Come catch your "Second Wind" in this stunning Camp District Watercolor Home. Professionally designed, "Second Wind" is located one block from Camp Watercolor and steps to the tennis courts. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen opens up to the living room. With beautiful granite countertops, a gas range, a separate ice maker, and a beverage cooler, you have everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal. The dining table seats up to 8 plus additional seating at the island and on the screened-in porch. The home is furnished beautifully in coastal design and warm, soothing tones. The large screened-in porch has so much to offer. Enjoy your coffee or curl up with a book on the porch swing. Dine al fresco or sit back and enjoy the scenery.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, this home has:

- Master with king bed ensuite bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

- Guest bedroom with queen bed and attached shared bathroom with tub and shower.

- Bunkroom with 4 custom twin beds and attached shared bathroom with tub and shower.

This home comes with 3 bikes for use during your stay.

Located along the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy the spectacular beach views and access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. The club offers dining and drinks at the WaterColor Grill and Costa Chica, along with the fabulous pools. Also included in your rental is access to Camp Watercolor with a zero-entry pool, lazy river, and dining at The Canteen.

Please note: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Guests may rent only one golf cart per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We absolutely loved Second Wind. House was really clean, had everything you could ever want, communication with manager was awesome, and location was great. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the porch, and will be back.

The house was just as pictured and we enjoyed staying there! I have stayed at several rentals in Watercolor and this was by far the cleanest property. Great location and comfortable for our family!

We loved our stay in Watercolor! The house was as described. There were several maintenance issues… doorknob to a bedroom fell off, dryer was very slow drying, dishwasher didn’t want to work, cold water faucet on master sink didn’t work and master tub wasn’t operational. I talked to property manager about a couple of issues and they were quick to respond.

The property is very nicely decorated and kitchen is well stocked. Property manager was very responsive to small issues at check in. They have some maintenance issues with the master bathroom with the shower and sinks not draining well and bathtub not working.

The location was perfect for us. Close to the tennis courts and Camp Watercolor. The house is well decorated with great appliances. We were able to quickly get in touch with the team for any issues we had.

We absolutely loved Second Wind and dealing with Stay at 30A. We had been using a large rental agency for many years. Communication with Stay at 30A was top notch. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really liked this property! Super short walk to Camp Watercolor and the Camp Watercolor playground. We rented a golf cart and that helped us get to the Beach every day with our 4 and 2 year old; however, you could easily ride a bike if all adults or older kids. The house is also very close to Publix, the liquor store, Pizza by the Sea and a restaurant (can't remember the name). We usually stay closer to the beach but I am glad we took a chance with this location and wonderful house!

The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the screen porch, especially the bed swing. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The house is less than 3 minute walk to Camp Watercolor and about 20 minutes to Watercolor Beach Club.

We loved this home and it had everything we needed for a great family vacation! The house as well stocked in a perfect location close to camp watercolor, had a wonderful front screen porch, and the kids loved the bunk room. The extra bikes provided with a rental or a great perk. The property managers are great at communication check in process was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

This charming home is a quick walk to Camp Watercolor which was a favorite of my grandchildren. It’s also a couple of blocks from Publix and a short walk to get to Seaside shops and restaurants. The home is spacious and comfortable, with a great, well-stocked kitchen. The screened in porch was a lovely spot to play board games on our rainy days! I would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Very open and bright with high ceilings—pics don’t do it justice. The kitchen is amazing, and we loved the ice maker and wine/beverage fridge built into the large island. It’s located in a quiet area that’s also close to everything. We will definitely rent it again!

The house itself is wonderful.. Well appointed, well decorated and stocked with everything you need at home and for the beach. Going in, you know that you have to bike to the beach area and carry all of your stuff. After locking up bikes, then hike some more, with all your stuff, to the beach. There is no running home because you forgot something or had to use the bathroom. When we arrived at stated time, the maid service had not cleaned. Trash, towels, linens, dishes, etc....piled up everywhere. Not a good start. After a few hours of cleaning by the service that was called by the manager, we began to relax around dinner time. We were promised wristbands for our crew to the Watercolor Resort. There were a pile of them on the kitchen counter when we arrived. This is where the pool is located and access to the beach, as well as food and bar. This Resort area is tightly controlled. When we rode all our bikes down to the Resort, we were turned away because our wristbands had expired. Okaayyy.....After several phone calls, we were allowed in on a "one" day pass until we could get our real wristbands. After some more phone calls and waiting we received them on our last day. Despite these interruptions, our trip was great. Most importantly, the kids had a great time. The area is beautiful, clean and safe. If you are into walking, running, and biking, this is the place for you. Just remember to buy a lot of food and cook yourself....the cost of eating out was outrageous.....
