As always we enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. Close to the beach and to town and sunsets galore. Even got a whale watch in with 11 humpback whale sitings! Hope to return again next year.

Beautiful view of the bay. Clean, cool, and neat. Close to town but not too close. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautifully updated. Right on the beach. We had a quiet and pleasant getaway!

Absolutely loved this condo! It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach (private too!). The condo is clean and has all the amenities you need, and new air conditioning!
It is on the edge of Provincetown but you can catch the bus, ride a bike or if you like walking it’s about 40-45 minutes into town.
Loved Palmers beach retreat and can’t wait to book again

I have been coming to Oceanside Condos with my family for many years and was lucky enough to land this condo for the annual family trip this year.
Amazing views, comfortable layout/furnishings along with a short walk to the best low tide beach made our trip just perfect. Easy access to take the trolly into Ptown for shopping, the best seafood/restaurants and entertainment/shopping.
Super convenient to the National Seashore beaches and biking trails.
We are already set to return next year!
Overall a great rental!

Restful and relaxing
Started each day on the deck which looks out onto the bay. It was a great place for breakfast and to do some reading.

Perfect spot for my family to get away- loved the quiet of the area, the beautiful view from the living room, the upkeep of the entire facility.

Cozy Getaway
I rented this property with two friends for a girls trip. The place was gorgeous. It is a short walk to the beach, but also short drive into the town. The hosts were great in contacting me ahead of time, and they left a binder of information about the place and the town which included restaurant and shopping recommendations. Highly recommend!

Family vacation - first time Provincetown
Very nice, lovely view of the water and tip of Cape Cod, convenient to town but outside. Private and quiet. Well stocked and in good repair. Only inconvenience was finding the unit as unit number was not on the door and had some confusion using the electronic lock. After phone call to manager was able to resolve. We had a great time, especially 2 year old grandson.

relaxing getaway
We loved the property and closeness to downtown Provincetown. It was a little confusing on which condo it was, but a quick call to the number provided and we found our way. Super easy check in and stay. We were very comfortable. Communication was stellar.

Majestic views!
First off, the views are absolutely breathtaking! Open the sliding doors, and you’ll get the most delightful breeze throughout the day and night. Surprisingly, no AC is needed here. The condo was a cute as can be and had beachy vibes! It was very clean and came with pretty much all the basics. Whatever we needed that wasn’t provided was no biggie. We went to the local Stop and Shop (8 minutes drive) to pick up the necessities. Overall, we loved the place and we enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back soon but next time, with our extended family!

Beach Front Location- 10 minutes from downtown
We booked based on wanting a spot on the water and this was it! Great spot right on a private beach. Rooms were spacious and the deck was a perfect spot for morning coffee or mimosas.
The kitchen was well stocked including a regular coffee maker which we prefer over a Keurig. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper. In each bedroom, they had laid out a beach and bath towel set.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck soaking up the sun. We would have preferred to have a couple of extra chairs on the porch to enjoy coffee altogether, instead, we ended up bringing out the dining rooms chairs.
I did not realize the unit didn't have AC, but each room had a fan and the nights were cool enough to open the windows and let the breeze come through.
A couple of things to note, this unit is not within walking distance to town, but if you had bikes or scooters you could get around easily. The taxi ride is about 8-10 minutes depending on traffic and costs $7 per person. The lock was also tricky, the keypad does not light up immediately so it takes a few tries to get it. Prior to our stay I did try to message the unit owners prior to our stay but never heard back, which was a bit concerning.
The unit does need a bit of TLC but looks like the owners are going to be making some investments in the near future. We would consider staying again post upgrades.

annual Swim 4 Lifers
Place was great and had nice and comfortable furnishings. My only wishes would have been to rent from the owners rather than a company and to have a little store for essentials nearer by.

Great place
Wonderful view, nice location and good set up. Place was clean and well cared-for with nice household goods. - Only sorry to deal with a company instead of the owners directly, and for us it would have been helpful to have a little store nearer by.
Thanks very much for a great stay!

Good location bad service
The condo was in a great location with a great view. However, the management company was not responsive at all to the fact that the dishwasher stopped working before we even started our rental. The washer and dryer are not in the building but in a musty moldy basement. All this is fine if it’s cheap rent but we paid a small fortune for impersonal service and a condo that wasn’t fully functional.

Great location, property needs work
We spent 4 nights here with our three kids (we were booked for 5 nights but we left a night early). The view and location right on the beach cannot be beat. It’s absolutely beautiful. The condition of the property however, did leave a lot to be desired. I see that the owners of the property are planning some updates in the near future which is great. With necessary upgrades, I think this will be a wonderful property. However, as we found it, I was quite disappointed given the price we paid per night.

great location and property
Well equipped and spacious condo. Loved the porch overlooking the beach and having access to private beach. Condo is at the southern most part of P-town (just past Truro border) which was nice for us - pretty quiet and peaceful, and away from the crowds (but not walking distance into town). Was surprised there was no soap or any kind of toiletries in the bathroom so be sure to bring your own. Loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat :)

Provincetown Beach Condo
The location of this beachfront condo is great! Within driving distance to get to wonderful restaurants and local grocery store and package stores.
It was great having towels and linens provided. And the home was very clean.
The beach is several steps away on a boardwalk to the waters edge. The view is well worth it once you get there.

Perfect
Perfect condo! This unit was great for traveling with young kids (3 under 6, including an infant). Amazing to have a small Sandy area right in front of the unit so adults could sip coffee or wine while watching the kids play in the sand. Bay beach was super convenient with the boardwalk right out front.
Unit was very clean and it was helpful to have beach towels and chairs provided. Kitchen was very well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everyone loved it!
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice walk to downtown but we really came for the ocean! The chairs and beach amenities were perfect for a day of sunshine and salt air. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Only thing missing was a washer/dryer but I believe that is in the makings. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Location
Condo was immaculate and just as described. The beach was only steps away, and the condo was the perfect distance to ride our bikes into P-Town. Gerry was excellent at addressing all of our questions and needs. Great week away... would definitely recommend this property!

Peaceful provincetown vacation
Had a nice week at Gerry's property. It is just over the border into Provincetown from Truro, so a 10min drive to the busy part of town. Kitchen had all the utensils you needed for a week's stay. Beautiful beach in front of the property about a few mins walk. At low tide, you can walk for miles. It wasnt too crowded, plenty of space to social distance and most people were wearing masks. Herring Cove and Race Point beach within a 10-15min drive. Beautiful bike paths around the beaches. Wellfleet beaches were about 25mins from the condo.

A Perfect Escape to Provincetown for a Family of Four
Ours was a rejuvenating vacation, starting with the excellent communication with the owner. We traveled in August, and our seven and 5-year-old were perfectly sized for the private beach, which sat right behind the unit, and rarely had more than a dozen people. The beach itself had soft sand, natural beauty, and gentle waves.
On warm days, we had access to an instant, ultra-convenient beach day. We could just walk down the short path and set up our umbrella and chairs. The comforts of a home kitchen were always just a few steps away, while gentle Cape Cod Bay served as an aquatic playground. People brought floats and bathed in the sun on the water. At low tide, one could walk out 100 yards or so and sit in the warm water, taking-in 360-degree views.
On cloudy days, or when visiting in the off-season, the beach is perfect for kite flying and beach walking. There’ s a sailboat parked poetically on the beach. You can see the tip of Massachusetts, called Long Point, across the water. We hiked the breakwater to Long Point, then enjoyed the view from our home beach. The sunrise and sunset both provide access to a spectrum of inspiring colors on the water.
The unit itself is within 8 minutes of downtown tourists stops, famous bike trails, top-ranked beaches. For those who wish to explore, you’ll be well-positioned to go anywhere in Provincetown, Truro or Wellfleet.
Having coffee on the deck in the morning overlooking a manicured beach landscape and unencumbered Cape Cod Bay was simply magnificent.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to Gerry for the experience!

Provincetown Stay
Beautiful views of the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset each night. We happened to go during a heat wave but with the breezes off the water, it never felt too hot there. Condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a week on the beach.

Awesome place to stay
We really enjoyed staying at this place. The location is perfect and the view of the water from the deck is amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Provincetown.

Spectacle view from a very pleasant place!
The property was just as advertised. Very clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The view from the deck was spectacular. The neighbors were a bit too close for my taste, but that comes with the type of property. Overall, a wonderful week!

Gorgeous!
This is a lovely unit. It is true beachfront and very tastefully updated. The perfect location to bike into PTown (and Head of the Meadow). We will be coming back!

Another wonderful week!
This was our 3rd time spending a week at this condo, we love it and the location so much that we keep coming back every year. Myself, my wife and our 2 kids love the location and the accommodations. It's great being able to walk right out the door and down to the beach on the bay side or just relax on the porch whenever we want. Its a quick run into to town for lunch and dinner, or a quick trip to the local Stop and Shop if we feel like eating in. Lots of great things to see and do nearby, from whale watching and dune tours, to walking around town or going to the beaches on the ocean side of the Cape (more than a few within a 10 minute drive).

Wonderful time with family!
My husband, 3 year old daughter, and I spent a week here at the end of July. The condo was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. Gerry was super easy to communicate with as we had never rented a condo in this fashion before. He helped walk us through the process.
The location is amazing-about 5 minutes to P-Town. We drove our car here from the Toronto area and drove into town most days to eat or explore. There is lots of parking in central P-Town and we never had a problem finding a spot there or at the condo. In front of the condo is a great beach just over the dunes. Our daughter loved swimming there and collecting shells at both low and high tide. She also enjoyed watching all the kites flown and visiting the nearby oyster farm. There is a square of sand directly in front of the condo that would also make a good play area for kids. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying coffee, meals, or just the view.
A very comfortable spot that we would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful location
My family just had the most lovely week here. The condo is very comfortable, offering all the amenities of home necessary for a weeks stay at the beach. Opening up the slider out to the deck every morning and seeing the beach and getting a delightful breeze off the bay just made our week spectacular. Our children (ages 5 and 3) loved playing on the beach every day, playing in the water and exploring the sand bars at low tide. The location is close enough to downtown to be just a quick ride in to go out to eat and walk around or go to the local grocery store, yet also far enough away to make it very pleasant and and allow us to be able to get away from it all. Loved it!

Dune grass and sand as your front yard
This condo is very comfortable without being overly fancy. You can relax on the comfy couches, with the sliders open to the fresh breeze that comes off the bay, or step onto the sand to enjoy the serene outdoors. Walk down the sandy path to experience the sunrise or sunset.
Small details like a small mirror strategically placed above the counter so that you can enjoy the beautiful view, even while at the sink! The location is so convenient, whether you drive or take the shuttle into town. All you need to bring are your linens and towels, and hair dryer, then a short drive to the grocery store for the essentials, and you are set for the week. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had, and Joan made it very easy for us to get settled on the first day. You will love your time here!

This condo has it all!!
This condo has it all! The updates are just awesome. New countertops, appliances and cabinets in the kitchen and the new vanity in the bath have really transformed the place. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. P-town shops are just a hop away as well as the winery just up the road. The views are amazing and we really enjoyed walking the beach. You can't beat the price for a comfortable and convenient oceanfront experience!

Relax & Enjoy P-town
This location is a perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of Provincetown. The condo is spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is a perfect fit for vactioners of all ages--right on the bay, easy access to restaurants, night life, and all types of activities for children and adults. Ocean beaches only about 5 minutes away. Whale watching, sailing, and great restaurants just minutes away. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in spending time at the beach in a lovely condo with a front deck facing Cape Cod Bay. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the Cape.

Little gem.
We had a wonderful time at this little gem. Low tides were the highlight of the day and we spent many of them playing on the sand. Close enough to town if you want a morning walk to a coffee shop. Provincetown has so much to do that we have to come back again to see it all. Nice breezes at night kept things cool enough to sleep. Everything we needed was at the condo, even sugar for your morning coffee! Couldn't beat the view from the deck. The picture of the trail to the beach is really that close to the back door! Things were up to date and clean...we would come back in a heartbeat.
The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had and the arrival/departure went smoothly. Thank you!

Great place to stay!
Our favorite place to stay in PTown. Great views, great breeze and enough space. The property is perfect for adults and kids. Kids can go right out to the sand to play and explore low tide on the Bay.
Adults can have cocktails on the deck and watch the moon rise over the water. And... there's parking and a washer/ drier (coin operated)!!! I only hope that too many folks don't discover it because of my feedback. It is such a find!
