This is a lovely little apartment, within easy walking distance to the centre of Beverley. It was great to have a full kitchen (with oven and microwave) so self-catering was easy. Having a washing machine was particularly useful as I was there for over a wek. The bed was comfy, and the shower powerful and always hot.
Bath towels aren't provided.

Location was good, very handy for Beverley Town centre, quite easy to find. Kitchen was nice.
Quality of finish, holes everywhere from poor workmanship. Kids' beds were very uncomfortable with cheap mattresses. Main bed was quite comfortable, but there was a ridge down the middle. Shower enclosure tiles all cracked. Quality of furniture in general very poor and the sofa was particularly unclean. No matress or pillow protectors on single beds. A light at the entrance would help as it's very dark when trying to get into the property. Property has a lot of potential and could be quite nice with work, more attention to detail, and a good clean. I wasn't keen on the security deposit form as I had to submit a copy of my driving licence. I find this to be risky from a security perspective.

The accommodation was ideally suited in a quiet area but very close to the town centre.
It had all we needed and gave us plenty of space.
The host was easily contactable and reassuring that help was close by should we need it
On the whole the accommodation was clean but some of the crockery and cutlery had to be washed before we could use it. Suspect this was from previous guests.
Not so keen that we had to bring our own bath towels - but we were warned of this straight after we booked.

The location and cleanliness of the property was great.
The property is marketed for 5 people - it is not suitable for any more than 2 adults and 2/3 small children (this led to us having to book additional accommodation)
I struggled to receive information from the host prior to the stay
The second bedroom is accessed from the main bedroom, as is the bathroom so you need to be aware of that when selecting your travel companions.

The apartment is ideally located just a short stroll from the main market square and a beautiful area. It has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Brilliant accommodation can't wait to return.

The location and the comfortable main bec
The owners are trying to achieve 5 star and this could easily be achieved if a mere £40 was spent and perhaps a small welcome pack. We had repeated calls asking us to let the owners know if anything was amiss but other than eventually telling us the code to open the “cupboard” which accommodates the 2 small beds simply ignored the calls. The kitchen on photos looks impressive but there are no wine glasses, beer glasses, scissors, kitchen knives, chopping block and the baking trays are filthy. Despite photos and even the welcome letter showing bath towels were provided they weren’t nor was there a kitchen towel or paper towels. The owners claim this is to reduce costs and is environmentally better which sounds admirable but when you are touring the cost is merely passed to the customer as we had to buy towels. This is such a missed opportunity to have a 5 star property in what is arguably one of the best positions in town. (I doubt booking.com will print this as they tend to weed out bad reviews but at least we have got it off our chest!).

Very nice flat in the 'barn conversion' kind of style. Great location in the town centre just tucked behind pizza express and also very handy for dog walking up on the west wood. Have also stayed in the flat next door (Loaf 3) and would happily use either.
This flat is a wee bit dark inside ie with limited natural light.

Much more spacious than we expected, the photos don't do it justice. Very comfortable and clean. The location is absolutely amazing, in the town and just round the corner from the Westwood.
Great as a base to explore, but I wouldn't want to have to stay in for a full day, having no proper windows on the ground floor could be a bit depressing.

Thank you for the delightful accommodation, especially during the hot weather when it remained a pleasant temperature to come home to. We particularly appreciate your flexibility in allowing us the days we could rent the apartment during high season. The accommodation was of high quality, as we experienced during a previous visit 2 years ago, and the immaculate cleanliness was much valued.
1. It was not possible to control the light in the bedroom in the morning. For me, this was fine because I loved my early hike on the Westwood, but my wife would have preferred to sleep longer (though I thought she made a good job of it..!)
2. Somewhere to hang towels and clothes to dry (like a small clothes rack) would have perfected our stay.

The location was fantastic and the beds very comfortable. The shower was big and water pressure great. We met the lady who cleaned the property and she was extremely helpful.
There weren't blinds (that we could see) on the top two windows so it was very light early morning.

This is a lovely place to stay, modernised but full of original character. Plenty of space, clean, looks lovely and a very comfy bed. The most amazing location, less than a minute walk from beautiful historic Beverley centre. Would definitely come back again.

Slight inconvenience with no parking at property. There is parking nearby but max 4 hrs daytime so have to move car somewhere else. Free 6pm till 8am

There is 2 very sharp corners on the bed and I scraped my leg on one of them and we knew about the towels but there was no toilet roll fortunately were prepared for that
