Enjoy the Sunshine state in our charming and peaceful home near some of Florida's best attractions! We like our guests to feel like family! We find our home to be very peaceful and in a safe neighborhood featuring the following amenities:
- Newly renovated 1400+ square foot home with 2 full baths, including 1 bath with a walk-in shower, 1 bath with a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, electric stove and oven, huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave), faux wood flooring and more! Newly furnished with a European meets Southern charm decorating style that is both inviting and cozy and everything you might need for cooking; coffee and coffee pot provided.
- 3 large and spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, including a Purple #2 mattress, and Dream Cloud mattress with adjustable frame to raise your head. Sleeps 6.
- Great OUTDOOR living space with a nice size pool under a lanai, table and chairs under a porch roof, lounge chairs around the pool and an outside grill for grilling your favorite meal!

Everything was just as it said in the listing. We were there for a wedding and found this location was close to EVERYTHING! The house was well stocked and clean. We contacted the owners as a storm had knocked down some tree branches and Patty answered promptly and the branches were picked up right away. We will be staying here again when visiting family. The pool was fantastic and screened in, so no bugs!

2nd time staying was mostly good just some minor things not as clean as previous year. Sliding door to patio not qorking properly, outside patio area, concrete pretty dirty needs a good power wash. Grill not working properly but otherwises was great!

The house was clean and very well stocked! Loved that there were even little hotel style shampoos and conditioners in the showers. There were spices to cook with and pots and pans, laundry detergent, everything you need was there. It was perfect for our family of 6.

This cute and quaint home that sits in a small community in Mt Dora had all the comforts of home. The home is located within an hour of the Disney Parks and several beaches. The pool is a bonus too, and the owners keep it very clean and serviced leaving us feel comfortable to use it. The home had everything we needed too!

The location of the property was fabulous. It was close to everything we wanted to see. It was nice to come back to a place with our own pool after a long, hot day of shopping. The property was stocked with everything we needed and more. I do feel the cleaning was not great, they seemed to miss a few things. All in all the home needs a little tlc and some updating but it was a lovely stay.

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath house with plenty of space. Everything was upgraded and comfortable including the beds! We came for Renninger's Extravaganza and this property was convenient to Mt. Dora's charming downtown and not far from Renninger's.

Everything as stated in description. Close to shopping and restaurants (fast food to fine dining). Little extras like laundry and dish detergents provided. Lots of seating for family to chill, eat & play games.

There were four adults, plenty of room, we didn’t use kitchen, house was clean, close to downtown where activities were. Owners give us all the information we needed, like how we didn’t have a whole list of things to do before leaving , we didn’t make a mess, but it was nice to be treated with respect.

It was like a home away from home but the beds were much more comfortable! The kitchen had just about everything you could ask for and others you forgot. The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. I even had a safe serene area. The place is near where my mother and grandmother&father are buried. If available this place is where I'm staying everytime I come. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I greatly appreciate them making my 1st Vrbo stay pleasant&problem free!

Home was quite nice and easy to find. Loved the sand hill cranes that would visit daily. Easy to enter the home and bed was very comfortable. Overall the home was pretty clean but I did report to the owner that there were areas that the cleaners completely overlooked that should be addressed (ie previous renter spilled food under a table that wasn’t picked up; kitchen sponge left was clearly very old and used, filter water on fridge door was broken so had to buy water at the store). These things would not deter me from renting the home again - I believe they will be addressed by the owner who was very easy to contact. When I shared these things with the owner, she made no excuses for them - simply said she’d speak with the cleaners to address - and I also did not report them until I’d checked out ( I had a very fast trip so my focus was not on these things). My guess is she’d have done what she could to fix some/all issues if I’d reported them while there. The only other thing worth mentioning is that there is a pool vacuum that runs 24x7. It isn’t loud but it does get awkward when you want to use the pool. The house rules ask that the vacuum not be removed from the pool so I didn’t, but that should either be an option to remove/turn it off, or maybe just to make the renter aware before renting. It’s possible I missed that in the description so if I did, I apologize for my oversight.

We used this house as our launch pad for a week long visit to elder family members in Mt. Dora and Tavares. The space and layout were perfect for our big family and little kids who could sleep in the back bedrooms.
By far, the best part was the grill and pool. We were in the pool every day and it was amazing!

The first thing we noticed was how clean the home was.The home is in a perfect location for grocery stores and restaurants. We all really enjoyed the pool on those hot summer Florida days, and with the pool being screened in you don't have to worry about and bugs. Good sized bedrooms too

Loved the home and the pool. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was just what we needed to prepare breakfasts (the only meal we ate in the home). Neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to town, restaurants and to Walmart. Definitely a great place to stay for our family.

This was a great home away from home as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location was convenient for ceremony in Mt Dora and reception in Leesburg. Host was extremely helpful and responsive both before and throughout our stay. Would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Patty & Ben have the cutest little home. My family and I really enjoyed staying at their home. It is located in the perfect little neighborhood. Close to all shopping sites to meet all of your needs. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has the pool was a hit with my family. We definitely look forward to booking and staying in this home again.
