About this house rental

Rectory Farm Barn has been recently renovated (April 2021). The Barn provides accommodation for up to 6 guests in sumptuous surroundings with open plan living and dining area.

2 x Bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite shower-rooms and WC
1 x Bedroom with Super King Size bed (can be split) with separate shower room and WC

Open plan living area with sofas and chairs and large flat screen Smart TV with free WIFI throughout the house.

Large open plan kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 8 people The whole ground floor has underfloor heating

The Barn also has a small garden with outdoor space and furniture for our guests

We enjoy the space this property provides for a family group with bathrooms for all rooms. Great facilities and wonderful hosts who are on hand to help at any time.

There were six of us and we had plenty of space. Large kitchen and sitting area. Very clean, good showers and well equipped kitchen. Helpful hosts and we highly recommend.

The barn is beautiful and has been very tastefully finished to a high standard. The communal kitchen/diner/living room is generously sized and perfect for a family get-together.

A family get together in a great location, delightful village with two pubs to choose from. Lots of local walks to explore. The barn is extremely comfortable and spacious for 6 adults, stylishly decorated and well equipped.

The Rectory Barn was a joy to stay in. Everything has been finished to a very high standard with a lot of thought put into the comfort of guests. The decor made it feel very homely, the beds, linen, towels and facilities were all of a high standard so we slept well and had a great time there. The owners were also great; helpful information, timely communications and available at the end of the phone in case we needed them.

A beautiful barn conversion, tastefully finished, with a large communal kitchen/diner/living room whish is perfect for a family holiday. A great feeling of space and we had everything that we needed. On the owners property but highly discreet and it felt private. We liked the local area too.
