About this cottage rental

Links View sits in one of the most famous addresses in the world of golf. This 4 bedroom duplex apartment has an extraordinary setting with unrivalled views over the 18th green and 1st tee of the historic Old Course, far reaching over the award winning West Sands beach to the distant Angus hills. Accessed via its private front door, you enter into the downstairs vestibule leading to the hall. There is ample storage space in the lower hall, perfectly suitable for storing golf clubs and luggage. The stairs take you to the first floor, where the first 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living, dining and kitchen area are located. There are a further set of stairs that lead up to the second floor where there is another 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and family living room. Watch the golf and appreciate the views from the comfort of its private roof top terrace whilst lounging on deck chairs - there's truly nothing quite like it! The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, 3 with the ability to be made into twins or a double.

Highly recommend any group, small or large to stay here. The location is incredible, very clean and spacious enough for the 8 adults we had on this trip. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations!

The property was very nice and very convenient. However the folks at Kingask (Molly, Megan & Ellen) are the best I have ever encountered with vacation rentals. Very timely on correspondence and calls. Absolutely no surprises! I have changed from long term hotel to exclusively Kingask. I have 5 weeks booked through next year.

4 bedroom 4 bath multi level townhome with plenty of room. Comfortable beds and well stocked unit. 100 yards of Old Course starter shack. We spent every evening on the roof top terrace enjoying the views. Twin beds in every room or King beds except one only has a double bed that can’t be split. So if your 8 guys on a golf trip be aware of this. We brought a compact sleeping bag for that room and one guy slept on the floor in that. If 4 couples no problem.
