Emplacement

Interlocuteur très désagréable à deux reprises. Propreté très très douteuse. Douche inaccessible en raison de l’etantage mis devant. Pièce avec le lave linge ouverte avec le linge sale. Cuisine pas nettoyée et tachée de graisse. Taches sur le mur du salon et canapé très sale recouvert d’un tissu pour le cacher.odeur de moisi sur les oreillers on a du mettre une serviette à nous, pour ne pas avoir à respirer l’odeur. Aspirateur salle dans le salon. Poubelle pas vidée

Highly recommended, TOP! The attention from the host was excellent, resolutive super executive and prosolution since minute 1. We love very much this apartment, cause it is super central and quiet. The rooms are very big and there is a lot of space, the matresses are great, the apartment is very clean and it has everything what you need. No need to use AC or fan since there is cross ventilation with a a lovely ocean breeze, simply fantastic. The apartment exceeded our expectactions and we definitely will come back. Sofa was very comfortable

Totaly nothing good... more than nothing .. worst than worst... the owner is rude and sounds like he has his own problem. No service.. he made us horrible experience in monaco... Don't go this house if you go you will be stupid.

Everythig was horrible. First.. the owner made us waiting more than 2 hours on the street.. almost everyone got frozen... Second... there are something like hidden fee he said cleaning fee.. 90 euro.. on my booking confirmation I don't see it... Third... the way of owner's talking souds like street gangsters and rude.... no customer wants to talk with this kind of silly person.. Ihave a lot more... Booking.com needs to expell this accommodation provider... If not I won't use this website anymore...

the flat wasn’t the one that we booked. The owner wasn’t in Montecarlo and when we called her she said the appartaments were fully booked even if we had the confirmation. We were forced to move in another flat that was ok but in a very ugly and dirty building. and we paied as we were in the Meridien!! however the lady who brought us the keys ( Ms Olga) was very kind!
