Overall we were comfortable and happy. Kids liked it. Cosy home-feel. Would consider staying again.

Clean, warm, cosy, gas fire worked well, TV with Netflix/connectivity/Wi-Fi, off-street parking, quiet street, close to CBD, renovated kitchen, wooden floors, separate kids room..."no frills" furniture/decor - perfect for kids.

Bathroom/toilet was quite bad. Light in shower/toilet room did not work - had to leave door open. No exhaust fan(!) was very problematic. Odours drifted, and floor/walls constantly wet. Kitchen door faulty. Dryer faulty.

The cottage was nice inside. The facilities were good and the beds comfortable.

The sofa was extremely uncomfortable dipping in the middle. The bathroom had no fan and is very old fashioned. We had to ask for a plumber to visit to sort toilet flush. The lights were flickering so we were concerned about the wiring.

Very disappointing property was spartan and poorly maintained, as mentioned by other guests over a considerable period of time I wished we had read reviews more carefully. We would never have booked the property

Location was great. Well maintained. Great kitchen reno Beautiful north back yard for relaxing in the sun. Comfy beds

Excellent, would stay again

Great location and super close to some great coffee shops and bars. Super clean and tidy home with comfortable beds. A few extras were left out which was a welcome surprise.

Perfect overnight stay in this gorgeous cottage which oozed with charm & cleanliness.

Quaint, immaculately clean cottage - with a whole lot of charm. Enjoyed the short stroll to the main street. Second outdoor loo was a bonus for our family of 4.

Nothing much to report. Pillows were very soft. Maybe an assortment of pillows for those liking something a bit firmer. I love opening the windows at night, so maybe some flyscreens on the bedroom windows.

very disappointed, wasn’t what I expected for $300 a night

close to town, kitchen good

no covered parking, bathroom and toilet together, very basic, no milk for coffee, two dirty cotton buds in bedroom, no hanging space in second bedroom no wardrobe in first bedroom.

Quant cottage with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants

Cottage was in a good location with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great sized fenced yard for families with driveway access to the yard. Beds were comfortable and linen was lovely. Kitchen was a good size and a good range of utensils when cooking. Host left a gift of breakfast cereal, chocolate and chips for us when we arrived which was lovely and she was easy to deal with.

No instructions on how things worked especially the air conditioner. Washing machine didn’t seem to turn on.

After a very long drive we where disappointed to discover the above.

thoughtfulness for Brekky, chocolate and popcorn and Erica attending to linen requests.

broken blind cords in bedroom and kitchen , dirty grater, frypan and throw rugs needed washing ( food stains) and outside rubbish bins full ( I put the recycle bin out for collection as it was full of beer cans/bottles)

The perfect accommodation for myself and my friends.

Honestly we had the most amazing time here. The cottage was totally adorable, the host couldn't have been more helpful and I would definitely book again. Loved every single minute of it.

We couldn't find the broom so felt really slack for not sweeping before we left.
