ondergedompelt in de charme van weleer. Schoon, knus hotelletje met een heerlijk zwembad.

de ligging van het hotel is super en doet enorm gezellig aan met het zwembad aan de voorkant. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Hotel is erg gedateerd, maar dat vind ik ook wel zijn charme.

We hadden een zitbad waar je je in moest douchen. Tenzij je jonger bent dan 40 of aan yoga doet, was het levensgevaarlijk om er in of uit te komen, de instap was zeker een meter hoog. Bovendien plakte het douchegordijn aan je lijf, de hele badkamer was nat. Dit kan echt niet......

Staff gentilissimo , cameriere simpatiche e cordiali. Personale di pulizia gentile idem personale addetto alla reception nulla da dire. Posizione ottima vicino al centro. Giardino curato, camere un po' datate ma comunque accoglienti e spaziose.

Purtroppo una nota dolente per il cibo, in generale devo dare 2 stelle per la colazione poca scelta per la parte salata panino spesso gommoso. Cena si potrebbe migliorare.

Lovely hotel in a very good location

The hotel was lovely and in a very good area near to all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The dinner menu was very limited. Most guests chose to eat out in the evening, which we chose to do after the first night.

Good location

The room is very old, the bathroom was very smelly and the tub was yellow, including the shower curtain super dirty. Would recommend the town for location but not this hotel.

We were supposed to stay two nights but ended up leaving after the first night.

It was close to shops and restaurants.

The facilities were not updated. The parking was terrible and the staff did not seem to care.

I would not choose to stay here despite the reasonable price again

The location was good

The breakfast was quite poor, on the first morning no glasses or cups and food trays were mostly empty. Not a lot of choice. The hotel is quite dated and the beds were really hard and it was difficult to sleep due to noisy neighbours in the room next door despite guests checking out and then other guests checking in for the second night. The hotel rooms could do with refurbishing.

Great stay in a very clean friendly hotel with only the bathroom letting it down

Breakfast had a great selection, though mainly sweet options or cold meat/cheese. The location was great and hotel very clean. Bar area and seating outside was lovely and drinks are charged to rooms rather than paid there and then.

Bedroom was adequate, though fridge was too old to be functional at all. Bathroom was big but a very small shower in the corner of which only the small shower head worked, despite half the shower being taken up by various shower heads. No shelf in shower either so had to open the shower door to reach toiletries (I am a size 8 so not asking for much to fit into the shower!!)

Good location, but hotel is old.

Great location close to the central bar street and neat restaurants around. Parking around the area is very hard to find, and the garage fills out quickly. Better if you don't have a car. Overall value for money, but would probably recommend spending a bit more on one of the many other hotels around Montecatini Terme

Breakfast was sufficient, tho we were amazed when the scrambled eggs that just arrived were cold. Rooms feel a bit dated and the silicon around the bath tub was full of black, I guess it was placed many decades ago.

Cleaning lady came into the room several times without even knocking the door, including Sunday morning 9am, horrible breakfast, which they asked us to pay when checking out, nobody asked us if we even want the breakfast, because it is not included. I asked them every morning for non cows milk, every morning they said - it is finished, we will serve you the milk tomorrrow, the following morning they just repeated the same thing. Noisy room, uncomfy bed. Avoid this place!

Lovely stay with family in a charming old school hotel with nice staff and pool.

Great central location and a charming setting. Son took full advantage of the small pool. We enjoyed sitting in the green terrace area after the heat of the day. Staff were helpful and did their best to speak English, a few words of Italian help too. The room was clean, a/c worked well, and it had a balcony. The housekeeping staff were friendly too.

We found the early/ mid century decor charming, but may not be the place for you if you want something modern and recently renovated. It did not affect us, but we saw a water leak in another part of the hotel. It appeared to be dealt with quickly.

It was in a very good location. it has a swimming pool.

The front desk staff were not all very friendly. some were lovely like the older lady, the younger gentleman made you feel like it was a hassle to help you. the breakfast staff were lovely. valma the dog at the front desk was the highlight of the stay.

Beautiful Tuscan town

Location amazing, breakfast was alright and the pool was refreshing after the hot day

The management are stupid, they don't understand technology. Trying to make us pay twice, argued for twenty minutes before he realised he was wrong. No apology and we missed our train.

Very pleasant relaxing vacation

The staff were very helpful and jolly. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very good. 6 minute walk from the train station, making it easy to visit Pica, Florence and Luca.

The evening meal was ok but we thought there was room for improvement.nothing else bothered us.

Good value hotel, we had a great stay & would definitely come back.

We were happy with everything … helpful management & staff with nothing too much trouble, nice room with balcony overlooking the pool, good Wi-Fi & plentiful breakfast. For us the location was perfect, peaceful but with lots of shops, bars & activities close by & just a short walk to the station with direct trains to Pisa, Florence & Lucca etc for sight seeing further afield.
