If you want a luxury hotel stay, The Crockford is where to stay. It was amazing.

Comfortable, clean, great staff.

Quiet, clean, boutique feel which is a rarity for a hotel on the strip.

At the end of the strip so had to do a little more walking.

Amazing, incredible stay we will definitely be back for another visit.

Everything was super clean, the staff was accommodating and very kind and welcoming.

I found absolutely no problems with the property. It’s perfectly executed, and we were able to move out with ease.

War ok, nur schade, dass man in so einem Hotel wie eine Nummer behandelt wird.

Wir hatten das kingsize bedroom - Stripview. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind ultra bequem und die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Das Badezimmer auch super ausgestattet, ausreichend Handtücher, Rasierer, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Lotion, conditioner, das übliche .. Der Föhn hat eine super Leistung 👍🏽

Allerdings haben wir auch einige Dinge die wir beanstanden müssen bei dem Hotelpreis. Angekommen im Hotel - Check in - haben dann die Zimmerkarte erhalten und sind mit dem Fahrstuhl in den 62 Stock nach oben gefahren. Leider haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches ich gebucht hatte. Also wieder nach unten, samt Gepäck gefahren, neue Zimmerkarten erhalten wieder nach oben gefahren allerdings einen Stock niedriger. Nun gingen die Karten nicht an der Zimmertür, also wieder nach unten, neue Karten erhalten und wieder nach oben. Auch diese Karten haben nicht funktioniert. Also, ja, wieder nach unten wieder neue Karten für das gleiche Zimmer erhalten und wieder nach oben gefahren und natürlichen gingen diese Karten auch nicht. Dann wurde ich richtig sauer und wütend weil ich ständig mit diesem Fahrstuhl rauf und wieder runter fuhr 60 Stockwerke. Nun wollte die Mitarbeiterin mir wieder andere Karten geben da habe ich sie gebeten mit hochzukommen und natürlich gingen diese Karten wieder nicht. Also wieder nach unten anderes Zimmer auf einem anderen Stockwerk erhalten, samt den Koffern wieder hoch und nun ja diese Zimmerkarten funktionierten. Nun war es so, dass auf dem Zimmer das wlan leider nicht ging, die Wireless charging Station für das Handy war auch defekt, die Bluetooth Funktion im Badezimmer Mirror war auch kaputt und die Minibar hat sich nicht öffnen lassen. Als ich die Mitarbeiterin beim auschecken drauf aufmerksam gemacht habe welche Sachen nicht gingen meinte sie nur, sie fragt ihren Manager was man machen kann. Ich bin gespannt, ob überhaupt etwas kommt.

Alles war wunderbar.

Luxeriöse komfortable großzügige Zimmer. Lage Strip fussläufig erreichbar. Alles sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Mein Mann und ich hatten eine Suite, welche riesig war mit Blick aus dem 64. Stockwerk über die Stadt. Atemberaubend. Die Großeltern waren mit unserer Tochter im Superiorzimmer im 59. Stock. Ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Großes Bad. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Hatten aufgrund von Reiseguthaben bei booking und Anreise an einem Wochentag auch ein akzeptables Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hôtel natürlich mit shoppingmall, Casino, Pool ( dazu kann ich nichts sagen, weil nicht benutzt). So stellt man sich einen Aufenthalt in Las Vegas vor.

Es könnte gern auch ein wirkliches Frühstück angeboten werden. Die kleinen Snacks und der Kaffee waren aber sehr lecker.

wouldn't do it again, for the price we could've stayed at Venetian

1. view of the room to the city and mountains 2. If you are going with Family, is a good Hotel, very quiet and calm 3. Not noisy at all anywhere in the hotel

1. only 1 elevator out of 4 was working, 2 were broken and 1 was reserved for special events. 2. I was charged 300 approx. extra for the room in one night 3. The difference between the total of the bill and what i was charged was 200 approx., so in total I paid 500 approx. usd more than what I booked. 4. I asked one day to have more towels, they only left towels for 3 and we were 4. Only provided one day extra towels

For visits to the convention centre there is no better option .its ideal

My room was amazing. Hotel location could not be better as I used the Vegas loop to get to the convention centre. Check in and check out was fast and staff quite helpful and pleasant

Most food options closed most of the time . The famous food / street food section dont accept cash payments. Food quality generally dismal .wallys pizza was awful and zouk-fuhu was even worse (the Chinese duck is just super oily and tasteless) and apart from that all food and drink options at extortionate prices.

I'll definitely be staying there again. I love the rooms.

Not good as they don't have upscale breakfast options. I had to go to the Wynn for breakfast. They do have a casual dining place, but not upscale as you would expect.

As mentioned, the breakfast could have been better. Also calling rideshare is weird as they don't list that property on Uber so one must tell the driver to redirect to your location.

Loved the hotel and staff but food and mini bar service needs lots of review and rethinking

Not good. Choice was limited and not available when it should have been

The mini bar prices are insane take it out of the room as if you make the mistake to look at an item for more than 30 seconds you get charged insane prices Water should be sold at reasonable prices not $ 12 a bottle

Crockfords not impressed at all!

Was not impressed with the rooms at all. No bathtub. You had to pay extra for good wifi. This was supposed to be the Luxury side of the hotel. We should have stayed at the Wynn.
