Busy area doing the day, very quite at night

The rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. The shower was very good too. Staff is nice and the breakfast buffet was generous and good. There is a working space at the lobby and you can buy water, soft drinks and beer as well as 2 minute noodles at the reception. It is a buzzing area during the day.

Although the location is very convenient to the peer, only 7 minutes walking, the hotel is at the edge of the old town which is absolutely deserted from 7pm onwards and makes you a bit uncomfortable walking back from the main square where all the restaurants are. We took an Uber back as it was recommended to us as we didn't want to risk anything.

Espera uma acomodação mais confortável.

O hotel fica bem localizado para que está a pé. É bastante silencioso e os funcionários são gentis.

Os quartos precisam de manutenção, pois as paredes estão sujas e os móveis são velhos. O colchão não tem boa qualidade e o travesseiro é horrível. O café da manhã é muito caro pelo que oferece.

Ruído no quarto por conta das unidades externas dos Splits dos quartos que fica no poço junto a janela.

Très sympa, calme et proche du centre.

Mani le gérant est très gentil, le tarif peut sembler cher pour un hostel mais Cabo est devenu très cher donc rien d’anormal. La localisation loin du bruit assourdissant du centre de Cabo tout en étant proche à pied. Le rooftop sobre mais agréable et l’appartement tout à fait convenable.

estadia no centro de Manaus

além do secador de cabelos que era o melhor de todos os hotéis que fiquei, os quartos são amplos, limpos, com toalhas novas e localização central. a localização é em uma rua deserta à noite e hiper movimentada de dia, mas andei só e não tive problemas. não é para todo tipo de turista.os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Tem tapioca e café servido na rua , bem cedo, por umas meninas gentis e vale a pena para quem quer economizar.

It won't disappoint, but unfortunately it won't excite.

Decent price, corresponding to the level and large room with a window, both are not always the custom in these parts. Efficient air conditioning, strategic location of the hotel and a friendly staff. The location guarantees a short distance where I need to walk or might be interested in this city. The night streets of Manaus are not a romantic walk anywhere, and the center is no exception. An ATM accepting international cards is a few meters away.

Unbearably smelly water in shower is a serious problem. Impersonally furnished rooms that feel like forced isolation in a psychiatric clinic. A hard mattress confirms this feeling. It's a shame, the hotel would have a decent potential if an architect took charge of the decoration.

Bem central

Gostei que o ar condicionado não desliga quando vc sai do quarto. Estava um calor infernal e quando vc chegava no quarto estava bem fresco. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Vale pelo custo benefício

Não gostei do colchão, era de molas e estas pareciam estar cansadas, conforme deitava elas se deslocavam. Os produtos de higiene, shampoo e sabonete também não eram dos melhores, achei pequenos.

Nice hotel in a slightly sketchy area

Nice breakfast and good rooms. it’s easy to walk to a lot of restaurants and museums etc

The WiFi wasn’t great - it was constantly making me sign in again and often didn’t work. the location was a little sketchy at night (I probably wouldn’t stay here alone as a woman)

É um bom custo benefício

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, tanto da recepção quanto do café da manhã. O café da manhã é bem servido e variado, com diversos sucos, fazem lanche quente, tem bolos, tortas, tudo o que você pensar. Os quartos são amplos, os murais são lindos. O hotel fica num lugar não muito aprazível, mas de fácil locomoção, para ir ao Mercado ou ao porto a pé.

Ficamos duas vezes no hotel, pois entre os dois fizemos uma viagem no Iberostar. Nos dois quartos que ficamos, o box do banheiro não era tão bem limpo e a água do chuveiro retornava pelo ralo próximo ao vaso sanitário. Como isso ocorreu nos dois quartos, deve ser um problema geral. No segundo quarto o colchão já está na hora de trocar.

Atendeu as nossas necessidades.

O café da manhã é completo e bem servido. As comodidades do quarto atenderem bem as nossas necessidades. Durante a estadia, os atendentes nos ajudaram e foram solícitos.

Apesar da localização ser de fácil acesso por estar no centro, não me senti muito segura com a localidade.

Muito bom hotel! Tudo muito limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos na régua manauara, ar ligado antes da nossa entrada no quarto! Foi bala!

A noite é uma região deserta e perigosa por se localizar no centro histórico de Manaus.

Simple stuff should be simpler.

Center of city, east to access

Took 1+ hour to check in 3 rooms, where we had to just stand near the counter - so SLOW on the computer One room had cockroaches come out of the AC - disgusting One room was to be a 2 single bed room; they wrongly assigned rooms thrice and we had to basically walk up to the managers room to escalate and resolve

Large rooms and a powerful shower

Having spent two nights in Manuas, one before going to the jungle and one after, I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the ibis budget the other night which was much better for the same price. The location is poor, there are little food options nearby, it is sketchy part of town after dark. The room itself had a poor working aircon, a bed and pillows that felt like a blown up mattress. The bathroom had mould all over it including on the shower and the shower blocks after two minutes in it. I would not recommend staying here as you can get better for the same price elsewhere. Do not let the pictures deceive you.

Very spacious room and shower. 24-hour desk. Good breakfast spread. Air-conditioning. Perfect for a brief stop-over in the city (but probably not for any longer).

Little natural light in the room, and no view from the window. Plastic pillows. The location is a little far from restaurants etc and it doesn't feel very safe to walk around at night.

One very grumpy staff member I think because we didn't use in-house breakfast or hotel-associated tour operator - most unpleasant. Initially only allowed WiFi for 3 people in our 2-room booking.

Conveniently located but aging hotel will get the job done.

We loved being close to the harbour and markets

Generally it is pretty run-down. While some staff are friendly and helpful, others are pretty grumpy. A/C is aging and can barely keep up with the heat of Manaus.

Passable

Staff was very helpful. They kept safely some luggages during our Amazon tour. We only needed rooms for a couple of hours sleep before leaving to the Amazon which makes the value for money OK.

Location is rather center downtown were everything is closed after 20h. The cleanness and confort were acceptable.
