We traveled for baseball at Jet Blue with another family and loved the house - rooms were well set up, kitchen was stocked, outdoor grill worked well and the pool provided relief from the heat. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grace Place. The home is lovely; well equipped, open floor plan with a large kitchen that was fun to cook in, a roomy master suite and bath plus two other lovely bedrooms which share a nice bathroom, and a den with a desk and daybed. The beautiful heated pool is large and has a perfect sun exposure. The large pool cage provides so much covered outdoor space. You will spend a lot of time outside here. The location is wonderful- close to shopping, restaurants and located almost evenly between downtown Fort Myers and access to Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches. We also enjoyed being only minutes away from downtown Cape Coral. The owners/hosts were excellent to work with from booking to checking out to answering questions or giving any help we needed. They are very accessible and want their guests well taken care of- they are very nice people. We would definitely stay in Grace Place again.

This house was perfect for our needs! The bedrooms nicely accommodated our teenagers. The kitchen was perfectly appointed to be able to feel very at home cooking and preparing food. Grocery store down the street was very helpful. House was nicely accessible to all locations we needed to drive to for baseball, entertainment, shopping, dining, etc. Ft Myers itself still is clearly recovering from the hurricane and the beaches are in rough shape but this house was in great condition, clean and very family friendly. The owner was fabulous to work with. Very responsive and helpful and flexible with requests. Should baseball bring us back to the area we would stay here again without question! Thanks Todd for a great home away from home!

We had a nice relaxing time next to the pool with friends. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We were close to restaurants and coffee shops we frequent.

This property was exactly as listed. Very clean and charming. In furnishing this house, nothing was overlooked. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, and beach umbrellas. Beds were very comfortable, which we find of importance. Heated pool was wonderful, too! We would definitely stay here again if coming to the Fort Myers area.

We had a VERY relaxing stay at Grace place. The home was very comfortable, clean, stocked and organized. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The pool and pool area was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect place to have our mother-daughter get away! This is an absolutely stunning property. It was relaxing and truly a home away from home. We spent many hours enjoying the pool. Much appreciation to the owners for opening up their home to us. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the Grace Place!

The Grace Place was perfect! Starting with the space: it’s beautifully decorated but not overdone. Clean and simple with a great layout. The pool is fantastic and we spent many hours hanging in and around the pool. Todd is a great communicator and so very nice. He made it clear to contact him for whatever reason and with any concerns. The kitchen is set up very well and we really didn’t lack anything as far as equipment and utensils. The bedrooms were so serene and mattresses very comfortable. The location is in the middle of everything one might need or want. Thank you to Todd and family for a great stay at his beautiful home away from home! We really hope we have the opportunity to return. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot to stay in Ft Meyer

This property was perfectly located to easily get to just about any location in Ft Meyer or Cape Coral. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is stellar. The property owner was very responsive and sent lots of helpful information prior to check in. We visit Ft Meyer every year in January, and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. Perfect for a family with children.

We had an amazing time at Grace Place! From the time we stepped foot in the house until the time of check-out, we felt right at home! The house comes fully stocked with everything you need - all utensils, throw blankets, chairs for the beach...you name it! We absolutely LOVED the decor and were trying our best not to track ANY sand, dirt, footprints even, on the beautiful floors. :-) If only we could have had a flying hoverboard! No detail was spared, which was a huge reason we did not want to leave! You could absolutely sense the presence of God in this home. And the pool?? Sooo relaxing and inviting, especially with the string lights on in the evening. The house is located close to everything - beaches, grocery stores, ice cream (most importantly) :-). We could not have chosen more gracious and thoughtful hosts! We know that you will love your stay just as much as we did!
