Excelente ubicación. Amable trato

La ubicación es bastante buena, se encuentran lugares para comer muy interesantes . El espacio es amplio.

La cama podría mejorar ya que rechina con cada movimiento y es un poco duro el colchón

Regresaremos

El lugar es muy acogedor, la ubicación es excepcional para el centro, los museos y Monserrate .

Todo estuvo bien. Nos hubiera gustado contar con Shampoo, ya que solo nos dieron jabón de manos pero es un detalle menor que no impide la buena experiencia en el lugar.

Zentral in La Candelaria

Schöne Unterkunft in einem traditionellen Haus in einem Fußgängerbereich. Ausstattung der Küche ausreichend zum Kochen. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Ausblick.

Die Matratze war sehr hart.

Très beau batiment et place que je recommande

L'emplacement dans Bogota la gentillesse du personnel; j'ai vu deux dames, qui cherchent à aider autant qu'elles peuvent, l'ensemble du batiment qui est fait de plusieurs sous ensembles ouverts sur plusieurs patios, la taille de la cjhambre; la chambre était située complétement à l'arrière, donc loin du bruit possible. La rue est piétonne. La sécurité à l'intérieur du batiment.

Le fait de devoir payer en cash. Les chambres ont l'air assez disparates, donc les percéptions peuvent être différentes suivant la chambre où on termine.

Be aware that the apartment might be different

It seemed a nice place if you are lucky to get the apartment you booked. The area is quiet.

We rented an apartment with a BIG living room and nice space, but we got a super small living room. The host said that it was the same type A apartment, but the photos we totally different. So if you are lucky enough - you will get what you booked, but we weren't.

The apartment is very cosy with a small kitchen. The personel is very friendly and helpful. The location is very central to visit the historic center of Bogota. Lots of bakeries, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood

The matress was worn out so with 2 people in the bed, you roll towards each other

Ding! Ding! Ding!

The location was great, right in the Candelaria District. I also thought the price was great or else I wouldn't have booked it.

I would not recommend this place if you're a backpacker and it is the beginning of your trip in Colombia. The staff was not really ever there...? I had to communicate with the cleaning staff whenever I needed something. I might be old-fashioned, but I like when Hotels assist with learning about a new city and provide info on things to do and see. One more thing... we were put next to the front door. All night they have this extremely loud bell to let people in the hotel. It was ringing all night. I do not know if it was other guests trying to get in or just drunks having a laugh, but even with ear plugs it was an unpleasant experience.

Great place for exploring La Candelaria

The location is perfect for exploring La Candelaria and Simon Bolivar square area and a busy shopping market area. It is peaceful and equipped enough for you to prepare food if you want. There's a mini market a few doors away. The terrace has a fabulous view. The manager was very helpful with check in and arranging a taxi to the airport (even though the driver tried to charge us nearly double what we expected to pay). Hot shower was great as it's quite chilly in Bogota.

A quieter fridge and a softer bed would be our only slight improvements. You could put some tourist info in the rooms to get more ideas what to do.

Place can be nice, unreasonable manager

They changed my room type without informing me. Staff couldn't find my booking then denied the room change. The manager was rude and unreasonable. Refused to apologize. The room type I booked was not available. Next day I should check out at 12.00 and get my room at 14.00. Some rooms have horrible view, the ceiling is very low and facilities missing (no sofa, no microwave)

Passable

The location is great. The studio is spacious. The staff are kind. The bathroom is nice.

No hot water so couldn't take a shower. The sofa is in terrible condition, just to seat in hurts - can't imagine anyone sleeping on it and its full of holes. The white cover on the top of the bed as stains, so it is a put off. The terrace is not attached to the studio, its on the other side of the property.

Best place in La Candelaria

Best location in La Candelaria. Couple of minutes away from El Chorro de Quevedo, but far enough not to be noisy. Near restaurants, groceries stores and most cultural places.

Mostly good

Beautiful old colonial era building on one of the main streets of old Bogota. The staff are exceptional and always there to help you, no matter the time of day it seems. Location is perfect for sightseeing in Candelaria.

The room I was placed was not the room that appeared in the phots of the Apartment I booked, specifically choosen for the layout. Noisy rooms (hallways are the stone courtyard and doors have gaps at bottom you hear everyone talk, walk, come and go at all hours of day. Also, there were two leaks in my room. One from the window above the bed, easy enough to stop by putting down the shade. The second was a crack in the ceiling which couldnt be stopped. Both dripped the water roughly on the endtables next to the bed, thankfully my phone wasnt on the table during the worst of the leaking, but if it had been this review would be a 1 overall. It's really an unacceptable thing that I avoided having negatively effect me too much.

Neigherhood close to the centre and also close to Monserrate. The appartment was spacious and clean. And we had a great view.

The appartment had a sofa that really smelled bad. We didn't want to sit on it. Needs replacement. But the rest was clean

Staying in La Candelaria in a studio apartment with a little kitchen proves to be the best. Breakfasts in one of the many cafes, dinner in the apartment with food bought a few steps away. Perfect!
