The customer service is the worst. I will never go back to this hotel. The food in the restaurant is disgusting. And if you have any issue with them, they will never solve it They looking at you as $ Worst experience in my life

We had a great stay at the Pinnacle and the rooftop pool is amazing!

Staff were friendly, greeted us upon arrival. Cleaning service was very good. Property is well located and has all amenities.

Only complaint, you could really hear toilets flushing and water running thru pipes locating in bedroom closet and ceiling. Also, the opening and closing of doors from other suites (late evening) was quite loud, likely due to the open loft concept.

Excellent location and close to the heart of the Zona Romantica.

Closeness to the beach, restaurants and funicular. Beautiful view from our room. The property itself is very nice.

Noise in the neighborhood but that’s not on the hotel. The bedroom was a bit small and difficult to exit. We booked a massage in the spa and while it wasn’t the worst we’ve had it was poor.

It’s a great place and location and people are nice.

The concierge both in 180 and 179 and management team were very helpful.

The noise level. Cleaning staff in the hallway can be heard in the rooms. When you check the hallway they are not there , they are actually on a different floor but because of the well it carries upward. Although the design of the building looks nice, you can hear other tenants in other units. Walking in different floors hallways and music from other units. Tenants/ guests not following policies of no reserving lounge chairs by putting towels and other personal items early in the morning and then leaving and no one at the pool. The sign clearly states it but nobody follows it. Cruise ships actually place sashes on every lounge chair that stipulates no reserving. If you are not in the lounge chair you are at the pool, if not at the pool you are somewhere on the rooftop- bathroom bar walking. Otherwise items removed. Tenants must be frustrated when guests do this.

Great location

- The location is great - The rooftop pool (with a bar) is also great. - The room was newly (and tastefully) decorated with new appliances and full kitchen.

- The room smelled of mold during the whole stay. That can be very problematic for those with allergies. It’s very unfortunate because the whole building seemed so new. It’s probably because of all the wood used in the decoration and cabinets. - The room is a lot smaller than I expected, and very crowded, with very little room to move inside the bedroom. - The layout of the room does not offer a lot of privacy. You can either enjoy the view or have privacy, but not both at the same time.

An amazing experience.

I loved that it had breathtaking views, super friendly staff, very clean, and walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, bars and shops. I will definitely stay here again. I have absolutely no complaints.

It's not their fault but I did hate that there were so many steps to get to the property from the bottom of the street. But the property is on a hill so there's no getting around that. They did have a lift that pulled you up that ran from 9-10pm I believe. Going down is easy, going up is a workout that you may or may not have asked for.

perfect location with everything you need in the apartment (even a washer/dryer) incredibly clean, and the staff were fabulous. the rooftop pool and sunset hour were stunning- and the pool /bar staff incredibly accommodating. would definitely stay here again

Very good and would recommend as modern and clean with everything you need.

Room was very good, modern, clean and well laid out. Kitchen had everything that was needed with full fridge with filtered water which was necessary as tap water not recommended for drinking. Rooftop heated pool was excellent with fantastic views of Bandera Bay. Pool staff was excellent. Cleaning staff excellent and evening room service also provided bottled water if wanted, nice to have for day trips. Location was excellent as once walk down hill and head right, everything in Romantic Zone and Malecon within blocks. There is an excellent breakfast cafe just half block away on entry street to complex. Interestingly, they don't post a lunch or dinner menu but they actually supply the rooftop pool with a very good lunch/dinner/snack menu. I used the concierge VIP taxi service from the airport which was excellent and saved a lot of hassle, but not cheap ($US 43, charged to your room). I think taxi is normally around $US 25-30 from airport terminal as special taxis used have only access. Bellman was excellent to call for taxi back to airport which cost only about $US 16 with tip (250 pesos + tip). Bellman actually got taxi to agree to 200 pesos but driver was not pleased and since he was very friendly and good, I agreed to give him the 250 he had originally requested. These normal city taxis drop you off half block from airport terminal entrance in general parking lot.

The only thing that prevented me from giving excellent rating was lack of hot water for 3 mornings - only lukewarm. Everyday I asked for it to be attended to and reception desk said that it would be fixed each day. Took 3 days before actually fixed, so manana definitively still alive and well in Mexico. Not a big deal but main reception at back of lobby of building across street at other Pinnacle building. Also not a big deal but worth noting for those not able to climb steep stairs - the last block up hill to resort is straight up. Fortunately there is a funicular that operated until 10pm each night that is useful - no cost but tips welcomed. There is also a back route (walk east towards hill and take left onto stairs/street) that is more gradual climb but is dark and isolated at night so a little sketchy if alone.

Overall, it was a great experience to enjoy PV and right in the heart of Zona Romantica. The unit I was in was well appointed, clean, and perfect for a single or a couple.

The guest/visitor policy was iverky restrictive, especially given the location in PV. It may work for some but unfortunately will be why I don't return there.

I made a very poor choice to stay at this place.

Fantastic location for beach access and many food options.

Lack of service at pool and restaurants. It took more than 90 minutes to get food three of the four times we ordered, the fourth it never showed up. Extremely loud rooms. All doors slam constantly accompanied with the sound of water draining through pipes next to the bed all hours.

exponentially more expensive for what you get. Staff gives no leeway with basic things like guests visiting, late checkouts etc. They don’t let you use the pools from the other buildings which is very strange.

Overall, a good stay; good location and great view from rooftop, but somewhat overpriced.

Great view from the rooftop swimming pool. Well located and has easy access to food/groceries, nice bar with good food and drink of fair prices.

A lot of noise that disturbed the sleep, the administration disabled our electronic key before due time (which was annoying), poor reception of customer’s request.

Be careful booking this place!

Be careful using a third-party booking source with this property. The front desk personnel have a clear adversarial approach with Booking.com and Hotwire customers. They argued that I booked a street view on the lowest level when there was zero mention of it when I booked. The room was fine, but it overlooked the street and was on the first floor. Noise from neighboring construction and music from the security desk was a huge distraction and prevented restful sleep - NO VIEW. Of course there was an upgrade charge for a room away from the mess. Frankly, I was too tired to argue but will infiltrate SM with commentary about this property so folks know what a disappointment this place is. Pool deck is spectacular. Team upstairs are awesome.
