Bien malgré un mauvais départ

Réactivité de la personne responsable au téléphone pour gérer un problème à l'arrivée

La chambre avait été occupée et pas nettoyée lorsqu'on a ouvert la porte! Visiblement soucis de gestion ou de passage du nettoyage... Nous avons heureusement pu avoir une autre chambre.

Bien placé et fonctionnel, j’y reviendrai volontiers

Joli et fonctionnel

Le studio était froid, j’aurais apprécié que le thermostat du chauffage soit plus élevé étant donné la température extérieure 😀 Et une couverture en plus si besoin pour le lit

Great apartment in the centre of Brest

Wonderful self-sufficient apartment in the centre of Brest. Perfect for our stay. The bed was huge, the shower hot and the flat clean. Also loved that we had our own entrance and could enter/exit with minimal fuss.

The owner took a while to respond to our messages asking where to store our bikes. I’m the end we left them in the foyer, which worked fine.

Clean, modern and efficient

The apartment is modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, etc so we were able to prepare a simple dinner.

A great apartment located in a central area

Good location, close to train, bus stadion and centre city with restaurants etc. Host communicated early and clear, she made sure no misunderstandings were made. Water in the fridge when we arrived. Small, but important detail. Bathroom was really nice!

The key to the door is a bit strange, and so is the door itself. It wasn’t locked when we arrived.

Well located, good value

Great location, secure but paid parking close by (€15 per day). Plenty of room, separate toilet. Large windows so lots of light. Comfy bed and pillows.

Great studio, looks brand new and super clean, enough space that I could lay down a yoga mat and exercise Very handy kitchen, very usable Loved that toilet and shower were separate

I struggled a bit with the hot plate (it was on safety lock apparently but there were no instructions around).

Perfectly equipped studio in city center

Ideal location that met our need. Well managed and clean studio. Well equipped. Small suggestion: to add some shelves in shower to put bath accessories and hook at the entrance for outerwear.

nice lil stay in the city center

the shower gel was totally empty for us but I had brought one so it was all good 👍🏼 it happens

A great stay

Equipment was really great, the bed was comfortable the area was most convenient and very central, the room was large and very recently renewed.

There was no light in the ground floor so a bit difficult to find our way upon arrival. But everyone's got a mobile phone with a flash light. So problem easily solved. We didn't receive the directions before arriving but the manger answered immediately our phone call and sent an SMS with all necessary info. No issue.

Nice and convenient small studio

Clean rooms, nice to have a small kitchenette, location, easy parking

Property is staff-less, although we didn’t encounter any issues ourselves we helped a guest who couldn’t come in and wasn’t able to get in touch with someone at the property

My third stay and I appreciated as the previous times everything, specially the kindness of Sandrine, clear communication, the comfortable bed, the bottles of water in fridge and possibility to make a cup of tea and have some little pastry, by arriving late.

Central location, close to everything. The apartment is fully equipped, modern and clean. I had a very warm welcome from the establishment with precise instructions how to get into the studio, complementary water, coffee and teas. Excellent value for money.
