shaky at all. We actually started looking forward to seeing it every night. If we’re ever in need of going back to PA, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The house fit our needs perfectly! We had so much space to spend time together. We loved sitting at one large table for meals. You could drive to lots of attractions within 30 minutes or there was plenty to do at the house itself. We’ll be back again next year!

This was a great place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Generous amount of paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Volleyball net and swing set was appreciated. Quite spacious for the 14 of us. Pictures online do not show how fabulous this place is. Overall, very enjoyable.

The owner greeted us and showed us around the property. Explained how everything worked. He was pleasant and helpful. The house was even better than expected. Would definitely recommend this place and stat there again when we visit the area again.

Brian’s property is an amazing stay and we couldn’t recommend it enough. We had a group of 13 and we were all extremely comfortable. The house has everything you’d need and Brian was super helpful and very responsive, and even dropped a bottle of champagne the day after our wedding - such a great experience!

This house is full of all sorts of amenities that really set it apart. The industrial fridge, grill, and massive table make it a breeze to cook for large groups and eat as a family. Brian was also very helpful and friendly, and let us know of a nearby kayak rental company so we could enjoy the nice weather by paddling out on the river.

This was our second weekend staying at Waters Edge for an adult cousins weekend. We thoroughly enjoy this property, the view, and how open the house is and feels. The owner is quick to answer messages and is very accommodating to requests. We cannot wait for next year!

The house was beautifully done and stocked with everything our large group needed. The views of the river were amazing, and all of the amenities were so fun! Even in the winter there was plenty to do! Brian was super accommodating and helpful with giving us a rundown of the property and how to use the commercial appliances.

Beautifully appointed house with the attention to detail to make it feel luxurious. Held our family gathering comfortably. Clearly some folks have abused the owner because his policies can come across rough to non abusive types. But he's very kind and thoughtful in person.

Great place , The pictures don’t do the place justice. Very open with everything you should need. The view is great and the kids loved seeing the trains go by. The large dinner table gave us the ability to eat as a group and the downstairs pool table and hot tub were good fun for the adults. The appliances are super heavy duty and may take some learning for some but not necessarily a negative. I would highly recommend a stay here especially for larger family get togethers.

My family spent our Thanksgiving Holiday at Water's Edge. We had family members from 2 months to 86. The house was set up so well it accommodated all of our age ranges. We did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and thought out. We were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner with no problems. The main level open floor plan made it a great space to be together and still have space for different activities. Out entire family was able to eat at the table for the first ever. The table was great for doing puzzles and games. The outside spaces were great. Loved the decks with wonderful water views. The lake changed all day and never looked the same. The backyard was a great place for kids to run around. We loved making a fire in the firepit. It was a wonderful place to spend time together as a family.

The house is simply gorgeous. We loved our stay. The house is fully equipped and I do mean fully. I’m looking forward to going back again. I have a son who’s in a wheelchair and Brian did his best to accommodate my son. He even rearranged one of the bedrooms to accommodate the hospital bed needed for my son. This speaks of the kind of person Brian is. Thank you Brian.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! Some points that we really like: -House is Beautiful, clean, and high quality items. -Spacious -Kitchen is amazing -Views are beautiful -Host is friendly and responsive. He is very reasonable. -"Rules" to follow are very reasonable. -The ice maker is amazing, the complimentary wine is so thoughtful. -The towels, bedding, and amenities to use are high quality and plentiful -The design of the house is just stunning! A few items keeping this house from perfection (although it is pretty darn close!) -We went w/ a large group of friends. We would have appreciated more bathrooms. The layout only allows for three community bathrooms. -The items are very high tech....almost too much for us. We would have appreciated written instructions on using items such as the washer. -The outside pictures are a bit misleading. The railroad track is VERY close to the house. (I feel bad for this because it is not the host's fault) Surprisingly, although trains came through a few times a day, it was not very loud. -The house is far from attractions and grocery stores. The roads to Lancaster and the Amish community are curvy. (This is just something to consider when planning your trip) -We could not find bathmats. Overall, great trip, and we look forward to coming back again!

Brian has created a fantastic property and really cares about his guests. He was more than accommodating to our needs and checked in with us daily when he came over each morning to take care of the pool. He moved the location of the firepit while we were there, giving us a fabulous view of the river in a more private setting. The hot tub, kitchen, rooms, and outdoor bar were all top notch. We truly enjoyed Brian's hospitality and would recommend this location!

We had an amazing week staying at this property everything was better than described in the ad the location and view on the lake is amazing. the service and promptness of the owner was second to none. the amenities in the house are far above average anything needed for the house would be discreetly left on the deck in the early morning while the owner was there to clean the pool before anybody woke up. With a simple text informing us that it was there for example the can opener in the kitchen broke the first day. A simple text to the owner and one appeared on the deck on the table for us to use for the next meal prep during our stay there was in unexpected and unprecedented torrential downpour of rain in excess of 4 inches in an hour which cause flooding on the roads and damage to the surrounding community we experienced a power outage of no more than two seconds and had a small amount of water appear in the lower level of the house when I contacted the owner he was on site within minutes had the entire situation cleaned up honestly without out any inconvenience to us at all. the owner was extremely apologetic about the issue which he had no control over as it was an act of God and the remorse we felt from him was outstanding and really shows how much care he takes in this property. We will definitely be back to stay at this property I can’t wait to see all the new features the owner adds as he is continuing to improve the property at all times. I would also like to point out some of our favorite features of the house were the commercial stove with flat top cook area. the enormous double refrigerator which was perfect for large groups. and as some may look is it as odd the train tracks running through the property get several trains in the late evening and early morning which we found interesting to watch and felt they did not disturb us in anyway shape or form but only added to the experiance.

We had a great time . I extended our vacation to friends to enjoy and even though we had a few issues me and Brian were able to deal with "my guests" and I was able to make things right ..The owners are more than reasonable!

We were a family of 6 adults & 2 children under 3. We had a fantastic time at Brian’s Property. The house was stunning with everything you could possibly need in a house & than some. We brought our Pontoon boat & JetSkis. There is a dock for your use and right down the. Lock the boat launch ramp with easy access. We went fishing but not a bite was to be had. We spent most time in the heated pool & on the outside decks. The campfires at night were incredible & everyone looked forward to the train coming through nightly during the campfires. I never heard them during the night but a few of the others did. There is commercial fridge , stove & ice maker in the kitchen and laundry area that was just Amazing. Brian is a fantastic host & we will be back next year

My family and I have rented house all throughout NY, NJ, PA and MA. This was by far the best house we rented. Brian had thought of every amenity to make the stay as accommodating as possible. My favorite was the kitchen. Cannot beat the commercial fridge and stove. It was just a beautiful place over all with so much space for all (10) of us. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us!!!!!
