Not staying here again

Location was okay, apartment is compact and modern

In order to enter the apartment, you need to get the app and follow the instructions to get in. More complicated than many others but manageable. During our second day automatic lock battery died and we had to wait for more than an hour at the steps for someone to get in and open a door for us. I was there with my wife and three kids! Had to pay several international phone calls to get them informed what happened, no one apologized, The girl in call center was not polite at all.

Good location, close to the metro station, on a quiet street, the apartment looked new, beautiful, clean and well equipped.

The apartment is a bit small and for 6 people it can get a little crowded, however it should be perfect for 4 people. The extensible sofa in the living room is not very comfortable for sleeping.

- Las exigencias de la reserva. Demasiado impersonal. - La fianza estaba depositada desde 3 días antes de nuestra llegada y nos dejaron el la calle aludiendo que mo estaba. Nos bloquearon la puerta. - El sofá cama es una venganza. Es imposible que ahí duerman un adulto

Buen lugar para llegar en familia

no habia desayuno, ubicacion 10/10 con un nino estar cerca de parques es super importante y hay un mercadona muy cerca tambien.

se dano 2 veces el calefon del agua, que tambien significa que no habia la calefaccion de los radiadores. Fueron 2 noches que no tuvimos agua caliente para banarnos o posibilidad de prender los radiadores. Lo vinieron a arreglar al dia siguiente pero en la misma semana se volvio a danar.

il forno a microonde doveva anche funzionare come forno normale ma mi é stato impossibile capire come farlo, non ho trovato le istruzioni nella app, perció non ho mai usato il forno per non disturbare.

El departamento estuvo bien equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía acogedora (lavadora, tostadora, lavavajilla, plancha). El departamento tiene una terraza grande con buena iluminación del sol, perfecta para verano. Como mi estadía fue en invierno, solo puedo calificar positvamente el sistema de calefacción, el cual funcionó perfectamente. El aseo al recibir el departamento fue insuperable, todo bien limpio y ordenado.

El baño no estaba al 100 %. El sistema de extracción no funcionaba, lo que hacía que la humedad y los olores quedaran dentro del departamento. Las amenidades no fueron suficientes considerando el número de días que estuve ahí (10 días de estancia: solo ofrecieron 2 champú y jabón y 2 pastillas de lavavajilla). teniendo que surtirme con cosas que después debía tirar ya que no pude pasarlas en el aeropuerto. Esto contrasta con la cantidad innecesaria de papel higiénico que sí hubo en exceso. Lo que no me gustó tampoco es que esperaron a ultimo momento para enviarme el enlace de pago para la garantía, siendo que le envie un mensaje varios días antes indicando que podía pagarlo en el momento. Con esto incrementaron la incertidumbre de la reserva. Otra cosa es que solamente permitía el ingreso (check in) con la aplicación, teniendo que entregar todos los datos personales, los cuales no sé qué uso le darán. Me pusieron menos trabas cuando fui a pedir un crédito.

Estadía como en casa

Piso cómodo, amplio, limpio, bien decorado, acogedor, muy luminoso en barrio tranquilo, seguro y sin ruido. Facilidad para tomar todo tipo de transporte cerca o taxi a la puerta. Una estancia muy agradable para sentirse como en casa.

El internet es algo inestable.

El olor a podrido saliendo de la ventilación los dos Dias que estuvimos, que no nos resolvieran, qué entramos ropa interior sucia en el baño, que nos perdimos varias horas esperando al técnico.

Just incredibly awesome!

This is an awesome place to stay. You feel at home the moment you step in it. It is 100 times better than the pictures. AC worked great during the hot days Madrid was having. Its location makes it even more especial, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, bus and metro station. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back!

We did know if it was from the apartment or some construction going on around it, but when we arrived to the apartment there was a strong sewage smell. We kept covered the shower and a floor drain after taking showers. After that we didn’t have that problem anymore. So maybe it needs to get a one way drain valve placed to avoid this problem.

comfy flat in a good neighbourhood

I stayed 4 days at MIT House in the barrio las Ventas, the flat was absolutely spotless, and well equiped.A/C was working perfectly and silently which is a plus in Madrid.Everything is new and clean, and well decorated.Kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher and food processor.The neighbourhood is perfect, full of bars and restaurants, and also supermarkets and shops.Metro is at the end of the street very handy.The app is very convenient to enter the flat, and it also provides lots of imformations about the flat.I will definetely recommend to stay at MIT house.

Great apartment!

The place was great, clean nice, comfy. the area is good, safe but you may need to take the subway to go to the centre of Madrid.

You need to download an app and from there you have access to open the door. the problem is when you dont have great signal and only can be opened from the app so at least my husbandand I had to download it and dont forget you phone:) also if you travel and arrive early in the morning plsn where to stay as I requested before but was able to enter at 3pm and to leave the luggage you need to conatct the office that opens at 9am and can drop the luggage but its in a differnet place as the apartment so that was not convenient. I found it a little expensive considering the location but in general prices were high for Madrid...

Very safe neighborhood with great places around it.

loved the rooms and beds were comfortable.

No to very very little hot water in showers. shower head went crazy and soaked bathroom floor.

Rooms are just right size for 4 people, but could better with more space for luggage. Very modern in design.

Water in the bathroom overflowed due to the design of the shower cubicle. No trash bin for wine bottles. Had to walk far to dispose them.
