The property has two bedrooms; a double and a twin, sleeping four guests, with shared use of a wet room-style bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, while outside you will find off-road parking and an enclosed patio and lawn garden with furniture and a barbecue. Forge Place is a welcoming retreat for a small family or couple wanting to explore the picturesque Devonshire countryside.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed patio and lawn garden with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: Maximum length of stay is 2 weeks.
