The resort style pool/Jacuzzi area and manicured grounds at Maison Residences are immaculately maintained and designed to take full advantage of the unsurpassed sunrises and views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nestled just off the Old road near the Arts and Culture District of Islamorada, the sprawling, palm tree filled beach has multiple paved and white sand sitting and lounging areas, to take advantage of the Islamorada's blue-green waters. Take a stroll down the 155’ day dock and experience the calming, pristine salt air or spend mornings just watching the tide roll in.
Enter the private entry way, and you are welcomed with a bright and airy floorplan with grand pool and ocean views. The gourmand's kitchen features the latest, top-of-the-line appliances and opens up to a spacious grand room. The grand room opens up to the oversized living terrace with 9’ stacked sliders and is ideal for entertaining. The living terrace boasts multiple sitting areas, a Lynx infrared/gas grill, fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. The Sonos sound system is set up throughout the residence. The master bedroom also features terrace access, ocean and pool views, a king-size bed and a large, well-appointed master bathroom. The second guest bedroom also features a king sized bed, a large closet and full bath. The third guest bedroom features another king sized bed, a full bath and balcony. The final, fourth guest bedroom features a full bath, king-sized bed, balcony and morning bar.
This beachfront residence is the perfect location for family holidays and entertaining, idyllic romantic getaways, as well as fishing, diving, or snorkeling trips that take advantage of the world-class beauty that Islamorada, in the Florida Keys has to offer.

POOL INFO
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say there is no evidence that the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 can spread through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfecting with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the coronavirus in the water.
That being said, to ensure the health and safety of all around, we must make a few changes. Currently, the Florida Governor suggests limiting groups to no more than 10 people. Also, the CDC encourages all to practice social distancing of 6 feet and respect other people’s space.
For the beach and lounge chairs, we suggest disinfecting before and after use. Maison Matecumbe is a residential condo complex and not a resort, so it is up to the guest to self sanitize and use their best judgement. Alternatively, guests can bring their own personal lounge chairs. Personal lounge chairs are not to be left out and must be brought back in when not in use.
