This is a perfect house for families, especially with tweens and teens. The combination of the pool and the game room kept everyone entertained over the long weekend. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was generally well-stocked, although it was a bit hit and miss, with spices aplenty but very few glasses, no kitchen scissors, no colander for rice etc. It would also be great if the house could be properly stocked with essentials like toilet paper and kitchen paper before each new stay. While the house could use a little modernizing, I would recommend it for families without hesitation.

We were happy with the house. It accommodated our 3 generations ranging from 1 to 64 very well. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, beds were comfortable and everything operated and worked well. We spent the additional $$ to heat the pool and it got a lot of use. We also enjoyed the game room and fire pit. We wish the room with the full bed would have been a queen to better accommodate two people, but it is what it is. Our host, Monique communicated very well with us and was very accommodating. Nice stay!

Great place to stay to escape the heat during a three day baseball tournament. Enjoyed the pool, AC, and game room along with the porch in the morning and evening! Location was perfect to crossing the bridge to the fields and close to groceries and stores. Can't wait to come back!

Kids and I had a great time! The only downside was that the AC wasn't working for the first 24 hours in the middle of a heat wave. Luckily it was cool in the downstairs and the game room. And the pool was HEAVEN. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! Having a pool to ourselves was a treat and we appreciated the ample seating in the living room. The backyard (on the main level) was great for family dinners and sitting around the fire pit together. The game room was a big hit! One note for anyone with mobility concerns: The only way to get to lower level (the two rooms with a king bed/twin bed combo & also the pool) is to either go down the spiral staircase or to walk around the house and go through the gate around the pool. However, anyone who would prefer not to go down the stairs can easily watch the kids swimming from the covered porch on the main level. This was a wonderful vacation and many sweet memories were made with our family!

This house was perfect for a big family ski trip at Mission Ridge! The location was convenient to the mountain and the sleeping/play areas were great for a crowd. We had some really cold days but were still able to enjoy the pool because of the bubble! I look forward to visiting again.

3 generations of family enjoying a long weekend vacation together. Pool was a bonus, everyone enjoyed. Game room had something for all. Only minus is couches are definitely in need of replacing. Large table is nice but benches and chairs aren’t comfortable if you sit long for games or puzzles. Spent a lot of time at house enjoying the company of family, almost ran out of tp!!

Broken bathroom, broken ice maker, broken bathroom downstairs, broken door lock into the pool. Pool “blow up cover” has several leaks! For 4 days, only got to use it twice. Windows broken, game room dirty. No towels for all the guests! As someone that owns a rental this is far from stayable! NEVER RENT!

Our annual “Family Camping Trip” was a success at the 7th Street Retreat. The house was perfect for our 3 generations. The pool got lots of use in the hot weather. And the game room was brilliant! A couple of small items got prompt attention from the owners.

This house was perfect for our annual ladies retreat. Spacious, nicely decorated and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The pool area is fantastic with lots of seating nearby. There was a issue with the AC on the first night but the owner sprang into action and took care of it right away. Overall we were very pleased with this house! We would definitely book again!

The 7th Street Retreat (such a cute name) was well maintained, spotless, and had all we needed for our stay. Lots of sleeping options and comfortable beds. The game room is a separate building, which makes for nice separation when some people are ready to be loud and others want to curl up with a book! The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac but only minutes to many restaurants and groceries. We swam every day, braving the chill of shoulder season temperatures was worth it in such sunny weather. The pool has a small shallow end and a steep drop to a deep end that felt like 10 feet deep. Fun for diving-for-treasue games! The property management company, Evolve, was very slow at communicating (they actually lost out on revenue for additional nights I inquired about because I had to book a different property before they finally responded). Once I got connected with the local property owner/manager, Monique, a few days before our stay it was much better. She was very responsive and helpful at every turn. We'd definitely return for more relaxed fun and games!

This was a nice place to stay, but my biggest complaint is that when I booked this property the pool was to be possible open on April 1st which was then changed after I booked to May 1st. But then we were also notified that the hot tub was removed! I truly felt like both amenities were listed as a perk and not available! BIG LET DOWN! Misrepresented in the listing. But the house was very clean and well maintained. So thankful for that!

We had a great 4 nights here & the space was laid out just perfect for our family. Our kids got space to spread out downstairs, and adults were upstairs. The game room was incredible for teens to hang in. Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Easy and comfortable!

We arrived on Friday the home was beautiful the game room was an added bonus everything was adorably decorated and the host or manager that came was polite. The kitchen was stocked with good pans and had spices that was a huge convince. The downsides were the hot tub was not turned on before our stay we turned it on Friday night and when we left Monday morning it had finally reached 95 degrees. The hot tub was the main reason we chose to book this property for our stay so it was a let down. Also the mattresses were very firm.

Lovely retreat

We stayed at 7th Street Retreat in mid-September. It is a lovely, updated older home. It was clean and homey with nice touches everywhere. The swimming pool was a added bonus. Although the home is located close to a busy street during the day, however, at night the road is quieter. There are two bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms, one being the master’s en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped. The covered front porch was lovely during the day and evening. One can see the lovely surrounding hills behind Wenatchee. The downstairs has two bedrooms with extra beds for children. It would be helpful if the downstairs’ bedrooms had screens on their windows to allow one to open them without allowing flies to enter the home. There is also a bathroom downstairs. To enter the downstairs, one must navigate a spiral staircase. From the downstairs, you can access the fenced in swimming pool area. There is a lock that is located near the top of the door to keep little ones safe. We hope to return to 7th Street Retreat with our children and grandchildren.

Great house with great manager

The house is awesome, so much clean (👍) and has a great location. (5 min Safeway, 7 min Costco by drive) We stayed two families with kids and felt very comfortable, everything was taught very detailed. We figured out some improvement needs and property manager (Monique) responded in minutes and took care in hours, her hospitality and welcoming was so great and friendly. We could rate more than 5 stars if it was possible :) will come back again and again..
