Batty Hole Farm is a wonderful cottage resting in Briercliffe near Burnley, Lancashire. There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping six guests, made up of a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and two twins, served by a cloakroom and a shower room. The property also boasts an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a private courtyard with furniture, lawned area and a pond. Batty Hole Farm is a wonderful choice for a family escape to Lancashire.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Courtyard with lawned area, enclosed pond and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. Please note: bookings should be a minimum of 3 nights. No stag or hen parties or similar.
