La estufa estuvo bien los primeros días, sin embargo, dejaron de funcionar casi todas. La limpieza estuvo genial, al menos cuando se contrató. Me gusto que colocaran jabón y artículos de limpieza e higiene. Tanto los Utensilios como los equipos ayudantes de cocina estaban en excelente estado. En general de la cocina estuvo muy bien.

La alfombra del pasillo al salir del ascensor deben sustituirla, esta muy sucia y huele mal. Mejorar la seguridad de la puerta principal. En muchas ocasiones no cerraba bien. Sustituir camas. En una estadía larga empieza doler la espalda. También sustituir cortinas. Las sillas del comedor están muy sucias. Fue en temporada de muchísimo calor y es difícil cumplir la regla de colocar el aire acondicionado en 68. No dormíamos bien por el calor. Estuvimos 30 días en el apto y es por eso que comento.

El apartamento muy amplio y bonito, las camas bastante cómodas, la ubicación esta bien.

Cuando llegamos nos costo un poco ingresar al apartamento, dicen que hay q pagar un monto extra por el parqueo lo cual no nos gusto tener que pagar de mas por el uso de un parqueo para seguridad del vehículo ya que se cancelo bastante por el hospedaje, debería incluir el uso de un espacio de estacionamiento ya que dicen que es para asegurar un espacio y todas las noches q estuvimos vimos q había campo de sobra. El wifi falla un poco

Lokacija je dobra,komsiluk lijep,siguran koliko smo mogli steci utisak za 5 dana. Nacin ulaska u garazu i stan je ppd sifrom sto nam se dopalo da nemoramo misliti o kljucu ili kartici.

Garnitura koja se nalazi u dnevnom boravku smrdi kao da je neko urinirao po njemu,toliko da nijesmo mogli sjedeti na njemu nego sve vrijeme na stolicama. Nema nista od pribora za cisćenje stana,metla,usisivac ili nesto da se prebrisu podovi.

The cleaning was not good, there were hairs and dust around plus the common areas were filthy. Car park was full on arrival so had to park in a loading area

Quiet and easy to access location. Kitchen was well equipped with basic starters, spacious garages well secured, very helpful staff The apartment was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. I am glad i made a very good choice. The apartment is spacious and well eqipped. Will definately book again. Thank you Roami you made our stay comfortable and felt like home away

Good location! I loved it

Very comfortable better than any hotel I stayed especially for the price. I will stay again.

The hallway smells like puppies lol so I was a little worried but other than that I loved it.

Spacious and modern apartment, good position between coconut Grove and coral gables and not far from airport. Parking garage is a big plus, nice view of downtown from the balcony and good price to quality ratio.

Cleaning should be improved, there were lots of hair from previous guests on the floor in any room so I doubt a proper clean up was carried out before we arrived, I broomed the floor myself and what I collected was kind of disgusting...

We would have stayed longer after we had cleaned it (we tried, but it was booked!) It was spacious!

My husband and I liked the size of the space and how open and comfortable it was!

It wasn't very clean, found crumbs and stains I cleaned from side tables in the bedroom. The walls need painting, they were dirty. The living room sofa was dirty and smelled bad... we found a huge stain on it when we tried flipping it to sit and watch TV.

Great option instead of a hotel stay!

Nice apartment in a great location for a good price

They couldn’t extend my stay for another night for the same rate. They wanted to charge me 2X which I refused!

Disappointing

Rooms were spacious. Washer and dryer in room. Once we combed the fur off the couch, it was comfortable. King size bed was comfortable but needed mattress cover cleaned. It was full of crumbs. Spacious kitchen.

I code to get out of the garage on the main level did not work. You have to open the gate run to the bottom level, take an elevator up, then open the door. Bed sheets dirty. Couch covered in pet fur, rug dirty, vent to AC covered in gray dust. When I swept it. Dust filled the room. I was sick all week coughing up flem. We cleaned something everyday to help out. Drains full of hair in bathtub. Drains so slow. Nobody on premises. You have to call for everything
