Excelente comfort, personal y hubicacion

Personal excelente Atención del personal en el restaurante fantástica, nos quedamos bebiendo vino con mi esposo e hijas hasta las 2 am y nos halagaron con unos bocaditos! En el desayuno la Host que nos recibió fue maravillosa nos trató como a hijos con una gran dulzura y amor, a mi esposo "EL INDECISO" le dió una cariñosa regañada que nos hizo el día a todos, es una hermosa anécdota para contar en nuestras reuniones. Nos causo un fabuloso impactó! Todo el personal es maravilloso. Precio y calidad acorde Buena limpieza Áreas y habitaciones amplias y confortables Parqueadero gratis Área céntrica y segura Restaurante con deliciosos platos Desayuno incluído para Genius.

Nosotros calificamos cada habitación con objetividad, somos viajeros frecuentes y viajamos mucho por el mundo, los lugares que nos agradan como este hotel, reciben nuestra calificación para que mejoren los siguientes aspectos. 1. Habitación matrimonial, cama king. Mi habitación tenía la cabecera de la cama aruñada y roída, esto nos dió una impresión desagradable del hotel. El sillon rojo precioso estaba quemado en la asentadera. Las cortinas de nuestra habitación estaban sucias y con manchas de agua. El faldon de la cama tenía manchas blancas, terrible! En nuestra habitación para 2 había solo toallas para una persona. En el baño la manguera de agua para el aseo intimo tenía una fuga de agua que inundó el piso del baño. El desagüe del lavamanos estaba algo tapado. El piso del baño tenía pequeños huecos o picaduras en la cerámica. Habitación 2, doble cama queen. La caja fuerte de la habitación asignada a mis hijas no funcionaba Faltaba algo de limpieza en las esquinas de la habitación. Las habitaciones tenían sus cajas para "klenex" vacías.

bathrooms were old with really slow flush toilets. breakfast was terrible

Great location, clean, good breakfast, pleasant staff, horrible WIFI.

The beds were comfortable. The view of the city from the hotel room was beautiful. Staff was attentive and polite.

The WIFI was the worst. The hotel said keep trying. What? The WIFI was very unstable. I was not able to stream any videos or shows from my personal apps. Not a good place for remote work.

Nice hotel if you like it a bit posh

Nothing really but to be honest, we’ve only stayed one night and didn’t even use the shower.

Excellent staff, Clean Rooms, Great location.

The staff is very friendly. The location is great, the rooms are clean and have amazing view. The parking lot is very roomy and many parking spots not like in other hotels that I have been to in Quito. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or with family.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the restaurant was nice and the style of the hotel is pretty

we didn’t get the room we booked ( ours was different according the description mentioned in the confirmed booking), when we arrived the bedsheets were dirty and then they changed our room to have something more like what we booked but still the room was not the same as mentioned in the description.

Perfect. Will come back!

Buffet breakfast style was good. Amazing location near the nightlife. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Hotel accommodated a PCR test in the main floor which was very convenient.

Not much to say here other than last time we got a more renovated room than this time around. Not a bus issue.

Lovely proety in a good location

Got an upgrade to a lovely room with an amazing view on the 10th floor. Everything was clean and worked, even the TV. Good location close to Gringoland.

Location was a sketchy neighborhood. Felt safe during the day, but not safe to walk around after dark.

Keep looking, this is not where you want to be.

the hotel was close to shopping

A lot, room was hot with only a window that would open a few inches. NO Ventilation! Maid service closes the window every day making the room extra hot. Front desk only programs the key for one day until I got upset with them. We were there 8 painful days. No coffee in the room.

We loved everything anout this hotel. From the very helpful and friendly staff to the nice clean and comfortable room and not to mention great breakfast all at a great price.

Superb

The staff were amazingly helpful, friendly. Made arrangements for our taxi on leaving. Room was comfortable, clean, and great value for the money. Breakfast was great! The potato soup is amazing!

Quito is a huge city and slow to get from one place to another no matter where you are located.
