We had a great time. The location was perfect and we had two different condos in the Valentina suites. The larger one allowed us to get together for dinner and everybody had access to their own bedroom. It was a perfect location with easy access to so many Amenities.

We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful condo! Most of our time was spent out on the spectacular deck laughing and talking while soaking up the sun and gazing at the ocean. The property was large, clean, and super comfortable. Pismo Beach is such a fun place to stay and this condo was perfect for out girls trip!

This was our second time staying in Valentina Suites and working with Coastal Vacation Rentals. (Last time we stayed in #402. #401 is nicer because of the outdoor patio/balcony.) The unit is not inexpensive but I think it is a good value. It's spacious, and the location is great - right on the main drag and a short walk to the beach. Very well kept, too. Nicely decorated, furniture in good shape - not worn out like in some rentals. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. One very minor caveat - the beds are high, which was an issue for an elderly person in our party. (She ended up sleeping on one of the sofa beds in the living room.) Gated parking was appreciated. Finally, the folks at Coastal Vacation Rentals could not have been kinder or more professional, and I look forward to working with them again.

My husband and I rented this location for the week because of it’s location to downtown and the kichen/patio arrangement. We found the floor plan was perfect for us. We had 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. The large appliances and finishes were great quality. We had rain all week and spent more time indoors cooking and playing games. Area’s for improvement-there are 3 futon couches that lay flat for additional sleepers. They are terribly uncomfortable. There is no comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with old worn out cookware and utensils. We found parts and pieces of small appliances-no mixer but inserts in the drawer. An Instapot insert but no appliance???Our take away-there are top of the line Viking appliances but plan on bringing your own pots and pans because what’s there looks like they picked them up from a garage sale. Since we were drawn to the kitchen and paid top dollar for the rental we expected more and were disappointed. Also, there are only 3 dish towels????Anyways, if you don’t plan to use the kitchen or sit in the living room it’s a great location. The beds and linens were very comfortable. I would recommend this property if you want a nice place to stay close to downtown and you plan on eating out.

We stay here as a family every year and enjoy this rental property. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped to cook anything. We love the patio area the best. It has a beautiful view and plenty of seating. We accidentally left baby clothes in the dryer when we left, and the cleaning crew contacted us and even folded our laundry for us.

Our stay was splendid. We stayed for a weekend. It was large enough for our group of 8 and probably could fit more if we were allowed to. They have a good enough appliances and kitchen ware for the weekend. The location was close by the pier.
My only con was that there were ants in the primary bedroom kitchen and we had to pick up the key at another location. It was close by but it would’ve been nice to have the key at the location. Oh! And the elevator could use an upgrade. Sometimes it gets stuck for a couple minutes which is scary.
Overall, we had a great time. I appreciated that we had parking.

We had two families with a total of 4 kids. We stayed a week. It is about a 10-15minute walk to the beach and you can see it from the balcony. The two smaller rooms have space for a toddler inflatable bed while the master could fit two twin inflatable beds. The floors were dirty but I mopped the place with the swiffer provided and it was great for the rest of the trip. The previous reviews had complained that the house did not have enough pots and pans so we brought our own but looks like it was restocked. No spices so make sure to bring your own. Few minor issues. First (which is not the rental's fault), there is a restaurant right next door that had a banquet hall and had music blasting from 3pm and did not stop till midnight. I could not get the kids to bed at 8 with the music BLARING. They turned down the music around 11pm but kept going till 12amNext, the freezer wouldn't close all the way well. We only figured this out when we opened the freezer in the morning to find everything melted. The freezer drawer needs to be pushed in real tight and double/triple checked. The furniture was decent but the couch armrest shows how much it's been used. Maybe get a washable couch wrap bc it looks pretty gross. The management did send someone for the freezer but was not able to come in since we had left for the beach and did not come back in time. I would recommend this place and would visit again. We ordered in from Cracked crab and Shin's poke (I would do both again). And there's a great little shop for women kitty corner from the place called Wildflower women and Sarah the manager was very helpful and sweet. We also went to the cinnamon bun place early in the morning but I wouldn't go there again. last but not least, the taste of the valley wine shop below was perfect to walk down while kiddos were watching a movie.

We stayed there with family members for a college graduation. Could not have been more perfect! Very clean and comfortable, living room and kitchen were big enough and comfortable enough for lots of family "hanging out" time. The view from the patio is spectacular and it is walking distance from the beach. Complex is quiet and the fountains and music throughout are a beautiful touch. We had a fairly stressful, chaotic weekend and staying at the Villa Valentina really lessened that stress. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Lovely condo for weekend trip
A group of us took a girls trip to Pismo Beach and stayed at this condo for 2 nights. It was lovely! Super easy to get the keys from the property manager's lockbox across from the condo, gated parking underneath, and just a fabulous place for us to hang out. It's really spacious, great balcony with views of the ocean, and walkable to everything...beach, shopping, restaurants, wine bars, you name it! Perfect weekend getaway!

This place is amazing. Kitchen is first class with Viking appliances and granite countertops. We rented the 401 penthouse. Deck was impressive. Bedrooms were comfortable, beds solid. So much space. And very CLEAN!2 major issues. The couches and chairs in the living room are TERRIBLE. Hard to enjoy lounging around the condo when the couches are literally the most uncomfortable couches I've ever tried to enjoy. The second issue is the water. This complex prides itself on being efficient and Eco-friendly. But the water pressure or the lack-there-of takes it too far. It also has a tankless water heater. The master shower has multiple shower heads and tempts you with the thought is an amazing shower experience. Then you turn it on and the water trickles out and only reaches about 92-94 degrees (lukewarm).If those don't bother you or if they fix them - this is the best condo in all of Pismo Beach.

The property was better than what we imagined! It was a really nice villa that was central to all main spots in downtown Pismo (Pismo beach, pier, downtown restaurants and especially splash restaurant!!) the villa was more than what we expected and kitchen amenities were awesome since we did a lot of cooking. Tons of Pros and only really 1 minor con which was no swimming pool onsite since the beach was always at a cold temperature. But overall the living space was more than adequate and the lanai was very spacious for our entire family to have dinner and watch the fireworks spectacular! We are already talking about reserving the same villa for next years 4th of July family vacation!

The unit itself was very spacious and the location is perfect for downtown Pismo. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The couches were very grimy and dirty. We layed down a blanket to sit on them. The floors were also really dirty and you could tell that sadly the unit just was not well taken care of. The beds were ok, not very comfortable. Not sure if I would stay again. Maybe in a different unit as the one that some friends stayed in was much cleaner.

The condo was perfect for an extended family get away. The kitchen is well-stocked and in the heart of the living area. We enjoyed the sunshine and the view from the spacious deck. Restaurants, shopping, bowling, and the beach are all easy to walk to. We enjoyed playing pickle ball at a park in Shell Beach. We are definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful time in Pismo Beach! Much of our delightful stay was due to our accommodations! Everything we needed was supplied and the location was perfect. All activities were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend! This condo was clean and had enough room for my family of 8. Loved the location.
The only negative comments would be the terrible condition of the pot and pans. We had to go out and buy our own. The carpet could use a cleaning.

Great location to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay at his property. The balcony has a view of the ocean and pier. Easy to walk to the beach, pier and restaurants and shops. The under building parking was great and I felt kept our vehicle safe. Since we drive a larger SUV parking some places can be a challenge. There was plenty of room for our vehicle to pull in and park. There were all amenities we needed. The washer and dryer was great to keep up with our laundry. Kitchen was well stocked with what was needed to cook most any basic meal, pots, pans, utensils, knives, etc. There was a bbq available however we didn’t use it. The seating in the balcony was nice to enjoy miring coffee or in the evening. Several restaurants in walking distance. Stairs and elevator available along with a rolling luggage cart. We would consider staying here again. Only problem we had was receiving a call from property management company accusing us of having a dog when we didn’t. I was asked to explain why there was what they described as “dog” hairs in the living room and a “dog bed” made from a rug as well. I have a baby and out the mat down for him to be in since the floors were all tile. The gentleman from the property management company continues accuse me of having a dog even after I said we didn’t own a dog let along bring one on our drive that took 2 days from NM. He then asked if I we had guest who may have brought a dog while we were there. I explained we didn’t have guests and again explained we did t have a dog or one in the room. I was told he would let the owner know and get back with me if further information was needed. We did receive our deposit back however the accusatory manor makes me question using this property management company and owner for future rentals. The place it’s self was great just unsure of the people involved with it.
